1 Samuel 12
1 and to say Samuel to(wards) all Israel behold to hear: obey in/on/with voice your to/for all which to say to/for me and to reign upon you king
És monda Sámuel az egész Izráelnek: Ímé meghallgattam szavaitokat mindenben, valamit nékem mondottatok, és királyt választottam néktek.

Itt vagyok, tegyetek bizonyságot ellenem az Úr előtt és az ő felkentje előtt: kinek vettem el az ökrét, és kinek vettem el a szamarát, és kit csaltam meg, kit sanyargattam, és kitől fogadtam el ajándékot, hogy a miatt szemet hunyjak? és visszaadom néktek.

Most azért, ímhol a király, a kit választottatok, a kit kértetek. Ímé, az Úr királyt adott néktek.
14 if to fear: revere [obj] LORD and to serve [obj] him and to hear: obey in/on/with voice his and not to rebel [obj] lip: word LORD and to be also you(m. p.) and also [the] king which to reign upon you after LORD God your
Hogyha az Urat félitek, és néki szolgáltok; szavára hallgattok és az Úr szája ellen engedetlenek nem lesztek; és mind ti, mind pedig a király, a ki felettetek uralkodik, az Urat, a ti Isteneteket követitek: megtartattok.

Ha pedig az Úr szavára nem hallgattok, és az Úr szava ellen engedetlenek lesztek: az Úrnak keze ellenetek leend, miként a ti atyáitok ellen.

19 and to say all [the] people to(wards) Samuel to pray about/through/for servant/slave your to(wards) LORD God your and not to die for to add upon all sin our distress: evil to/for to ask to/for us king
És monda az egész nép Sámuelnek: Könyörögj szolgáidért az Úrhoz, a te Istenedhez, hogy meg ne haljunk, mert minden bűneinket csak öregbítettük azzal a bűnnel, hogy királyt kértünk magunknak.
20 and to say Samuel to(wards) [the] people not to fear you(m. p.) to make: do [obj] all [the] distress: evil [the] this surely not to turn aside: turn aside from after LORD and to serve [obj] LORD in/on/with all heart your
És monda Sámuel a népnek: Ne féljetek! Ha már mind e gonoszságot véghez vittétek, most ne távozzatok el az Úrtól, hanem az Úrnak szolgáljatok teljes szívetekből.
21 and not to turn aside: turn aside for after [the] formlessness which not to gain and not to rescue for formlessness they(masc.)
Ne térjetek el a hiábavalóságok után, a melyek nem használnak, meg sem szabadíthatnak, mert hiábavalóságok azok.
22 for not to leave LORD [obj] people his in/on/with for the sake of name his [the] great: large for be willing LORD to/for to make [obj] you to/for him to/for people
Mert nem hagyja el az Úr az ő népét, az ő nagy nevéért; mert tetszett az Úrnak, hogy titeket a maga népévé válaszszon.
23 also I forbid to/for me from to sin to/for LORD from to cease to/for to pray about/through/for you and to show [obj] you in/on/with way: conduct [the] pleasant and [the] upright
Sőt tőlem is távol legyen, hogy az Úr ellen vétkezzem és felhagyjak az érettetek való könyörgéssel; hanem inkább tanítani foglak titeket a jó és igaz útra.
24 surely to fear: revere [obj] LORD and to serve [obj] him in/on/with truth: faithful in/on/with all heart your for to see: examine [obj] which to magnify with you
Csak féljétek az Urat, és szolgáljatok néki hűségesen, teljes szívetekből; mert látjátok; mily nagy dolgot cselekedett veletek.
25 and if be evil be evil also you(m. p.) also king your to snatch
Ha pedig folytonos rosszat cselekesztek: mind ti, mind királyotok elvesztek.
