Psalms 97
1 Yahweh he reigns let it be glad the earth let them rejoice islands many.
Gospod caruje: nek se raduje zemlja! nek se vesele ostrva mnoga.
2 Cloud and thick darkness [are] around him [is] righteousness and justice [the] foundation of throne his.
Oblak je i mrak oko njega; blagost i pravda podnožje prijestolu njegovu.
3 Fire before him it goes and it may burn up all around opponents his.
Oganj pred njim ide, i pali naokolo neprijatelje njegove.
4 They light up lightning flashes his [the] world it sees and it trembled the earth.
Munje njegove sijevaju po vasiljenoj; vidi i strepi zemlja.
5 Mountains like wax they melt from to before Yahweh from to before [the] lord of all the earth.
Gore kao vosak tope se od lica Gospodnjega, od lica Gospoda svoj zemlji.
6 They declare the heavens righteousness his and they see all the peoples glory his.
Nebesa kazuju pravdu njegovu, i svi narodi vide slavu njegovu.
7 Let them be ashamed - all [those who] serve an image those [who] boast in worthless idols bow down to him O all gods.
Nek se stide svi koji se klanjaju kipovima, koji se hvale idolima svojim. Poklonite mu se svi bogovi.
8 It hears and it rejoiced - Zion and they were glad [the] daughters of Judah on account of judgments your O Yahweh.
Èuje i raduje se Sion, i kæeri se Judejske vesele radi sudova tvojih, Gospode!
9 For you O Yahweh [are] most high over all the earth exceedingly you are exalted above all gods.
Jer si ti, Gospode, visok nad svom zemljom i nadvišuješ sve bogove.
10 O [you who] love Yahweh hate evil [he is] protecting [the] lives of faithful [people] his from [the] hand of wicked [people] he delivers them.
Koji ljubite Gospoda, mrzite na zlo. On èuva duše svetaca svojih; iz ruku bezbožnièkih otima ih.
11 Light [is] sown for the righteous and for [people] upright of heart joy.
Svjetlost se prosipa na pravednika, i veselje na one koji su prava srca.
12 Rejoice O righteous [people] in Yahweh and give thanks to [the] remembrance of holiness his.
Radujte se pravedni o Gospodu, i slavite sveto ime njegovo.
