১পলেষ্টীয়াসকলে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ বিৰুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ কৰিলে। ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সকলো লোক পলেষ্টীয়াসকলৰ সন্মুখৰ পৰা পলাল, আৰু অনেক লোকৰ মৃত্যু হৈ গিলবোৱা পৰ্বতত পৰিল।

৮পিছদিনা পলেষ্টীয়াসকলে বধ কৰা লোকসকলৰ সাজ সোলোকাই লবলৈ আহি, গিলবোৱা পৰ্বতত চৌল আৰু তেওঁৰ পুত্ৰসকলৰ মৃত-দেহ পৰি থকা পালে।
