Zechariah 6
1 And I returned and I lifted up eyes my and I saw and there! four chariots [were] coming forth from between [the] two the mountains and the mountains [were] mountains of bronze.
Je levai de nouveau les yeux et je vis: Et voici quatre chars sortant d'entre les deux montagnes, et les montagnes étaient des montagnes d'airain.
2 [were] with the Chariot first horses red and [were] with the chariot second horses black.
Au premier char il y avait des chevaux roux, au second char des chevaux noirs,
3 And [were] with the chariot third horses white and [were] with the chariot fourth horses dappled strong.
au troisième char des chevaux blancs, et au quatrième char des chevaux tachetés, vigoureux.
4 And I answered and I said to the angel who was speaking with me what? [are] these O lord my.
Je pris la parole et je dis à l'ange qui parlait avec moi: " Que sont ceux-ci, mon seigneur? "
5 And he answered the angel and he said to me these [are] [the] four [the] winds of the heavens going forth from when presented themselves on [the] lord of all the earth.
L'ange répondit et me dit: " Ce sont les quatre vents du ciel qui viennent de se tenir devant le Seigneur de toute la terre. "
6 Which with it the horses black [are] going out to [the] land of [the] north and the white [horses] they have gone out to after them and the dappled [horses] they have gone out to [the] land of the south.
Le char auquel il y a des chevaux noirs sortit vers le pays du septentrion; les blancs sortirent après eux, et les tachetés sortirent vers le pays du midi.
7 And the strong [horses] they have gone out and they have sought to go to go about on the earth and he said go go about on the earth and they went about on the earth.
Les coursiers vigoureux sortirent et ils demandèrent à partir pour parcourir la terre. L'ange leur dit: " Allez, parcourez la terre! " Et ils parcoururent la terre.
8 And he called out to with me and he spoke to me saying see those [which] are going out to [the] land of [the] north they have caused to rest spirit my in [the] land of [the] north.
Et il m'appela et il me parla en ces termes: " Vois, ceux qui sont partis vers le pays du septentrion ont apaisé mon esprit dans le pays du septentrion ".
9 And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
La parole de Yahweh me fut adressée en ces termes:
10 Take from with the exile[s] from Heldai and from with Tobiah and from with Jedaiah and you will go you on the day that and you will go [the] house Josiah [the] son of Zephaniah who they have come from Babylon.
Prends de la main des exilés, de Holdaï, de Tobia et d'Idaïa, — tu iras toi-même en ce jour-là, tu iras dans la maison de Josias, chez qui ils se sont rendus en arrivant de Babylone, —
11 And you will take silver and gold and you will make a crown and you will put [it] on [the] head of Joshua [the] son of Jehozadak the priest great.
et tu prendras de l'argent et de l'or, et tu feras des couronnes, et tu les poseras sur la tête de Jésus, fils de Josédec, le grand prêtre.
12 And you will say to him saying thus he says Yahweh of hosts saying there! a man [is] Branch name his and from under him he will sprout and he will build [the] temple of Yahweh.
Tu lui parleras en ces termes: Ainsi parle Yahweh des armées: Voici un homme dont le nom est Germe; il lèvera en son lieu, et il bâtira le temple de Yahweh.
13 And he he will build [the] temple of Yahweh and he he will bear majesty and he will sit and he will rule on throne his and he will be a priest on throne his and a counsel of peace it will be between [the] two of them.
Il bâtira le temple de Yahweh, et sera revêtu de majesté; il sera assis en souverain sur son trône, et il sera prêtre sur son trône, et entre eux deux il y aura un conseil de paix.
14 And the crown it will be to Helem and to Tobiah and to Jedaiah and to Hen [the] son of Zephaniah to a memorial in [the] temple of Yahweh.
Et la couronne sera pour Hélem, pour Tobia, pour Idaïa et pour Hen, fils de Sophonie, en souvenir dans le temple de Yahweh.
15 And distant [ones] - they will come and they will build [the] temple of Yahweh and you will know that Yahweh of hosts he has sent me to you and it will be certainly [if] you will listen! to [the] voice of Yahweh God your.
Des hommes qui sont au loin viendront et travailleront à la construction du temple de Yahweh, et vous saurez que Yahweh des armées m'a envoyé vers vous. Cela arrivera si vous obéissez fidèlement à la voix de Yahweh.
