2 Chronicles 34
1 son: aged eight year Josiah in/on/with to reign he and thirty and one year to reign in/on/with Jerusalem
Giô-si-a được tám tuổi khi người lên ngôi làm vua, và cai trị ba mươi mốt năm tại Giê-ru-sa-lem.
2 and to make: do [the] upright in/on/with eye: appearance LORD and to go: walk in/on/with way: conduct David father his and not to turn aside: turn aside right and left
Người làm điều thiện trước mặt Đức Giê-hô-va, và đi theo con đường của Đa-vít, tổ phụ người, không xây về bên hữu hay là bên tả.
3 and in/on/with eight year to/for to reign him and he/she/it still he youth to profane/begin: begin to/for to seek to/for God David father his and in/on/with two ten year to profane/begin: begin to/for be pure [obj] Judah and Jerusalem from [the] high place and [the] Asherah and [the] idol and [the] liquid
Năm thứ tám đời người trị vì, khi người hãy còn trẻ tuổi, thì người khởi tìm kiếm Đức Chúa Trời của Đa-vít, tổ phụ người; năm thứ mười hai, người khởi dọn sạch Giu-đa và Giê-ru-sa-lem, trừ bỏ những nơi cao, thần A-sê-ra, tượng chạm và tượng đúc.
4 and to tear to/for face his [obj] altar [the] Baal and [the] pillar which to/for above [to] from upon them to cut down/off and [the] Asherah and [the] idol and [the] liquid to break and to crush and to scatter upon face: surface [the] grave [the] to sacrifice to/for them
Trước mặt vua, người ta phá dỡ các bàn thờ Ba-anh, đánh đổ những trụ thờ mặt trời ở trên cao bàn thờ ấy; còn thần A-sê-ra, tượng chạm và tượng đúc, thì bẻ gãy, nghiền nát nó ra, rồi rải trên mồ mả của những kẻ đã cúng tế nó.
5 and bone priest to burn upon (altar their *Q(K)*) and be pure [obj] Judah and [obj] Jerusalem
Người cũng thiêu hài cốt của những thầy tế lễ tại trên bàn thờ các thần ấy, và dọn sạch Giu-đa và Giê-ru-sa-lem.
6 and in/on/with city Manasseh and Ephraim and Simeon and till Naphtali (in/on/with mountain: mount in/on/with sword their *Q(K)*) around
Trong các thành của Ma-na-se, của Eùp-ra-im, và của Si-mê-ôn, cho đến Nép-ta-li khắp chung quanh các nơi đổ nát,
7 and to tear [obj] [the] altar and [obj] [the] Asherah and [the] idol to crush to/for to crush and all [the] pillar to cut down/off in/on/with all land: country/planet Israel and to return: return to/for Jerusalem
người phá dỡ các bàn thờ và nghiền nát ra bụi những thần A-sê-ra, tượng chạm và tượng đúc, đánh đổ các trụ thờ mặt trời ở trong khắp xứ Y-sơ-ra-ên; rồi người trở về Giê-ru-sa-lem.
8 and in/on/with year eight ten to/for to reign him to/for be pure [the] land: country/planet and [the] house: home to send: depart [obj] Shaphan son: child Azaliah and [obj] Maaseiah ruler [the] city and [obj] Joah son: child Joahaz [the] to remember to/for to strengthen: strengthen [obj] house: temple LORD God his
Năm thứ mười tám đời người trị vì, sau khi đã dọn sạch xứ và đền thờ rồi, thì người sai Sa-phan, con trai A-sa-lia, Ma-a-xê-gia, quan cai thành, và Giô-a, con trai Giô-a-cha, quan thái sử, đặng sửa sang đền của Giê-hô-va Đức Chúa Trời người.
9 and to come (in): come to(wards) Hilkiah [the] priest [the] great: large and to give: give [obj] [the] silver: money [the] to come (in): bring house: temple God which to gather [the] Levi to keep: guard [the] threshold from hand: to Manasseh and Ephraim and from all remnant Israel and from all Judah and Benjamin (and to return: return *Q(K)*) Jerusalem
Các người ấy đi đến cùng Hinh-kia, thầy tế lễ thượng phẩm, giao cho người tiền bạc đã đem vào đền Đức Chúa Trời, tức tiền bạc mà người Lê-vi, kẻ giữ cửa, đã nhận nơi tay người Ma-na-se, người Eùp-ra-im, và nơi những kẻ còn sót lại trong Y-sơ-ra-ên, cùng nhận nơi cả Giu-đa, Bên-gia-min và những dân cư thành Giê-ru-sa-lem.
10 and to give: give upon hand: to to make: [do] [the] work [the] to reckon: overseer in/on/with house: temple LORD and to give: give [obj] him to make: [do] [the] work which to make in/on/with house: temple LORD to/for to repair and to/for to strengthen: strengthen [the] house: home
Chúng giao bạc ấy nơi tay những người coi sóc công việc của đền Đức Giê-hô-va; họ phát cho các thợ đặng tu bổ, sửa sang đền thờ:
11 and to give: give to/for artificer and to/for to build to/for to buy stone hewing and tree: wood to/for clamp and to/for to lay beams [obj] [the] house: home which to ruin king Judah
tức giao cho thợ mộc, thợ xây đặng mua đá đẽo, cây gỗ để ráp nối, và làm sườn cho các nhà thuộc về đền mà các vua Giu-đa đã phá hủy.
12 and [the] human to make: do in/on/with faithfulness in/on/with work and upon them to reckon: overseer Jahath and Obadiah [the] Levi from son: descendant/people Merari and Zechariah and Meshullam from son: descendant/people [the] Kohathite to/for to conduct and [the] Levi all to understand in/on/with article/utensil song
Các thợ ấy đều làm công việc cách thành tâm. Kẻ quản đốc các thợ ấy là Gia-hát và Ô-ba-đia, hai người Lê-vi thuộc về dòng Mê-ra-ri; Xa-cha-ri và Mê-su-lam về dòng Kê-hát, cùng mấy người Lê-vi khác, đánh nhạc khí giỏi.
13 and upon [the] burden and to conduct to/for all to make: do work to/for service: ministry and service: ministry and from [the] Levi secretary and official and gatekeeper
Chúng cũng quản đốc kẻ khiêng gánh, và coi sóc những người làm đủ mọi thứ công việc; còn những ký lục, quan cai và kẻ canh cửa đều là người Lê-vi.
14 and in/on/with to come out: send they [obj] [the] silver: money [the] to come (in): bring house: temple LORD to find Hilkiah [the] priest [obj] scroll: book instruction LORD in/on/with hand: by Moses
Khi người ta đem bạc đã đem vào đền Đức Giê-hô-va ra, thì Hinh-kia, thầy tế lễ, tìm được cuốn sách luật pháp của Đức Giê-hô-va truyền lại bởi Môi-se.
15 and to answer Hilkiah and to say to(wards) Shaphan [the] secretary scroll: book [the] instruction to find in/on/with house: temple LORD and to give: give Hilkiah [obj] [the] scroll: book to(wards) Shaphan
Hinh-kia cất tiếng lên nói với thơ ký Sa-phan rằng: Ta có tìm được cuốn sách luật pháp ở trong đền của Đức Giê-hô-va. Rồi Hinh-kia giao sách ấy cho Sa-phan.
16 and to come (in): bring Shaphan [obj] [the] scroll: book to(wards) [the] king and to return: reply still [obj] [the] king word to/for to say all which to give: give in/on/with hand: to servant/slave your they(masc.) to make: do
Sa-phan đem sách đó cho vua; rồi người cũng tâu với vua rằng: Mọi việc giao nơi tay các tôi tớ vua thì họ đang làm.
17 and to pour [obj] [the] silver: money [the] to find in/on/with house: temple LORD and to give: give him upon hand [the] to reckon: overseer and upon hand: to to make: [do] [the] work
Chúng đã lấy bạc tìm được trong đền Đức Giê-hô-va ra, và đã giao nơi tay các đốc công và những người làm công việc.
18 and to tell Shaphan [the] secretary to/for king to/for to say scroll: book to give: give to/for me Hilkiah [the] priest and to call: read out in/on/with him Shaphan to/for face: before [the] king
Thơ ký Sa-phan lại tâu với vua rằng: Thầy tế lễ Hinh-kia có trao cho tôi một cuốn sách. Sa-phan bèn đọc tại trước mặt vua.
19 and to be like/as to hear: hear [the] king [obj] word [the] instruction and to tear [obj] garment his
Xảy khi vua nghe các lời luật pháp rồi, thì xé áo mình.
20 and to command [the] king [obj] Hilkiah and [obj] Ahikam son: child Shaphan and [obj] Abdon son: child Micah and [obj] Shaphan [the] secretary and [obj] Asaiah servant/slave [the] king to/for to say
Vua truyền lịnh cho Hinh-kia, A-hi-cam, con trai của Sa-phan, Aùp-đôn, con trai của Mi-ca, Sa-phan, thơ ký, và A-sa-gia, quan cận thần vua, mà rằng:
21 to go: went to seek [obj] LORD about/through/for me and about/through/for [the] to remain in/on/with Israel and in/on/with Judah upon word [the] scroll: book which to find for great: large rage LORD which to pour in/on/with us upon which not to keep: obey father our [obj] word LORD to/for to make: do like/as all [the] to write upon [the] scroll: book [the] this
Hãy vì ta, vì các người Y-sơ-ra-ên và vì người Giu-đa còn sót lại, mà đi cầu vấn Đức Giê-hô-va về các lời phán của sách này đã tìm lại được vì cơn giận của Đức Giê-hô-va đã giáng trên chúng ta thật lớn thay, bởi các tổ phụ ta không gìn giữ lời phán của Đức Giê-hô-va, và chẳng làm theo các điều đã chép trong sách này.
22 and to go: went Hilkiah and which [the] king to(wards) Huldah [the] prophetess woman: wife Shallum son: child (Tikvah *Q(K)*) son: child Hasrah to keep: guard [the] garment and he/she/it to dwell in/on/with Jerusalem in/on/with Second [Quarter] and to speak: speak to(wards) her like/as this
Hinh-kia và các kẻ vua sai đi đến Hun-đa, nữ tiên tri, vợ của Sa-lum, là người giữ áo lễ, con trai của Tô-cát, cháu Hát-ra; bà ở tại Giê-ru-sa-lem trong quận thứ nhì; chúng nói với bà theo các lời vua đã phán.
23 and to say to/for them thus to say LORD God Israel to say to/for man which to send: depart [obj] you to(wards) me
Bà bèn nói với chúng rằng: Giê-hô-va Đức Chúa Trời của Y-sơ-ra-ên phán như vầy: Hãy nói cùng người đã sai các ngươi đến cùng ta rằng:
24 thus to say LORD look! I to come (in): bring distress: harm upon [the] place [the] this and upon to dwell his [obj] all [the] oath [the] to write upon [the] scroll: book which to call: read out to/for face: before king Judah
Đức Giê-hô-va phán như vầy: nầy ta sẽ khiến các tai vạ giáng trên chỗ này và trên dân ở chỗ này, tức là các sự rủa sả chép trong sách mà người ta đã đọc trước mặt vua Giu-đa.
25 underneath: because of which to leave: forsake me (and to offer: offer *Q(K)*) to/for God another because to provoke me in/on/with all deed: work hand their and to pour rage my in/on/with place [the] this and not to quench
Bởi vì chúng đã lìa bỏ ta, xông hương cho các tà thần, lấy các công việc tay chúng nó làm mà chọc giận ta; nên cơn thạnh nộ ta sẽ đổ ra trên chỗ này, không hề nguôi.
26 and to(wards) king Judah [the] to send: depart [obj] you to/for to seek in/on/with LORD thus to say to(wards) him thus to say LORD God Israel [the] word which to hear: hear
Còn vua Giu-đa đã sai các ngươi đi cầu vấn Đức Giê-hô-va, các ngươi hãy nói cho người như vầy: Về các lời ngươi đã nghe, Giê-hô-va Đức Chúa Trời của Y-sơ-ra-ên có phán như vầy:
27 because be tender heart your and be humble from to/for face: before God in/on/with to hear: hear you [obj] word his upon [the] place [the] this and upon to dwell his and be humble to/for face: before my and to tear [obj] garment your and to weep to/for face: before my and also I to hear: hear utterance LORD
Khi ngươi nghe lời ta phán nghịch cùng chỗ này, và nghịch cùng dân cư nó, thì ngươi có lòng mềm mại, hạ mình xuống trước mặt ta, xé áo ngươi, và khóc lóc tại trước mặt ta; bởi vậy cho nên ta cũng có nghe ngươi.
28 look! I to gather you to(wards) father your and to gather to(wards) grave your in/on/with peace and not to see: see eye your in/on/with all [the] distress: harm which I to come (in): bring upon [the] place [the] this and upon to dwell his and to return: return [obj] [the] king word
Kìa, ta sẽ khiến ngươi về cùng tổ phụ ngươi, ngươi sẽ được chôn bình an, và mắt ngươi sẽ chẳng thấy các tai vạ ta toan giáng xuống trên chốn này cùng trên dân cư nó. Chúng bèn tâu lại cho vua những lời ấy.
29 and to send: depart [the] king and to gather [obj] all old: elder Judah and Jerusalem
Vua bèn sai người nhóm các trưởng lão Giu-đa và Giê-ru-sa-lem.
30 and to ascend: rise [the] king house: temple LORD and all man Judah and to dwell Jerusalem and [the] priest and [the] Levi and all [the] people from great: large and till small and to call: read out in/on/with ear: hearing their [obj] all word scroll: book [the] covenant [the] to find house: temple LORD
Đoạn, vua đi lên đền Đức Giê-hô-va, có hết thảy người Giu-đa, dân cư Giê-ru-sa-lem, những thầy tế lễ, người Lê-vi, và cả dân sự, từ nhỏ đến lớn, đều đi theo người; người đọc cho chúng nghe các lời của sách giao ước đã tìm được trong đền của Đức Giê-hô-va,
31 and to stand: stand [the] king upon post his and to cut: make(covenant) [obj] [the] covenant to/for face: before LORD to/for to go: walk after LORD and to/for to keep: obey [obj] commandment his and testimony his and statute: decree his in/on/with all heart his and in/on/with all soul his to/for to make: do [obj] word [the] covenant [the] to write upon [the] scroll: book [the] this
Vua đứng tại chỗ mình, lập giao ước trước mặt Đức Giê-hô-va, hứa đi theo Đức Giê-hô-va, hết lòng hết ý gìn giữ các điều răn, chứng cớ, và luật lệ của Ngài, đặng làm trọn lời giao ước đã chép trong sách ấy.
32 and to stand: stand [obj] all [the] to find in/on/with Jerusalem and Benjamin and to make: do to dwell Jerusalem like/as covenant God God father their
Người cũng khiến những người ở Giê-ru-sa-lem và Bên-gia-min ưng theo giao ước ấy. Vậy, dân cư Giê-ru-sa-lem đều làm theo giao ước của Đức Chúa Trời, là Đức Chúa Trời của tổ phụ họ.
33 and to turn aside: remove Josiah [obj] all [the] abomination from all [the] land: country/planet which to/for son: descendant/people Israel and to serve: minister [obj] all [the] to find in/on/with Israel to/for to serve: minister [obj] LORD God their all day his not to turn aside: turn aside from after LORD God father their
Giô-si-a cất hết thảy sự gớm ghiếc khỏi các xứ thuộc về dân Y-sơ-ra-ên, và buộc hết thảy những người ở xứ Y-sơ-ra-ên phải phục sự Giê-hô-va Đức Chúa Trời của họ. Trọn đời Giô-si-a, chúng hằng theo Giê-hô-va Đức Chúa Trời của tổ phụ họ, chẳng lìa bỏ Ngài.
