1 Corinthians 13

१यदि मैं मनुष्यों, और स्वर्गदूतों की बोलियाँ बोलूँ, और प्रेम न रखूँ, तो मैं ठनठनाता हुआ पीतल, और झंझनाती हुई झाँझ हूँ।
2 and if to have/be prophecy and to know the/this/who mystery all and all the/this/who knowledge and if to have/be all the/this/who faith so mountain to move love then not to have/be none to be
२और यदि मैं भविष्यद्वाणी कर सकूँ, और सब भेदों और सब प्रकार के ज्ञान को समझूँ, और मुझे यहाँ तक पूरा विश्वास हो, कि मैं पहाड़ों को हटा दूँ, परन्तु प्रेम न रखूँ, तो मैं कुछ भी नहीं।
3 and if to feed/dole out all the/this/who be already me and if to deliver the/this/who body me in order that/to (to boast *N(K)(o)*) love then not to have/be none to help
३और यदि मैं अपनी सम्पूर्ण सम्पत्ति कंगालों को खिला दूँ, या अपनी देह जलाने के लिये दे दूँ, और प्रेम न रखूँ, तो मुझे कुछ भी लाभ नहीं।
4 the/this/who love to have patience be kind the/this/who love no be eager the/this/who love no to boast no to inflate
४प्रेम धीरजवन्त है, और कृपालु है; प्रेम डाह नहीं करता; प्रेम अपनी बड़ाई नहीं करता, और फूलता नहीं।
5 no to act improperly no to seek the/this/who themself no to provoke no to count the/this/who evil/harm: harm
५अशोभनीय व्यवहार नहीं करता, वह अपनी भलाई नहीं चाहता, झुँझलाता नहीं, बुरा नहीं मानता।
6 no to rejoice upon/to/against the/this/who unrighteousness to rejoice with then the/this/who truth
६कुकर्म से आनन्दित नहीं होता, परन्तु सत्य से आनन्दित होता है।
7 all to endure all to trust (in) all to hope/expect all to remain/endure
७वह सब बातें सह लेता है, सब बातों पर विश्वास करता है, सब बातों की आशा रखता है, सब बातों में धीरज धरता है।
8 the/this/who love never (to collapse *N(k)O*) whether then prophecy to abate whether tongue to cease whether knowledge to abate
८प्रेम कभी टलता नहीं; भविष्यद्वाणियाँ हों, तो समाप्त हो जाएँगी, भाषाएँ मौन हो जाएँगी; ज्ञान हो, तो मिट जाएगा।

९क्योंकि हमारा ज्ञान अधूरा है, और हमारी भविष्यद्वाणी अधूरी।

१०परन्तु जब सर्वसिद्ध आएगा, तो अधूरा मिट जाएगा।

११जब मैं बालक था, तो मैं बालकों के समान बोलता था, बालकों के समान मन था बालकों सी समझ थी; परन्तु सयाना हो गया, तो बालकों की बातें छोड़ दीं।

१२अब हमें दर्पण में धुँधला सा दिखाई देता है; परन्तु उस समय आमने-सामने देखेंगे, इस समय मेरा ज्ञान अधूरा है; परन्तु उस समय ऐसी पूरी रीति से पहचानूँगा, जैसा मैं पहचाना गया हूँ।

१३पर अब विश्वास, आशा, प्रेम ये तीनों स्थायी हैं, पर इनमें सबसे बड़ा प्रेम है।
