< Psalms 83 >
1 A song a psalm of Asaph. O God [let] not silence [belong] to you may not you be silent and may not you be inactive O God.
Thaburi ya Asafu Wee Ngai-rĩ, ndũgakire; tiga gũikara ũtumĩtie, Wee Mũrungu, ndũgaikare wĩnyiitanĩirie.
2 For here! enemies your they are in an uproar! and [those who] hate you they have lifted a head.
Ta rora wone ũrĩa thũ ciaku iranegena, acio magũthũire makambararia mĩtwe yao.
3 On people your they make crafty counsel so they may consult together on treasured [ones] your.
Mathugundaga ndundu ya gũũkĩrĩra andũ aku na wara; maciiragĩrĩra gũũkĩrĩra andũ arĩa wendete.
4 They have said come and let us annihilate them from a nation and not it will be remembered [the] name of Israel again.
Meranaga atĩrĩ, “Ũkai, tũmaniine matige gũtuĩka rũrĩrĩ, nĩguo rĩĩtwa rĩa Isiraeli rĩtikanacooke kũririkanwo rĩngĩ.”
5 For they have consulted heart together on you a covenant they are making.
Maciiraga marĩ na ngoro ĩmwe; maiguithanagĩria magũũkĩrĩre:
6 [the] tents of Edom and [the] Ishmaelites Moab and [the] Hagrites.

7 Gebal and Ammon and Amalek Philistia with [the] inhabitants of Tyre.
na cia Gebali, na cia Amoni, na cia Amaleki, na cia Filistia, hamwe na andũ a Turo.
8 Also Assyria it has joined itself with them they have become an arm for [the] children of Lot (Selah)
O na Ashuri nĩmegwatanĩtie nao nĩguo mateithĩrĩrie njiaro cia Loti.
9 Do to them like Midian like Sisera like Jabin at [the] wadi of Kishon.
Meeke o ta ũrĩa wekire Amidiani, na o ta ũrĩa wekire Sisera na Jabini rũũĩ-inĩ rwa Kishoni,
10 They were destroyed at En-dor they became dung for the ground.
o acio maaniinĩirwo Enidoru, na magĩtuĩka ta thumu wa kũnoria tĩĩri.
11 Make them noble [people] their like Oreb and like Zeeb and like Zebah and like Zalmunna all princes their.
Tũma andũ ao arĩa marĩ igweta mahaane ta Orebu na Zeebu, anene ao othe ũmahaananie na Zeba na Zalimuna,
12 Who they said let us take possession of for ourselves [the] pastures of God.
arĩa moigire atĩrĩ, “Nĩtwĩgwatĩrei bũrũri wa ũrĩithio wa Ngai ũtuĩke witũ.”
13 O God my make them like whirling dust like chaff before a wind.
Wee Ngai wakwa, matue ta rũkũngũ rũrĩa rũgũrũkagio, mahaane o ta mũũngũ ũmbũrĩtwo nĩ rũhuho.
14 Like a fire [which] it burns a forest and like a flame [which] it sets ablaze mountains.
O ta ũrĩa mwaki ũcinaga mũtitũ kana ta rũrĩrĩmbĩ rũgĩcina irĩma-rĩ,
15 So you will pursue them with storm your and with storm-wind your you will terrify them.
maingatithie o ro ũguo na kĩhuhũkanio gĩaku, na ũmamakie mũno na huho ciaku nene.
16 Fill faces their shame so they may seek name your O Yahweh.
Humba mothiũ mao thoni, nĩgeetha andũ marongorie rĩĩtwa rĩaku, Wee Jehova.
17 May they be ashamed and they may be dismayed until perpetuity and may they be abashed and they may perish.
Marotũũra maconokete na marĩ amaku; marokua na gĩconoko kĩnene.
18 And they may know that you name your [is] Yahweh to alone you [the] Most High over all the earth.
Tũma mamenye atĩ Wee, o Wee wĩtagwo Jehova, atĩ Wee nĩwe Ũrĩa-ũrĩ-Igũrũ-Mũno, o igũrũ rĩa thĩ yothe.
