Psalms 46
1 To the choirmaster of [the] sons of Korah on alamoth a song. God of us [is] a refuge and strength a help in troubles he is found exceedingly.

2 There-fore not we will fear when changes [the] earth and when shake mountains in [the] heart of [the] seas.
To pongah long hae angthui moe, maenawk tuipui thungah amtim cadoeh, ka zii o mak ai;
3 They will roar they will foam waters its they will shake mountains at swelling its (Selah)
tuipuinawk angthawk o moe, raihaih pha cadoeh, tuiphu angthawk moe, maenawk anghuen langlacadoeh, ka zii o mak ai. (Selah)
4 A river streams its they make glad [the] city of God [the] holy [place] of [the] dwellings of [the] Most High.
Vapui maeto oh, to vapui mah loe Kasang Koek ih kahni im ohhaih hmuenciim, Sithaw vangpui to anghoesak.
5 God [is] in midst its not it will be shaken he will help it God to [the] turning of [the] morning.

6 They were in a tumult nations they shook kingdoms he gave with voice his it melted [the] earth.
Sithaw panoek ai kaminawk loe tasoehaih hoiah hang o, praenawk loe thazok o, anih ih lok hoiah long loe atui amkaw.
7 Yahweh of hosts [is] with us [is] a refuge of us [the] God of Jacob (Selah)
Misatuh Angraeng loe aicae khaeah oh; Jakob ih Sithaw loe aicae abuephaih ah oh. (Selah)
8 Come see [the] works of Yahweh who he has appointed desolations on the earth.
Angzo ah loe Angraeng mah long nuiah sak ih amrohaih hmuennawk hae khenah.
9 [he is] making cease Wars to [the] end of the earth bow[s] he breaks and he cuts in two spear[s] carts he burns with fire.
Long boeng khoek to misa amdinghaih a sak; anih mah kalii to khaeh pae moe, tayae doeh angkhaehsak; anih mah hrang lakok to hmai thlaek pae.
10 Be quiet and know that I [am] God I will be exalted among the nations I will be exalted on the earth.
Anghngai o duem ah loe, kai loe Sithaw ni, tiah panoek oh; prae kaminawk salakah kai nang pakoeh o ueloe, long ah nang pakoeh o tih.
11 Yahweh of hosts [is] with us [is] a refuge of us [the] God of Jacob (Selah)
