Psalms 84
1 To the choirmaster on the Gittith of [the] sons of Korah a psalm. How! lovely [are] dwelling place your O Yahweh of hosts.
| לַמְנַצֵּחַ עַֽל־הַגִּתִּית לִבְנֵי־קֹרַח מִזְמֽוֹר׃ מַה־יְּדִידוֹת מִשְׁכְּנוֹתֶיךָ יְהֹוָה צְבָאֽוֹת׃ |
2 It has longed and also it is exhausted - being my for [the] courts of Yahweh heart my and flesh my they shout for joy to God living.
| נִכְסְפָה וְגַם־כָּֽלְתָה ׀ נַפְשִׁי לְחַצְרוֹת יְהֹוָה לִבִּי וּבְשָׂרִי יְרַנְּנוּ אֶל אֵֽל־חָֽי׃ |
3 Also a bird - it has found a home and a swallow - a nest for itself which it has put young ones its with altars your O Yahweh of hosts king my and God my.
| גַּם־צִפּוֹר מָצְאָה בַיִת וּדְרוֹר ׀ קֵ ן לָהּ אֲשֶׁר־שָׁתָה אֶפְרֹחֶיהָ אֶֽת־מִזְבְּחוֹתֶיךָ יְהֹוָה צְבָאוֹת מַלְכִּי וֵאלֹהָֽי׃ |
4 How blessed! [are those who] dwell of house your still they praise you (Selah)
| אַשְׁרֵי יוֹשְׁבֵי בֵיתֶךָ עוֹד יְֽהַלְלוּךָ סֶּֽלָה׃ |
5 How blessed! [is] a person [who] strength to him [is] in you [whom] highways [are] in heart their.
| אַשְׁרֵי אָדָם עֽוֹז־לוֹ בָךְ מְסִלּוֹת בִּלְבָבָֽם׃ |
6 [those who] pass - In [the] valley of Baca a spring they make it also blessings it covers [it] early rain.
| עֹבְרֵי ׀ בְּעֵמֶק הַבָּכָא מַעְיָן יְשִׁיתוּהוּ גַּם־בְּרָכוֹת יַעְטֶה מוֹרֶֽה׃ |
7 They go from strength to strength he presents himself to God in Zion.
| יֵלְכוּ מֵחַיִל אֶל־חָיִל יֵרָאֶה אֶל־אֱלֹהִים בְּצִיּֽוֹן׃ |
8 O Yahweh God of hosts hear! prayer my give ear! O God of Jacob (Selah)
| יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהִים צְבָאוֹת שִׁמְעָה תְפִלָּתִי הַאֲזִינָה אֱלֹהֵי יַעֲקֹב סֶֽלָה׃ |
9 Shield our look at O God and pay attention to [the] face of anointed your.
| מָגִנֵּנוּ רְאֵה אֱלֹהִים וְהַבֵּט פְּנֵי מְשִׁיחֶֽךָ׃ |
10 For [is] good a day in courts your more than a thousand I have chosen to stand at [the] threshold in [the] house of God my more than dwelling in [the] tents of wickedness.
| כִּי טֽוֹב־יוֹם בַּחֲצֵרֶיךָ מֵאָלֶף בָּחַרְתִּי הִסְתּוֹפֵף בְּבֵית אֱלֹהַי מִדּוּר בְּאׇהֳלֵי־רֶֽשַׁע׃ |
11 For [is] a sun - and a shield Yahweh God favor and honor he gives Yahweh not he withholds good to [those who] walk in blamelessness.
| כִּי שֶׁמֶשׁ ׀ וּמָגֵן יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהִים חֵן וְכָבוֹד יִתֵּן יְהֹוָה לֹא יִמְנַע־טוֹב לַֽהֹלְכִים בְּתָמִֽים׃ |
12 O Yahweh of hosts how blessed! [is] anyone [who] trusts in you.
| יְהֹוָה צְבָאוֹת אַֽשְׁרֵי אָדָם בֹּטֵחַ בָּֽךְ׃ |
