Psalms 57
1 To the choirmaster al-tashcheth of David a miktam when fled he from before Saul in the cave. Show favor to me O God - show favor to me for in you it takes refuge self my and in [the] shadow of wings your I take refuge until it will pass by destruction.
Smiluj se na me, Bože, smiluj se na me; jer se u tebe uzda duša moja, i pod sjen krila tvojih sklanjam se dok ne proðu nevolje.
2 I call out to God Most High to God [who] avenges on me.
Prizivam Boga višnjega, Boga, koji mi dobro èini;
3 He will send from heaven - and he will save me he will reproach [one who] crushes me (Selah) he will send God covenant loyalty his and faithfulness his.
Da pošlje s neba i saèuva me, da posrami onoga koji traži da me proždre; da pošlje Bog milost svoju i istinu svoju.
4 Self my - in among lions I lie with [those that] devour [the] children of humankind teeth their [are] a spear and arrows and tongue their [is] a sword sharp.
Duša je moja meðu lavovima, ležim meðu onima koji dišu plamenom. Zubi su sinova ljudskih koplja i strijele, i njihov jezik maè oštar.
5 Be exalted! above the heavens O God [be] over all the earth glory your.
Uzvisi se više nebesa, Bože, po svoj zemlji neka bude slava tvoja!
6 A net - they prepared for feet my it bent down self my they dug before me a pit they have fallen in [the] midst of it (Selah)
Metnuše zamku nogama mojima, i stegoše dušu moju, iskopaše preda mnom jamu, i sami padoše u nju.
7 [is] steadfast Heart my O God [is] steadfast heart my I will sing and I will sing praises.
Utvrdilo se srce moje, Bože, utvrdilo se srce moje; pjevaæu te i slaviæu.
8 Awake! O honor my awake! O lyre and harp I will waken [the] dawn.
Probudi se, slavo moja, probudi se, psaltire i gusle; ustaæu rano.
9 I will give thanks to you among the peoples - O Lord I will sing praises to you not nations.
Hvaliæu Gospoda po narodima, pjevaæu ti po plemenima.
10 For [is] great to [the] heavens covenant loyalty your and to [the] clouds faithfulness your.
Jer je velika do nebesa milost tvoja, i istina tvoja do oblaka.
11 Be exalted! above [the] heavens O God [be] over all the earth glory your.
Uzvisi se više nebesa, Bože, po svoj zemlji neka bude slava tvoja!
