Revelation 1
1 [The] revelation of Jesus Christ which gave to him God to show to the bond-servants of Him what things it behooves to take place with speed And He signified [it] having sent through the angel of Him to the servant of Him John,

2 who testified to the word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ as much as (then *k*) he saw.

3 blessed [is] the [one] reading and those hearing the words of the prophecy and keeping the [things] in it written; for the time [is] near.
Alina omukisa oyo asoma n’abo abawulira ebigambo by’obunnabbi buno, ne beekuuma ebiwandiikiddwa, kubanga ekiseera kiri kiweddeyo.
4 John To the seven churches in Asia: Grace to you and peace from (Him *K(O)*) who is and who was and who is coming and from the seven Spirits who (is *k*) before the throne of Him
Nze Yokaana mpandiikira Ekkanisa omusanvu eziri mu Asiya. Mbagaliza ekisa n’emirembe ebiva eri Katonda oyo aliwo, era eyaliwo era alibaawo; n’ebiva eri emyoyo omusanvu egiri mu maaso g’entebe ye ey’obwakabaka,
5 and from Jesus Christ, the witness faithful, the firstborn (from *k*) the dead and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To the [One] (loving *N(k)O*) us and (having released *N(K)O*) us (from *N(k)O*) the sins of us through the blood of Him —

6 and He has made us (a kingdom, *N(K)O*) (and *K*) priests to the God and Father of Him — to Him [be] the glory and the dominion to the ages of the ages, Amen. (aiōn g165)

7 Behold He is coming with the clouds, and will behold Him every eye and those who Him pierced; and will wail because of Him all the tribes of the earth, Yes Amen!
“Laba, ajja n’ebire, na buli liiso lirimulaba, n’abaamufumita balimulaba, era n’amawanga gonna ku nsi galimukungubagira.”
8 I myself am the Alpha and the Omega (beginning and end *K*) says (the *k*) Lord (God, *NO*) who is being and who was and who is coming, the Almighty.
“Nze Alufa ne Omega,”bw’ayogera Mukama Katonda, “oyo aliwo, eyabaawo era alikomawo, Ayinzabyonna.”
9 I myself John, (also *k*) brother of you and (fellow-partaker *NK(o)*) in the tribulation and (in *k*) kingdom and in endurance (in *no*) Jesus (Christ *K*) was in the island which is being called Patmos on account of the word of God and (through *k*) the testimony of Jesus (Christ. *K*)
Nze muganda wammwe Yokaana, abonaabonera awamu nammwe mu bwakabaka ne mu kugumiikiriza ebiri mu Yesu, nnali ku kizinga ekiyitibwa Patumo, olw’ekigambo kya Katonda era n’okujulira ebya Yesu.
10 I was in [the] Spirit on the Lord’s day and I heard behind me a voice loud like that of a trumpet
Nnali mu mwoyo ku lunaku lwa Mukama waffe, ne mpulira eddoboozi ery’omwanguka emabega wange, eryavuga ng’ery’akagombe,
11 saying (I myself *KO*) (am the Alpha and the Omega the first and the last; and *K*) What you see do write in a book and do send to the seven churches (in Asia: *K*) to Ephesus and to Smyrna and to Pergamum and to Thyatira and to Sardis and to Philadelphia and to Laodicea.
nga ligamba nti, “By’olaba, biwandiike mu kitabo, okiweereze eri Ekkanisa omusanvu: Ekkanisa ey’omu Efeso, n’ey’omu Sumuna, n’ey’omu Perugamo, n’ey’omu Suwatira, n’ey’omu Saadi, n’ey’omu Firaderufiya n’ey’omu Lawodikiya.”
12 And (there *O*) I turned to see the voice that (was speaking *N(k)O*) with me. And having turned I saw seven lampstands golden
Ne nkyuka okulaba eyali ayogera nange, ne ndaba ebikondo by’ettaala ebya zaabu musanvu.
13 and in [the] midst of the (seven *KO*) lampstands [One] like ([the] Son *N(k)O*) of Man having clothed himself to the feet and having girded himself about at the breasts with a sash golden.
Era wakati mu byo ne ndabamu omuntu “eyali ng’Omwana w’Omuntu” eyali ayambadde ekyambalo ekiwanvu ekikoma ku bigere, nga yeesibye mu kifuba olukoba olwa zaabu.
14 And the head of Him and the hairs [are] white (as if *N(k)O*) wool white as snow and the eyes of Him [are] like a flame of fire
Omutwe gwe n’enviiri ze byali byeru ng’ebyoya by’endiga ebyeru, era nga bifaanana ng’omuzira, n’amaaso ge nga gali ng’ennimi z’omuliro.
15 and the feet of Him [are] like as fine bronze as in a furnace (refined *N(k)O*) and the voice of Him [is] like [the] voice of waters many
Ebigere bye byali ng’ekikomo ekizigule ekyakaayakana mu muliro n’eddoboozi lye nga liyira ng’amazzi amangi.
16 and He is holding in the right hand of Him stars seven and out of the mouth of Him a sword two-edged sharp is going forth and the face of Him [is] like the sun shining in the full strength of it.
Yali akutte emmunyeenye musanvu mu mukono gwe ogwa ddyo era ng’alina ekitala ekyogi eky’obwogi obubiri mu kamwa ke; n’ekyenyi kye nga kiri ng’enjuba eyakaayakana mu maanyi gaayo.
17 And when I saw Him, I fell at the feet of Him as though dead, And (He placed *N(k)O*) the right of Him (hand *K*) upon me myself saying (to me: *k*) Not do fear. I myself am the First and the Last
Bwe namulaba, ne ngwa wansi ku bigere bye ne mba ng’afudde, kyokka ye n’anteekako omukono gwe ogwa ddyo n’aŋŋamba nti, “Totya. Nze Owoolubereberye era Owenkomerero,
19 do write (therefore *NO*) [the things] that you have seen and [the things] that are and [the things] that are about (to be *N(k)O*) after these,
“Kale wandiika ebyo by’olabye ebiriwo n’ebyo ebinaatera okubaawo oluvannyuma lw’ebyo ebiriwo.
20 the mystery of the seven stars (which *N(k)O*) you saw on the right hand of Me and the seven lampstands golden: The seven stars [the] angels of the seven churches are and the lampstands (that *N(k)O*) (you saw *K*) seven [the] seven churches are.
Ka nkubuulire amakulu g’emmunyeenye omusanvu z’olabye mu mukono gwange ogwa ddyo, era n’ebikondo eby’ettaala ebya zaabu omusanvu. Emmunyeenye omusanvu be bamalayika b’Ekkanisa omusanvu, ate ebikondo by’ettaala eza zaabu omusanvu ze Kkanisa omusanvu.”
