Psalms 46

1 To the choirmaster of [the] sons of Korah on alamoth a song. God of us [is] a refuge and strength a help in troubles he is found exceedingly.

«Εις τον πρώτον μουσικόν, διά τους υιούς Κορέ· ωδή επί Αλαμώθ.» Ο Θεός είναι καταφυγή ημών και δύναμις, βοήθεια ετοιμοτάτη εν ταις θλίψεσι.

2 There-fore not we will fear when changes [the] earth and when shake mountains in [the] heart of [the] seas.

Διά τούτο δεν θέλομεν φοβηθή, και αν σαλευθή η γη και μετατοπισθώσι τα όρη εις το μέσον των θαλασσών·

3 They will roar they will foam waters its they will shake mountains at swelling its (Selah)

και αν ηχώσι και ταράττωνται τα ύδατα αυτών· και σείωνται τα όρη διά το έπαρμα αυτών. Διάψαλμα.

4 A river streams its they make glad [the] city of God [the] holy [place] of [the] dwellings of [the] Most High.

Ποταμός, και οι ρύακες αυτού θέλουσιν ευφραίνει την πόλιν του Θεού, τον άγιον τόπον των σκηνωμάτων του Υψίστου.

5 God [is] in midst its not it will be shaken he will help it God to [the] turning of [the] morning.

Ο Θεός είναι εν τω μέσω αυτής· δεν θέλει σαλευθή· θέλει βοηθήσει αυτήν ο Θεός από του χαράγματος της αυγής.

6 They were in a tumult nations they shook kingdoms he gave with voice his it melted [the] earth.

Εφρύαξαν τα έθνη· εσαλεύθησαν αι βασιλείαι· έδωκε φωνήν αυτού· η γη ανελύθη.

7 Yahweh of hosts [is] with us [is] a refuge of us [the] God of Jacob (Selah)

Ο Κύριος των δυνάμεων είναι μεθ' ημών· προπύργιον ημών είναι ο Θεός του Ιακώβ. Διάψαλμα.

8 Come see [the] works of Yahweh who he has appointed desolations on the earth.

Έλθετε, ιδέτε τα έργα του Κυρίου· οποίας καταστροφάς έκαμεν εν τη γη.

9 [he is] making cease Wars to [the] end of the earth bow[s] he breaks and he cuts in two spear[s] carts he burns with fire.

Καταπαύει τους πολέμους έως των περάτων της γής· συντρίβει τόξον και κατακόπτει λόγχην· καίει αμάξας εν πυρί.

10 Be quiet and know that I [am] God I will be exalted among the nations I will be exalted on the earth.

Ησυχάσατε και γνωρίσατε ότι εγώ είμαι ο Θεός· θέλω υψωθή μεταξύ των εθνών· θέλω υψωθή εν τη γη.

11 Yahweh of hosts [is] with us [is] a refuge of us [the] God of Jacob (Selah)

Ο Κύριος των δυνάμεων είναι μεθ' ημών· προπύργιον ημών είναι ο Θεός του Ιακώβ. Διάψαλμα.
