Zechariah 1
1 In the month eighth in year two of Darius it came [the] word of Yahweh to Zechariah [the] son of Berekiah [the] son of Iddo the prophet saying.
Im achten Monat, im zweiten Jahr des Darius, geschah das Wort Jehovahs an Sacharjah, den Sohn Berechjahs, des Sohnes Iddos, den Propheten, und Er sprach:
2 He was angry Yahweh towards ancestors your anger.
Jehovah war sehr entrüstet über eure Väter.
3 And you will say to them thus he says Yahweh of hosts return to me [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts so I may return to you he says Yahweh of hosts.
Du aber sprich zu ihnen: So spricht Jehovah der Heerscharen: Kehret zurück zu Mir, spricht Jehovah der Heerscharen, dann kehre Ich zurück zu euch, spricht Jehovah der Heerscharen.
4 May not you be like ancestors your whom they proclaimed to them the prophets former saying thus he says Yahweh of hosts turn back please from ways your evil (and deeds your *Q(k)*) evil and not they listened and not they paid attention to me [the] utterance of Yahweh.
Seid nicht wie eure Väter, denen die ersten Propheten zuriefen und sprachen: So spricht Jehovah der Heerscharen: Kehret doch zurück von euren bösen Wegen und euren bösen Werken, aber sie hörten nicht und merkten nicht auf Mich, spricht Jehovah.
5 Ancestors your where? [are] they and the prophets ¿ to forever do they live.
Wo sind nun eure Väter? Und die Propheten, leben sie ewig?
6 Nevertheless - words my and statutes my which I commanded servants my the prophets ¿ not did they overtake ancestors your and they repented and they said just as he planned Yahweh of hosts to do to us according to ways our and according to deeds our so he has done with us.
Doch Meine Worte und Meine Satzungen, die Ich Meinen Knechten, den Propheten, hatte geboten, erreichten sie eure Väter nicht? Und sie kehrten zurück und sprachen: Wie Jehovah der Herrscharen gesonnen uns zu tun nach unseren Wegen und nach unseren Werken, so hat Er mit uns getan.
7 On day twenty and four of one [plus] ten month it [was] [the] month of Shebat in year two of Darius it came [the] word of Yahweh to Zechariah [the] son of Berekiah [the] son of Iddo the prophet saying.
Am vierundzwanzigsten Tage des elften Monats, welcher ist der Monat Schebat, im zweiten Jahr des Darius, geschah das Wort Jehovahs an Sacharjah, den Sohn Berechjahus, des Sohnes Iddos, an den Propheten, und Er sprach:
8 I saw - the night and there! a man [was] riding on a horse red and he [was] standing between the myrtle trees which [were] in the hollow and [were] behind him horses red sorrel and white.
Ich sah in der Nacht, und siehe, ein Mann ritt auf einem roten Pferd, und er stand zwischen den Myrten, die in der Tiefe sind, und hinter ihm rote, braune und weiße Pferde.
9 And I said what? [are] these O lord my and he said to me the angel who was speaking with me I I will show you what? they [are] these.
Und ich sprach: Was sind diese, mein Herr? Und der Engel, der mit redete, sprach zu mir: Ich will dich sehen lassen, was diese sind.
10 And he answered the man who was standing between (the myrtle trees *LB(ah)*) and he said these [are those] whom he has sent Yahweh to go about on the earth.
Und es hub an der Mann, der zwischen den Myrten stand, und sprach: Diese sind es, die Jehovah sandte, durch das Land zu ziehen.
11 And they answered [the] angel of Yahweh who was standing between the myrtle trees and they said we have gone about on the earth and there! all the earth [is] dwelling and [is] undisturbed.
Und sie antworteten dem Engel des Jehovah, der zwischen den Myrten stand, und sprachen: Wir sind durch das Land gezogen, und siehe, das Land wird bewohnt und rastet.
12 And he answered [the] angel of Yahweh and he said O Yahweh of hosts until when? you not will you have compassion on Jerusalem and [the] cities of Judah which you have been indignant this seventy year[s].
Und es antwortete der Engel Jehovahs und sprach: Jehovah der Heerscharen, wie lange willst Du Dich nicht erbarmen Jerusalems und der Städte Jehudahs, gegen die Du diese siebzig Jahre ergrimmt bist?
13 And he answered Yahweh the angel who was speaking with me words good words comfort.
Und es antwortete Jehovah dem Engel, der mit mir redete, gute Worte, tröstliche Worte;
14 And he said to me the angel who was speaking with me proclaim saying thus he says Yahweh of hosts I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion jealousy great.
Und zu mir sprach der Engel, der mit mir redete: Rufe und sprich: So spricht Jehovah der Heerscharen: Ich eifere mit großem Eifer für Jerusalem und für Zijon.
15 And anger great I [am] angry towards the nations at ease which I I was angry a little and they they have helped for evil.
Und Ich bin entrüstet mit großer Entrüstung wider die sorglosen Völkerschaften, indem Ich ein wenig entrüstet war, und sie zum Übel beistanden.
16 Therefore thus he says Yahweh I have returned to Jerusalem with compassion house my it will be rebuilt in it [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts (and a measuring-line *Q(K)*) it will be stretched out over Jerusalem.
Darum, so spricht Jehovah, kehre Ich zurück mit Erbarmen zu Jerusalem: Mein Haus, spricht Jehovah der Heerscharen, soll in ihm aufgebaut und die Meßschnur über Jerusalem ausgespannt werden.
17 Again - proclaim saying thus he says Yahweh of hosts again they will overflow cities my from good and he will comfort Yahweh again Zion and he will choose again Jerusalem.
Noch rufe und sprich: So spricht Jehovah der Heerscharen: Noch werden sich Meine Städte ausbreiten wegen des Guten, und Jehovah tröstet noch Zijon, und erwählt noch Jerusalem.
18 And I lifted up eyes my and I saw and there! four horns.
Und ich hob meine Augen auf und sah, und siehe: vier Hörner.
19 And I said to the angel who was speaking with me what? [are] these and he said to me these [are] the horns which they scattered Judah Israel and Jerusalem.
Und ich sprach zu dem Engel, der mit mir redete: Was sind diese? Und er sprach zu mir: Dies sind die Hörner, die Jehudah, Israel und Jerusalem zersprengten.
20 And he showed me Yahweh four craftsmen.
Und Jehovah ließ mich vier Werkleute sehen.
21 And I said what? [are] these coming to do and he said saying these [are] the horns which they scattered Judah according to [the] mouth of a man not he lifted up head his and they have come these [craftsmen] to terrify them to throw down [the] horns of the nations which lifted up a horn against [the] land of Judah to scatter it.
Und ich sprach: Was sind diese gekommen zu tun? Und Er sprach, sprechend: Dies sind die Hörner, die Jehudah zersprengten, dermaßen, daß kein Mann das Haupt erhob. Und diese sind gekommen, diese aufzuscheuchen, niederzuwerfen die Hörner der Völkerschaften, die das Horn erhoben wider das Land Jehudah, um es zu zersprengen.
