1 Chronicles 13
1 and to advise David with ruler [the] thousand and [the] hundred to/for all leader
David se concerta avec les chiliarques et les centurions, consultant tous les capitaines.
2 and to say David to/for all assembly Israel if upon you pleasant and from LORD God our to break through to send: depart upon brother: compatriot our [the] to remain in/on/with all land: country/planet Israel and with them [the] priest and [the] Levi in/on/with city pasture their and to gather to(wards) us
Et il dit à toute l’assemblée d’Israël: "Si cela vous convient et si l’Eternel, notre Dieu, l’agrée, nous nous hâterons de mander à nos autres frères, dans toutes les régions d’Israël, ainsi qu’aux prêtres et aux Lévites, dans les villes qu’ils habitent avec leur banlieue, de se réunir à nous.
3 and to turn: again [obj] ark God our to(wards) us for not to seek him in/on/with day Saul
Puis nous transférerons près de nous l’arche de notre Dieu, car nous ne nous en sommes pas inquiétés du vivant de Saül."

Toute l’assemblée donna son assentiment à ce projet, car il plaisait à tout le peuple.

David réunit donc tout Israël, depuis le Chihor, qui baigne l’Egypte, jusqu’aux approches de Hamath, afin de transporter de Kiryat-Yearim l’arche de Dieu.
6 and to ascend: rise David and all Israel Baalah [to] to(wards) Kiriath-jearim Kiriath-jearim which to/for Judah to/for to ascend: establish from there [obj] ark [the] God LORD to dwell [the] cherub which to call: call by name
David et tout Israël montèrent à Baala, vers Kiryat-Yearim de Juda, pour en faire venir l’arche de Dieu, à laquelle est imposé le nom même de l’Eternel, qui siège sur les chérubins.
7 and to ride [obj] ark [the] God upon cart new from house: household Abinadab and Uzzah and Ahio to lead in/on/with cart
On plaça l’arche de Dieu sur un chariot neuf, pour le transporter hors de la maison d’Abinadab. Ouzza et Ahyo conduisaient le char.
8 and David and all Israel to laugh to/for face: before [the] God in/on/with all strength and in/on/with song and in/on/with lyre and in/on/with harp and in/on/with tambourine and in/on/with cymbal and in/on/with trumpet
David et tout Israël dansaient, devant Dieu, de toute leur force, en s’accompagnant de chants, de harpes, de luths, de tambourins, de cymbales et de trompettes.
9 and to come (in): come till threshing floor Chidon and to send: reach Uzzah [obj] hand his to/for to grasp [obj] [the] ark for to release [the] cattle
Comme on arrivait à l’aire de Kidôn, Ouzza étendit la main pour retenir l’arche, parce que les bœufs avaient glissé.
10 and to be incensed face: anger LORD in/on/with Uzzah and to smite him upon which to send: reach hand his upon [the] ark and to die there to/for face: before God
La colère de l’Eternel s’alluma contre Ouzza, et il le frappa pour avoir porté la main sur l’arche; et il mourut là devant Dieu.
11 and to be incensed to/for David for to break through LORD breach in/on/with Uzzah and to call: call by to/for place [the] he/she/it Perez-uzza Perez-uzza till [the] day: today [the] this
David, consterné du coup dont l’Eternel avait frappé Ouzza, donna à ce lieu le nom de Péreç-Ouzza, qu’il porte encore aujourd’hui.
12 and to fear David [obj] [the] God in/on/with day [the] he/she/it to/for to say how? to come (in): bring to(wards) me [obj] ark [the] God
David, ce jour-là, redouta Dieu et dit: "Comment amènerais-je chez moi l’arche de Dieu?"
13 and not to turn aside: remove David [obj] [the] ark to(wards) him to(wards) city David and to stretch him to(wards) house: home Obed-edom Obed-edom [the] Gittite
David ne fit pas conduire l’arche chez lui, dans la Cité de David; il la fit diriger vers la maison d’Obed-Edom, le Ghittéen.
14 and to dwell ark [the] God with house: household Obed-edom Obed-edom in/on/with house: home his three month and to bless LORD [obj] house: household Obed-edom Obed-edom and [obj] all which to/for him
L’Arche de Dieu demeura trois mois dans la maison d’Obed-Edom, et l’Eternel bénit la maison d’Obed-Edom et tout ce qui lui appartenait.
