Psalms 38
1 A psalm of David to make remembrance. O Yahweh may not in anger your you rebuke me and in wrath your may you chasten me.
நினைவுகூருதலுக்கான விண்ணப்பமாகிய தாவீதின் சங்கீதம். யெகோவாவே உம்முடைய கோபத்தில் என்னை சிட்சியாதேயும்; உமது கடுங்கோபத்தினால் என்னைத் தண்டியாதேயும்.
2 For arrows your they have penetrated me and it has come down on me hand your.
உம்முடைய அம்புகள் என்னை ஊடுருவக் குத்தியிருக்கின்றன; உமது கரமோ என்மேல் பாரமாயிருக்கிறது.
3 There not [is] soundness in flesh my because of indignation your there not [is] health in bones my because of sin my.
உமது கடுங்கோபத்தால் என் உடலில் ஆரோக்கியமில்லை; என் பாவத்தினால் என் எலும்புகளில் சுகமில்லை.
4 For iniquities my they have passed over head my like a burden heavy they are [too] heavy for me.
நான் தாங்கமுடியாத சுமையைப்போல என்னுடைய குற்றங்கள் என் தலைக்குமேல் கடந்துபோயிற்று.
5 They stink they fester wounds my because of folly my.
என் மதிகேட்டினால் எனக்கு ஏற்பட்ட புண்கள் அழுகி நாற்றமெடுத்தது.
6 I am bent down I am bent over up to muchness all the day mourning I have gone about.
நான் கூனிக்குறுகி மிகவும் தாழ்த்தப்பட்டுப் போனேன்; நாளெல்லாம் நான் துக்கத்தோடு திரிகிறேன்.
7 For loins my they are full burning [pain] and there not [is] soundness in flesh my.
எனக்குள் வேதனை எரிபந்தமாய் எரிகிறது; என் உடலில் சுகமே இல்லை.
8 I am numb and I am crushed up to muchness I roar from [the] groaning of heart my.
நான் பலவீனமுற்று முற்றுமாய் உருக்குலைந்து போனேன்; உள்ளத்தின் வேதனையால் நான் கதறுகிறேன்.
9 O Lord [is] before you all desire my and sighing my from you not it is hidden.
யெகோவாவே, என் வாஞ்சைகள் எல்லாம் உமக்கு முன்பாக இருக்கிறது; என் பெருமூச்சும் உமக்கு மறைவாயில்லை.
10 Heart my it palpitates it has left me strength my and [the] light of eyes my also they not [are] with me.
என் இருதயம் படபடக்கிறது, என் பெலன் குன்றிப்போகிறது; என் கண்களும்கூட ஒளியிழந்து மங்கிப்போயிற்று.
11 Friends my - and companions my from before plague my they stand and kinsmen my from a distance they have stood.
எனது கூட்டாளிகளும் நண்பர்களும் என் புண்களின் நிமித்தம், என்னைச் சந்திப்பதைத் தவிர்க்கிறார்கள். என்னுடைய உறவினர்களும் என்னைவிட்டுத் தூரமாய் நிற்கிறார்கள்.
12 And they set traps - [those who] seek life my and [those who] seek harm my they have spoken destruction and deceit all the day they devise.
என்னைக் கொல்லத் தேடுபவர்கள் எனக்குக் கண்ணிகளை வைக்கிறார்கள்; எனக்குத் தீமைசெய்யத் தேடுகிறவர்கள் என் அழிவைக் குறித்துப் பேசுகிறார்கள்; நாளெல்லாம் வஞ்சனையாய் சூழ்ச்சி செய்கிறார்கள்.
13 And I [am] like a deaf [person] not I hear and like a dumb [person] [who] not he opens mouth his.
நானோ செவிடனைப்போலக் கேட்காதவனாகவும், ஊமையனைப்போல வாய் திறக்காதவனாகவும் இருக்கிறேன்.
14 And I have become like a man who not [is] hearing and there not in mouth his [are] arguments.
காது காதுகேட்காதவனும், தன்னுடைய வாயினால் பதிலளிக்க முடியாதிருக்கிற மனிதனைப் போலானேன்.
15 For for you O Yahweh I have waited you you will answer O Lord God my.
யெகோவாவே, நான் உமக்குக் காத்திருக்கிறேன்; என் இறைவனாகிய ஆண்டவரே, நீர் எனக்கு பதில் கொடும்.
16 For I said lest they should rejoice to me when slips foot my on me they magnified themselves.
“என் கால் சறுக்கும்போது, அவர்கள் என்னைப் பழித்து மகிழவிடாதேயும்; அவர்கள் என்னிமித்தம் ஏளனமாக பெருமைபாராட்ட விடாதேயும்” என்று நான் சொன்னேன்.
17 For I for stumbling [am] prepared and pain my [is] before me continually.
நான் தடுமாறிவிழும் தருவாயில் இருக்கிறேன்; என் வேதனை எப்பொழுதும் எனக்கு முன்பாக இருக்கிறது.
18 For iniquity my I tell I am anxious from sin my.
என் அநியாயத்தை அறிக்கையிடுகிறேன்; என் பாவத்தினால் நான் கலங்கியிருக்கிறேன்.
19 And enemies my life they are numerous and they are many [those who] hate me falsehood.
காரணமின்றி பலர் எனக்கு பகைவரானார்கள்; எதுவுமின்றி என்னை வெறுக்கிறவர்கள் ஏராளமாயிருக்கிறார்கள்.
20 And [those who] repay evil in place of good they accuse me in place of (pursuing my *Q(k)*) good.
நான் நன்மையானதைச் செய்தபோதும், நான் செய்த நன்மைக்குப் பதிலாக எனக்குத் தீமை செய்பவர்கள் என்னைக் குற்றப்படுத்துகிறார்கள்.
21 May not you forsake me O Yahweh O God my may not you be distant from me.
யெகோவாவே, என்னைக் கைவிடாதேயும்; என் இறைவனே, என்னைவிட்டுத் தூரமாய் இருக்கவேண்டாம்.
22 Make haste! to help my O Lord salvation my.
என் இரட்சகராகிய யெகோவாவே, எனக்கு உதவிசெய்ய விரைவாய் வாரும்.
