2 Corinthians 9

It is indeed unnecessary for me to write you in regard to the ministration to the saints at Jerusalem,

2 to know for the/this/who eagerness you which above/for you to boast Macedonia that/since: that Achaia to prepare away from last year and (the/this/who *N(k)O*) (out from *k*) you zeal to provoke/irritate the/this/who greater

for I know how ready you are, and am always boasting about you to the Macedonians, telling them that Greece has been ready for a year past; and your zeal has been a spur to the majority of them.

3 to send then the/this/who brother in order that/to not the/this/who pride me the/this/who above/for you to empty in/on/among the/this/who part this/he/she/it in order that/to as/just as to say to prepare to be

Nevertheless I am sending the brothers in order that my boast about you may not prove vain in this instance; so that, as I kept saying, you may be prepared.

For if any Macedonians come with me and find you not ready, shame would come upon me (not to speak of you) in respect to this confidence.

5 necessary therefore/then to govern to plead/comfort the/this/who brother in order that/to to go before (toward *NK(o)*) you and to arrange the/this/who (to promise *N(K)O*) praise you this/he/she/it ready to exist thus(-ly) as/when praise and not (as/when *N(k)O*) greediness

So I have thought that I must ask these brothers to visit you beforehand, and get your promised contribution ready in advance. I want it to be given of your bounty, not extorted from your covetousness.

Mark this; he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly; and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

But let each give according to the purpose of his heart; not grudgingly of under compulsion. It is a cheerful giver that God loves.

8 (be able *N(k)O*) then the/this/who God all grace to exceed toward you in order that/to in/on/among all always all self-sufficiency to have/be to exceed toward all work good

And God is able to give you an overflowing measure of every grace, so that all your wants of every kind may be supplied at all times, and you may give of your abundance to every good work;

9 as/just as to write to scatter to give the/this/who poor the/this/who righteousness it/s/he to stay toward the/this/who an age: eternity (aiōn g165)

As it is written. He scattered broadcast, he gave to the poor; His almsgiving continues forever. (aiōn g165)

10 the/this/who then to supply (seed *N(k)O*) the/this/who to sow and bread toward eating (to provide *N(k)O*) and (to multiply *N(k)O*) the/this/who seed you and (to grow *N(k)O*) the/this/who (produce *N(k)O*) the/this/who righteousness you

He who ever supplies seed to the sower, and bread for the food of man, will supply and make plentous your seed, and increase the harvest springing up from your almsgiving.

11 in/on/among all to enrich toward all openness who/which to workout/produce through/because of me thankfulness the/this/who God

You yourselves will be enriched with all good things, that you may give ungrudgingly; and your gifts, of which I am the agent, will make men give thanks to God.

12 that/since: since the/this/who service the/this/who ministry this/he/she/it no alone to be to supply the/this/who deficiency the/this/who holy: saint but and to exceed through/because of much thankfulness the/this/who God

Because the ministry of this contribution not only supplies the needs of the saints, but also overflows in many a thanksgiving to God.

13 through/because of the/this/who test the/this/who service this/he/she/it to glorify the/this/who God upon/to/against the/this/who submission the/this/who confession you toward the/this/who gospel the/this/who Christ and openness the/this/who participation toward it/s/he and toward all

For this ministration proves you. On account of it men glorify God for your faithfulness to your professions of the gospel of Christ, and for the liberality of your gifts to them and to all.

14 and it/s/he petition above/for you to long for you through/because of the/this/who to surpass grace the/this/who God upon/to/against you

Moreover, in their prayers for you they will be longing after you, because of the exceeding grace of God that is resting upon you.

15 grace (then *k*) the/this/who God upon/to/against the/this/who indescribable it/s/he free gift
