Zechariah 7
1 And it was in year four of Darius the king it came [the] word of Yahweh to Zechariah on [day] four of the month ninth in Kislev.
En la kvara jaro de la reĝo Dario aperis vorto de la Eternulo al Zeĥarja, en la kvara tago de la naŭa monato, tio estas de Kislev;
2 And it had sent Beth-el Shar-ezer and Regem-Melech and men his to entreat [the] face of Yahweh.
kiam Bet-El sendis Ŝareceron kaj Regem-Meleĥon kun iliaj akompanantoj, por preĝi antaŭ la Eternulo,
3 To say to the priests who [belonged] to [the] house of Yahweh of hosts and to the prophets saying ¿ will I weep in the month fifth will I consecrate myself? just as I have done this how many? years.
kaj demandi la pastrojn, kiuj estis en la domo de la Eternulo Cebaot, kaj la profetojn, jene: Ĉu ni devas plori en la kvina monato, kaj fasti, kiel ni faradis jam dum multe da jaroj?
4 And it came [the] word of Yahweh of hosts to me saying.
Tiam aperis al mi vorto de la Eternulo Cebaot, dirante:
5 Say to all [the] people of the land and to the priests saying that you fasted and you mourned in the fifth [month] and in the seventh [month] and this seventy year[s] ¿ really did you fast for me me.
Diru al la tuta popolo de la lando kaj al la pastroj jene: Kiam vi fastis kaj funebris en la kvina monato kaj en la sepa dum la sepdek jaroj — ĉu por Mi vi fastis? ĉu por Mi?
6 And if you eat and if you drink ¿ not [are] you the [ones who] eat and [are] you? the [ones who] drink.
Kaj kiam vi manĝas kaj trinkas, ĉu ne por vi mem vi manĝas kaj trinkas?
7 ¿ Not [are] the words which he proclaimed Yahweh by [the] hand of the prophets former when was Jerusalem remaining and at ease and cities its around it and the Negev and the Shephelah [was] remaining.
Ĉu la esenco ne estas tiuj vortoj, kiujn la Eternulo proklamis per la antaŭaj profetoj, kiam Jerusalem estis priloĝata kaj bonstata, kaj la urboj ĉirkaŭ ĝi, la suda regiono kaj la malaltaĵo, estis priloĝataj?
8 And it came [the] word of Yahweh to Zechariah saying.
Kaj aperis vorto de la Eternulo al Zeĥarja, dirante:
9 Thus he says Yahweh of hosts saying justice of faithfulness judge and loyalty and compassion do each with brother his.
Tiele diras la Eternulo Cebaot: Faru juĝon justan, ĉiu estu bona kaj kompatema al sia frato;
10 And [the] widow and [the] fatherless [the] sojourner and [the] poor may not you oppress and [the] harm of each brother his may not you plan in heart your.
vidvinon, orfon, fremdulon, kaj malriĉulon ne premu, kaj ne portu en via koro malbonajn intencojn kontraŭ via frato.
11 And they refused to pay attention and they gave a shoulder stubborn and ears their they made heavy from hearing.
Sed ili ne volis atenti, ili deturnis de Mi sian flankon, kaj siajn orelojn ili ŝtopis, por ne aŭdi.
12 And heart their they made flint from hearing the law and the words which he had sent Yahweh of hosts by spirit his by [the] hand of the prophets former and it was wrath great from with Yahweh of hosts.
Sian koron ili faris kiel diamanta ŝtono, por ne obei la instruon, kaj la vortojn, kiujn la Eternulo Cebaot sendis en Sia spirito per la antaŭaj profetoj; pro tio aperis granda kolero de la Eternulo Cebaot.
13 And it was just as he called and not they listened so they called and not I listened he says Yahweh of hosts.
Kaj ĉar Li vokis, kaj ili ne aŭskultis, tial ankaŭ Mi ne aŭskultis, kiam ili vokis, diras la Eternulo Cebaot.
14 And I will storm away them to all the nations which not they have known them and the land it was desolate behind them from [one who] passes by and from [one who] returns and they made a land of desire into a waste.
Kaj Mi disblovis ilin inter ĉiujn naciojn, kiujn ili ne konis, kaj la lando post ili dezertiĝis tiel, ke neniu en ĝi iris tien aŭ reen; tiamaniere la ĉarman landon ili faris dezerto.
