Psalms 43

1 Vindicate me O God - and conduct! case my from a nation not faithful from a man of deceit and injustice you will deliver me.

Schaffe mir Recht, Elohim, und führe meine Sache gegen ein lieblos Volk, / Von falschen, frevelhaften Leuten rette mich!

2 For you - [are] [the] God of refuge my why? have you rejected me why? mourning do I go about in [the] oppression of an enemy.

Du bist ja Gott, mein Hort. Warum verwirfst du mich? / Warum soll ich betrübt einhergehn, / Wenn der Feind mich drängt?

3 Send light your and truth your they may they lead me may they bring me to [the] mountain of holiness your and to dwelling place your.

O sende dein Licht und deine Wahrheit! Die sollen mich leiten / Und mich bringen zu deinem heilgen Berge und deinem Zelt.

4 And I will go - to [the] altar of God to [the] God of [the] joy of rejoicing my and I will give thanks to you with a harp O God God my.

Dann will ich eingehn zum Altar Elohims, zum Gott meiner Jubelfreude / Und auf der Zither dich preisen, Elohim, mein Gott.

5 Why? are you bowed down - O soul my and why? are you in turmoil on me wait for God for again I will give thanks to him [the] salvation of face my and God my.

Was bist du, meine Seele, denn so tief betrübt? / Was bist du so erregt in mir? / Harr nur auf Elohim; denn noch werd ich ihm danken: / Er ist ja meine Hilfe und mein Gott.
