< Psalms 62 >

1 To the choirmaster on Jeduthun a psalm of David. Only [is] with God silence being my [is] from him salvation my.
TO THE OVERSEER. FOR JEDUTHUN. A PSALM OF DAVID. Toward God alone [is] my soul silent, My salvation [is] from Him.
2 Only he [is] rock my and salvation my refuge my not I will be shaken much.
He alone [is] my rock, and my salvation, My tower, I am not much moved.
3 Until when? - will you attack on a person you will be murdered all of you like a wall bent down a fence pushed down.
Until when do you devise mischief against a man? All of you are destroyed, As a wall inclined, a hedge that is cast down.
4 Surely from loftiness his - they have planned to thrust [him] down they are pleased with falsehood with mouth his they bless and in inner being their they curse (Selah)
Only—from his excellence They have consulted to drive away, They enjoy a lie, they bless with their mouth, And revile with their heart. (Selah)
5 Only to God be silent O self my for that [is] from him hope my.
For God alone, be silent, O my soul, For my hope [is] from Him.
6 Only he [is] rock my and salvation my refuge my not I will be shaken.
He alone [is] my rock and my salvation, My tower, I am not moved.
7 [is] on God salvation my and honor my [the] rock of strength my refuge my [is] in God.
On God [is] my salvation, and my glory, The rock of my strength, my refuge [is] in God.
8 Trust in him at every time - O people pour out before him heart your God [is] a refuge of us (Selah)
Trust in Him at all times, O people, Pour forth your heart before Him, God [is] a refuge for us. (Selah)
9 Only - [are] a breath [the] children of humankind [are] falsehood [the] children of everyone in [the] balances to go up they [are] more than a breath together.
Surely vanity the low, a lie the high. In balances to go up They [are] lighter than a breath.
10 May not you trust in extortion and in robbery may not you put vain hope wealth - if it will bear fruit may not you set heart.
Do not trust in oppression, And do not become vain in robbery, Do not set the heart [on] wealth when it increases.
11 One [time] - he has spoken God two [times] this I have heard that strength [belongs] to God.
Once has God spoken, twice I heard this, That “strength [is] with God.”
12 And [belongs] to you O Lord covenant loyalty for you you repay to a person according to work his.
And with You, O Lord, [is] kindness, For You repay to each, According to his work!
