Zephaniah 3
1 Woe to! [the] filthy [one] and [the] defiled [one] the city which oppresses.
धिक्कार त्यो बागी शहर! त्यो हिंसक शहर अशुद्ध भएको छ ।
2 Not it has listened to a voice not it has accepted correction in Yahweh not it has trusted to God its not it has drawn near.
त्यसले परमेश्वरको आवाज सुनेको छैन, न त त्यसले परमप्रभुबाटको सुधारलाई ग्रहण गर्यो । त्यसले परमप्रभुमा विश्वास गर्दैन र त्यो आफ्नो परमेश्वरको समिप जाँदैन ।
3 Officials its in midst its [are] lions roaring judges its [are] wolves of [the] evening [which] not they gnaw to the morning.
त्यसको माझमा त्यसका राजकुमारहरू गर्जने सिंहझैँ छन् । त्यसका न्यायकर्ताहरू साँझमा आउने ब्वाँसाहरूझैँ छन् जसले बिहानसम्म खानको निम्ति केही पनि बाँकी राख्दैनन् ।
4 Prophets its [are] insolent men of treacheri priests its they profane [the] sanctuary they do violence to [the] law.
त्यसका अगमवक्ताहरू ढीट र विश्वासघाती मानिसहरू हुन् । त्यसका पूजाहारीहरुले पवित्र कुरालाई अशुद्ध बनाएका छन् र व्यवस्थाको विरुद्ध हिंसा गरेका छन् ।
5 Yahweh [is] righteous in midst its not he does injustice in the morning in the morning judgment his he gives to the light not he fails and not [is] knowing an unrighteous person shame.
त्यसको बिचमा परमप्रभु धार्मिक हुनुहुन्छ । उहाँले कुनै खराबी गर्नुहुन्न । हरेक बिहानी उहाँले आफ्नो न्याय प्रदान गर्नुहुन्छ । त्यो प्रकाशमा लुक्नेछैन, तर पनि अधर्मीहरूलाई कुनै शर्म छैन ।
6 I have cut off nations they are desolate corners their I have made desolate streets their because not [one who] passes by they have been laid waste cities their because not anyone from not inhabitant.
“मैले जाति-जातिहरूलाई नष्ट पारेको छु । तिनीहरूका किल्लाहरू ध्वस्त भएका छन् । मैले तिनीहरूका सडकहरूलाई भग्नावशेष बनाइदिएको छु, अनि तीबाट भएर कोही पनि जाँदैनन् । तिनीहरूका शहरहरु नष्ट पारिएका छन्, अनि त्यहाँ कोही मानिस बसोबास गर्दैनन् ।
7 I said surely you will fear me you will accept correction and not it will be cut off dwelling its all that I have visited on it nevertheless they rose early they corrupted all practices their.
मैले भनेँ, ‘निश्चय नै तैँले मेरो भय मान्नेछस् । मेरो सुधारलाई स्वीकार गर् र मैले तेरो विरुद्धमा गरिदिनेछु भनी योजना गरेझैँ, तँ तेरो घरबाट बहिष्कार हुनेछैनस् ।’ तर तिनीहरू हरेक बिहानीलाई भ्रष्ट कामहरुद्धारा सुरुवात गर्न आतुर हुन्छन् ।
8 Therefore wait for me [the] utterance of Yahweh for [the] day to arise I for booty for judgment my [is] to gather nations to assemble I kingdoms to pour out on them indignation my all [the] burning of anger my for in [the] fire of jealousy my it will be consumed all the earth.
त्यसैकारण जुन दिनसम्म म शिकारलाई पक्रनको निम्ति उठ्दिनँ, त्यस बेलासम्म मलाई पर्ख, परमप्रभु घोषणा गर्नुहुन्छ । किनकि मेरो निर्णय जाति-जातिहरूलाई एकठ्ठा गर्ने, राज्यहरूलाई जम्मा गर्ने, र तिनीहरूमाथि मेरो क्रोध, मेरो सम्पूर्ण ज्वलन्त क्रोध खन्याउने हो, किनभने मेरो डाहको आगोमा सारा पृथ्वी भस्म हुनेछ ।
9 For then I will restore to peoples a lip purified to call all of them on [the] name of Yahweh to serve him a shoulder one.
तर त्यसपछि म मानिसहरूका ओठहरूलाई शुद्ध पार्नेछु, ताकि तिनीहरू सबैले काँधमा काँध मिलाएर परमप्रभुको सेवा गर्नको निम्ति उहाँको नाउँ पुकारून् ।
10 From [the] other side of [the] rivers of Cush worshippers my [the] daughter of (scattered [ones] my *L(abh)*) they will bring! offering my.
कूशका नदीहरूको पारिबाट मेरो आराधना गर्नेहरू, र तितरबितर भएका मेरा मानिसहरूले मेरो निम्ति बलिदानहरू ल्याउनेछन् ।
11 On the day that not you will be ashamed from all practices your which you have transgressed against me for then - I will remove from midst your [the] exultant [ones] of pride your and not you will repeat to be haughty again on [the] mountain of holiness my.
त्यस दिन तैँले मेरो विरुद्ध गरेका सबै कामहरूको कारण तँ शर्ममा पारिनेछैनस्, किनभने त्यस समयमा तेरो घमण्डको उत्सव मनाउनेहरूलाई तेरो बिचबाट म हटाइदिनेछु, र मेरो पवित्र पर्वतमा अबदेखि उसो तैँले अहङ्कारी भएर काम गर्नेछैनस् ।
12 And I will leave in midst your a people afflicted and poor and they will take refuge in [the] name of Yahweh.
तर तेरो बिचमा म नम्र र गरीब मानिसहरूलाई छोडिदिनेछु, र तिनीहरूले परमप्रभुको नाउँमा शरण पाउनेछन् ।
13 [the] remnant of Israel not they will do injustice and not they will speak falsehood and not it will be found in mouth their a tongue of deceitfulness for they they will graze and they will lie down and there not [will be one who] disturbs [them].
इस्राएलका बाँकी रहेकाहरूले अब उसो अन्याय गर्नेछैनन् वा झुटो बोल्नेछैनन्, र तिनीहरूको मुखमा छलपूर्ण जिब्रो पाइनेछैन । यसैकारण तिनीहरू खानेछन् र पल्टिनेछन्, र तिनीहरू भयभीत हुनेछैनन् ।”
14 Shout for joy O daughter of Zion shout O Israel rejoice and exult with all [the] heart O daughter of Jerusalem.
ए सियोनकी छोरी, गा! इस्राएल, उच्च सोरमा करा । यरूशलेमकी छोरी आनन्दित हो र आफ्नो सारा हृदयले रमाहट गर् ।
15 He has removed Yahweh judgments your he has cleared away enemy your [the] king of Israel - Yahweh [is] in midst your not (you will fear *L(V)*) evil again.
परमप्रभुले तेरो दण्ड तँबाट टाढा गरिदिनुभएको छ, तेरा शत्रुहरूलाई धपाइदिनुभएको छ । तेरो बिचमा परमप्रभु इस्राएलका राजा हुनुहुन्छ । अबदेखि उसो तैँले दुष्टको भय मान्नेछैनस् ।
16 On the day that it will be said to Jerusalem may not you be afraid O Zion may not they drop hands your.
त्यस दिन तिनीहरूले यरूशलेमलाई भन्नेछन्, “ए सियोन, नडरा । तेरा हात कमजोर हुन नदे ।
17 Yahweh God your [is] in midst your a warrior [who] he will give victory he will rejoice on you with joy he will be silent in love his he will be glad on you with a shout of joy.
परमप्रभु तिमीहरूका परमेश्वर तेरो बिचमा हुनुहुन्छ, जो तँलाई बचाउन सामर्थी हुनुहुन्छ । उहाँले तेरो निम्ति आनन्द मनाउनुहुन्छ । उहाँ आफ्नो प्रेममा तँसित शान्त हुनुहुन्छ । उहाँ आनन्दको सोरले तँसित रमाउनुहुनेछ ।
18 [those] grieved From an appointed feast I will gather from you they were tribute on it reproach.
नियुक्त गरिएका भोजहरूमा उपस्थित हुन नसकेर शोक गर्नेहरूलाई म भेला गराउनेछु, यसैकारण अबदेखि तँ त्यसको निम्ति शर्ममा पर्नेछैनस् ।
19 Here I [am] about to deal with all [those who] afflicted you at the time that and I will save the lame [person] and the outcast [person] I will gather and I will make them praise and a name [was] in all the earth shame their.
हेर्, तँलाई दमन गर्नेहरूसँग म लेखा लिनेछु । त्यसबेला, म लङ्गडालाई बचाउनेछु र बहिष्कृतहरूलाई भेला गराउनेछु । म तिनीहरूलाई मान-सम्मान दिनेछु, र तिनीहरूको शर्मलाई सारा पृथ्वीभरि प्रसिद्धिमा परिणत गरिदिनेछु ।
20 At the time that I will bring you and at the time to gather I you for I will make you a name and praise among all [the] peoples of the earth when turn back I captiviti your to eyes your he says Yahweh.
त्यसबेला, म तिमीहरूको नेतृत्व गर्नेछु, र तिमीहरूलाई भेला गराउनेछु । जब म तिमीहरूलाई पुनर्स्थापित गर्नेछु, म पृथ्वीका सारा जातिहरूलाई तिमीहरूको सम्मान र प्रशंसा गर्न लगाउनेछु,” परमप्रभु भन्नुहुन्छ ।
