< Zechariah 5 >

1 And I returned and I lifted up eyes my and I saw and there! a scroll flying.
Ka mael tih, ka mik ka huel tih ka sawt vaengah cayol te tarha ding.
2 And he said to me what? [are] you seeing and I said I [am] seeing a scroll flying length its [is] twenty by the cubit and breadth its [is] ten by the cubit.
Te vaengah kai te, “Balae na hmuh,” a ti. Te dongah, “Cayol aka ding te ka hmuh, a yun dong kul, a daang dong rha lo,” ka ti nah.
3 And he said to me this [is] the curse which is about to go forth over [the] surface of all the land for every [one who] steals from this according to it he will be purged and every [one who] swears an oath from this according to it he will be purged.
Te vaengah kai taengah, “He tah diklai hman boeih ah aka pha thaephoeinah ni. Aka huen boeih soah te dongkah bangla a hmil vetih aka toemngam boeih soah te dongkah bangla a hmil ni.
4 I will send forth it [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts and it will go into [the] house of the thief and into [the] house of the [one who] swears an oath by name my to falsehood and it will lodge in [the] midst of house his and it will destroy it and wood its and stone its.
He tah caempuei BOEIPA kah olphong ni. Cayol ka khuen vetih hlanghuen im khui la, kai ming neh a honghi la aka toemngam im khuila kun ni. A im khui ah rhaehrhong vetih im khaw, a thing neh a lungto khaw a khah pah ni,” a ti.
5 And he went out the angel who was speaking with me and he said to me lift up please eyes your and see what? [is] the [thing which] is going forth this.
Te phoeiah kai taengkah aka cal puencawn ha pai tih kai taengah, “Na mik huel laeh lamtah mebang a thoeng he hmu,” a ti.
6 And I said what? [is] it and he said this [is] the ephah which is going forth and he said this [is] appearance their in all the land.
Te dongah, “Balae te,” ka ti nah hatah, “Cangnoek la aka thoeng he,” a ti. Te phoeiah, “He tah diklai tom kah amih mueimae ni,” a ti.
7 And there! a round cover of lead [was] raised and this woman one [was] sitting in [the] midst of the ephah.
Te vaengah kawnlawk amsing te tarha rhoep uh tih cangnoek khui ah huta pakhat ana ngol.
8 And he said this [woman] [is] wickedness and he threw her into [the] midst of the ephah and he threw [the] weight of lead into mouth its.
Te phoeiah, “Halangnah he,” a ti tih anih te cangnoek khui la a det. Te phoeiah tah a rhai te kawnlawk lung neh a nan.
9 And I lifted up eyes my and I saw and there! two women [were] going forth and a wind [was] in wings their and [belonged] to them wings like [the] wings of stork and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and between the heavens.
Ka mik ka huel bal tih ka sawt vaengah, huta rhoi te khohli dongah a phae neh tarha thoeng. Te rhoi kah a phae tah bungrho phae bangla om tih cangnoek te diklai laklo neh vaan laklo ah a khuen rhoi.
10 And I said to the angel who was speaking with me where? [are] they taking the ephah.
Te dongah kai taengah aka cal puencawn te, “Cangnoek te melam a khuen rhoi?,” ka ti nah.
11 And he said to me to build for it a house in [the] land of Shinar and it will be prepared and it will be placed there on on own stand its.
Te vaengah kai taengah, “Shinar kho ah a im la a sak. Sikim coeng tih a tungkho dongah pahoi a hol ni,” a ti.
