1 To the choirmaster of David to make remembrance. O God to deliver me O Yahweh to help my make haste!
In finem, Psalmus David, In rememorationem, quod salvum fecerit eum Dominus. Deus in adiutorium meum intende: Domine ad adiuvandum me festina.
2 May they be ashamed and they may be abashed [those who] seek life my may they be turned back backwards and may they be humiliated [the] [people] desirous of harm my.
Confundantur, et revereantur, qui quærunt animam meam:
3 May they turn back on [the] consequence of shame their those [who] say aha! - aha!
Avertantur retrorsum, et erubescant, qui volunt mihi mala: Avertantur statim erubescentes, qui dicunt mihi: Euge, euge.
4 May they exult and they may rejoice - in you all [those who] seek you and they may say continually may he be great God [those who] love salvation your.
Exultent et lætentur in te omnes qui quærunt te, et dicant semper: Magnificetur Dominus: qui diligunt salutare tuum.
5 And I - [am] poor and needy O God make haste! to me [are] help my and deliverer my you O Yahweh may not you delay.
Ego vero egenus, et pauper sum: Deus adiuva me. Adiutor meus, et liberator meus es tu: Domine ne moreris.
