Psalms 80

1 To the choirmaster to Shoshannim eduth of Asaph a psalm. O shepherd of Israel - give ear! O [you who] lead like flock Joseph O [you who] sit the cherubim shine forth!

“உடன்படிக்கையின் லீலிமலர்” என்ற இசையில் பாடி பாடகர் குழுத் தலைவனுக்கு ஒப்புவிக்கப்பட்ட ஆசாபின் சங்கீதம். இஸ்ரயேலின் மேய்ப்பரே, யோசேப்பை மந்தைபோல் நடத்திச் செல்கிறவரே, எங்களுக்குச் செவிகொடும். கேருபீன்களுக்கு இடையில் சிங்காசனத்தில் அமர்ந்திருக்கிறவரே,

2 Before Ephraim - and Benjamin and Manasseh stir up! might your and come! for salvation of us.

எப்பிராயீம், பென்யமீன், மனாசே கோத்திரங்களுக்கு முன்பாக பிரகாசியும். உமது வல்லமையை எழச்செய்து, எங்களை இரட்சிக்க வாரும்.

3 O God restore us and make shine face your so let us be delivered.

4 O Yahweh God of hosts until when? have you smoked at [the] prayer of people your.

சேனைகளின் இறைவனாகிய யெகோவாவே, உமது மக்கள் மன்றாடும்போது எவ்வளவு காலத்திற்கு கோபங்கொண்டிருப்பீர்?

5 You have fed them bread of tear[s] and you have made drink them tears a third of a measure.

நீர் அவர்களுக்குக் கண்ணீரை உணவாகக் கொடுத்தீர்; நீர் அவர்களை நிறைய கண்ணீரைப் பருகும்படிச் செய்தீர்.

6 You make us a contention to neighbors our and enemies our they mock themselves.

நீர் எங்களை அயலாருக்கிடையே கேலிப் பொருளாக்கினீர்; எங்கள் பகைவர் எங்களை ஏளனம் செய்யவிட்டீர்.

7 O God of hosts restore us and make shine face your so let us be delivered.

சேனைகளின் இறைவனே, எங்களை முன்னிருந்த நிலைக்குத் திரும்பக் கொண்டுவாரும்; நாங்கள் இரட்சிக்கப்படும்படி உமது முகத்தை எங்கள்மேல் பிரகாசிக்கச் செய்யும்.

8 A vine from Egypt you uprooted you drove out nations and you planted it.

நீர் எகிப்திலிருந்து ஒரு திராட்சைக் கொடியைக் கொண்டுவந்தீர்; பிற நாட்டு மக்களைத் துரத்திவிட்டு அதை நாட்டினீர்.

9 You made clear before it and it took root roots its and it filled [the] land.

நீர் அந்த திராட்சைக் கொடிக்காக நிலத்தைச் சுத்தப்படுத்தினீர்; அது வேர்விட்டு நாடெங்கும் படர்ந்தது.

10 They were covered mountains shade its and branches its [the] cedars of God.

அதின் நிழலால் மலைகள் மூடப்பட்டன; அதின் கிளைகளால் வலிமையான கேதுரு மரங்களும் மூடப்பட்டன.

11 It stretched out branch[es] its to [the] sea and to [the] river young shoots its.

12 Why? have you broken down walls its and they have plucked it all [those who] pass by of [the] road.

13 It eats away it wild boar from [the] forest and moving creature[s] of [the] field it grazes on it.

காட்டுப் பன்றிகள் அதை அழிக்கின்றன; வயல்வெளியின் உயிரினங்கள் அதில் மேய்கின்றன.

14 O God of hosts return please pay attention from heaven and see and attend to vine this.

சேனைகளின் இறைவனே, எங்களிடம் திரும்பி வாரும், பரலோகத்திலிருந்து கீழே நோக்கிப்பாரும், இந்தத் திராட்சைக் கொடியைக் கவனியும்,

15 And [the] root which it planted right [hand] your and on [the] son [whom] you made strong for yourself.

16 [it is] burned With fire [it is] cut down from [the] rebuke of face your they will perish.

உமது திராட்சைக்கொடி வெட்டப்பட்டு, நெருப்பினால் எரிக்கப்பட்டது; உமது முகத்தின் கண்டிப்பான பார்வையினால் உமது மக்கள் அழிகிறார்கள்.

17 May it be hand your on [the] man of right [hand] your on [the] son of humankind [whom] you have made strong for yourself.

18 And not we will turn back from you you will give life us and on name your we will call.

அப்பொழுது நாங்கள் உம்மைவிட்டு விலகமாட்டோம்; எங்களை உயிர்ப்பியும், நாங்கள் உமது பெயரைச் சொல்லி வழிபடுவோம்.

19 O Yahweh God of hosts restore us make shine face your so let us be delivered.
