1 Chronicles 20

၁အခါလည် ၍၊ ရှင် ဘုရင်တို့သည် စစ်တိုက် ချိန် ရောက်သောအခါ ၊ ယွာဘ သည်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အလုံးအရင်းနှင့် ချီသွား သဖြင့် ၊ အမ္မုန် ပြည် ကို တိုက်ဖျက် ၍ ရဗ္ဗာ မြို့ကို ဝိုင်းထား ၏။ ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ကိုယ်တိုင်ယေရုရှလင် မြို့ ၌ နေ လေ၏။

၂ယွာဘ သည် ရဗ္ဗာ မြို့ကို တိုက်ဖျက် ပြီးမှ ၊ ဒါဝိဒ် သည် မင်းကြီး ၏ သရဖူ ကိုချွတ်ယူ ၍ ခေါင်း တော်ပေါ် မှာ တင်ကြ၏။ သရဖူအချိန် ကား၊ ကျောက် မြတ် ကိုမဆိုဘဲ ရွှေ အခွက် တဆယ်ရှိ သတည်း။ မြို့ ၌လုယူ သော ဥစ္စာ အများ ကိုလည်း ထုတ် လေ၏။

၃မြို့သား တို့ကိုလည်း ထုတ် ၍လွှတိုက်မှု ၊ သံ ထွန် ၊ သံပုဆိန် နှင့် လုပ်မှုကိုလုပ်စေ၏။ ထိုသို့ ဒါဝိဒ် သည် အမ္မုန် မြို့သူ ရွာသားအပေါင်း တို့၌ ပြု ပြီးမှ ၊ လူ အပေါင်း တို့နှင့်အတူ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သို့ ပြန် လေ၏။

၄နောက် တဖန် ဂေဇာ မြို့မှ ဖိလိတ္တိ လူတို့နှင့် စစ်တိုက် ကြစဉ် ၊ ဟုရှသိ လူသိဗေခဲ သည် ရေဖိမ် အမျိုး သာဖ ကို သတ် ၍ ဖိလိတ္တိလူတို့ကို အောင်မြင် လေ၏။

၅နောက် တဖန် ဖိလိတ္တိ လူတို့ကို စစ်တိုက် ကြစဉ်၊ ယာဣယ သား ဧလဟာနန် သည် ရက်ကန်း လက်လိပ် နှင့်အမျှ ကြီးသော လှံ ရိုး ကိုသုံးစွဲသော ဂိတ္တိ အမျိုး ဂေါလျတ် ၏ ညီ လာခမိ ကို သတ် လေ၏။
