Psalms 1

1 How blessed! [is] the person who - not he walks in [the] counsel of wicked [people] and in [the] way of sinners not he stands and in [the] seat of mockers not he sits.

त्यो मानिस धन्यको हो जो दुष्‍टको सल्लाहमा हिंड्दैन वा पापीहरूका मार्गहरूमा खडा हुँदैन वा गिल्‍ला गर्नेहरूको सभामा बस्दैन ।

2 That except [is] in [the] law of Yahweh delight his and in law his he meditates by day and night.

तर त्यसको खुसी परमप्रभुको व्यवस्थामा हुन्छ र उहाँको व्यावस्थमा त्यसले दिन र रात मनन् गर्छ ।

3 And he is like a tree planted at streams of water which fruit its - it gives at appropriate time its and leafage its not it withers and all that he does it succeeds.

त्यो खोलाको किनारमा रोपेको रूखजस्तै हुनेछ जसले आफ्‍नो ऋतुमा त्‍यसको फल दिन्छ जसको पातहरू कहिल्यै ओइलाउँदैन त्यसले जे गरे पनि सफल हुनेछ ।

4 Not [are] so the wicked [people] that except [they are] like the chaff which it drives about it wind.

दुष्‍टहरू त्‍यस्ता होइनन् तर हावाले उडाउने भुसजस्तै हुन् ।

5 There-fore - not they will stand wicked [people] in the judgment and sinners in [the] congregation of righteous [people].

त्यसैले दुष्‍टहरू न्यायमा खडा हुनेछैनन् न त पापीहरू धर्मीको सभामा हुनेछन् ।

6 For [is] knowing Yahweh [the] way of righteous [people] and [the] way of wicked [people] it will perish.

किनकि परमप्रभुले धर्मीलाई मार्गदर्शन गर्नुहुन्छ तर दुष्‍टको मार्ग भने नष्‍ट हुनेछ ।
