1 and to make altar bronze twenty cubit length his and twenty cubit width his and ten cubit height his
Salomon fit un autel d’airain; sa longueur était de vingt coudées, sa largeur de vingt coudées, et sa hauteur de dix coudées.

Il fit la mer d’airain fondu. Elle avait dix coudées d’un bord à l’autre, elle était entièrement ronde; sa hauteur était de cinq coudées, et un cordon de trente coudées mesurait sa circonférence.

Des figures de bœufs l’entouraient au-dessous du bord, dix par coudée, faisant tout le tour de la mer, sur deux rangs; les bœufs étaient fondus avec elle en une seule pièce.

Elle était posée sur douze bœufs, dont trois regardaient le nord, trois regardaient l’occident, trois regardaient le midi et trois regardaient l’orient; la mer était sur eux, et toute la partie postérieure de leur corps était cachée en dedans.

Son épaisseur était d’un palme, et son bord était semblable au bord d’une coupe, à une fleur de lis. Elle pouvait contenir trois mille baths.

Il fit dix bassins, et en plaça cinq à droite et cinq à gauche pour qu’on s’y lave; on y nettoyait ce qui devait être offert en holocauste. La mer était destinée aux purifications des prêtres.
7 and to make [obj] lampstand [the] gold ten like/as justice: rule their and to give: put in/on/with temple five from right: south and five from left: north
Il fit les dix chandeliers d’or, selon les prescriptions faites à leur égard, et il les plaça dans le Temple, cinq à droite et cinq à gauche.
8 and to make table ten and to rest in/on/with temple five from right: south and five from left: north and to make bowl gold hundred
Il fit dix tables, et il les mit dans le Temple, cinq à droite et cinq à gauche. Il fit cent coupes d’or.
9 and to make court [the] priest and [the] enclosure [the] great: large and door to/for enclosure and door their to overlay bronze
Il fit le parvis des prêtres et la grande cour, avec les portes pour la cour; il couvrit leurs battants d’airain.

Hiram fit les pots, les pelles et les coupes. C’est ainsi qu’Hiram acheva l’ouvrage qu’il fit pour le roi Salomon dans la maison de Dieu:

Salomon fit tous ces ustensiles en très grande quantité, car le poids de l’airain ne fut pas vérifié.

les chandeliers avec leurs lampes d’or pur, pour que, selon la loi, on les allume devant le sanctuaire;
21 and [the] flower and [the] lamp and [the] tong gold he/she/it perfection gold

22 and [the] snuffer and [the] bowl and [the] palm: dish and [the] censer gold to shut and entrance [the] house: temple door his [the] inner to/for Most Holy Place [the] Most Holy Place and door [the] house: palace to/for temple gold
les couteaux, les coupes, les tasses et les encensoirs d’or pur, ainsi que les battants d’or pour la porte intérieure de la maison à l’entrée du Saint des saints, et pour la porte de la maison à l’entrée du temple.
