Psalms 38
1 A psalm of David to make remembrance. O Yahweh may not in anger your you rebuke me and in wrath your may you chasten me.
Psalm Davidov za spomin. Gospod, v srdu svojem ne dólži me, in v togoti svoji ne pokôri me.
2 For arrows your they have penetrated me and it has come down on me hand your.
Ker pušice tvoje so zasajene v mé, in nadme si spustil roko svojo.
3 There not [is] soundness in flesh my because of indignation your there not [is] health in bones my because of sin my.
Nič celega ni na mesu mojem zavoljo srdú tvojega; mirú ni v mojih kostéh zavoljo greha mojega.
4 For iniquities my they have passed over head my like a burden heavy they are [too] heavy for me.
Ker krivice moje presezajo glavo mojo, kakor težko breme; pretežke so, da bi jih prenašati mogel.
5 They stink they fester wounds my because of folly my.
Segnjile so in usmradile se bule moje, zavoljo nespameti moje.
6 I am bent down I am bent over up to muchness all the day mourning I have gone about.
Mučim se, krivim se presilno, ves dan pohajam v črni obleki.
7 For loins my they are full burning [pain] and there not [is] soundness in flesh my.
Ker drob moj je poln prisada, tako da ni nič celega na mesu mojem.
8 I am numb and I am crushed up to muchness I roar from [the] groaning of heart my.
Oslabljen sem in potrt presilno; tulim od stokanja svojega srca.
9 O Lord [is] before you all desire my and sighing my from you not it is hidden.
Gospod, pred teboj je vse hrepenenje moje; in zdihovanje ni ti skrito.
10 Heart my it palpitates it has left me strength my and [the] light of eyes my also they not [are] with me.
Srce moje utriplje, zapušča me moja krepost, in luč mojih očî, tudi one niso v moji oblasti.
11 Friends my - and companions my from before plague my they stand and kinsmen my from a distance they have stood.
Prijátelji moji in bližnji moji stojé nadlogi moji nasproti, in sorodniki moji stojé od daleč.
12 And they set traps - [those who] seek life my and [those who] seek harm my they have spoken destruction and deceit all the day they devise.
Stavijo pa zanke, kateri iščejo duše moje: in kateri iščejo hudega meni, govoré nadloge in izmišljajo ves dan zvijače.
13 And I [am] like a deaf [person] not I hear and like a dumb [person] [who] not he opens mouth his.
Jaz pa jih ne slišim kakor gluh, in kakor nem ne odprem svojih ust.
14 And I have become like a man who not [is] hearing and there not in mouth his [are] arguments.
Ampak sem kakor ón, ki ne sliši, in kateremu ní dokazov v ustih.
15 For for you O Yahweh I have waited you you will answer O Lord God my.
Ker tebe čakam, Gospod; da me ti uslišiš, Gospod, Bog moj.
16 For I said lest they should rejoice to me when slips foot my on me they magnified themselves.
Ker pravim: Naj se ne radujejo nad menoj; ko omahuje noga moja, naj se ne povzdigujejo proti meni,
17 For I for stumbling [am] prepared and pain my [is] before me continually.
Ako bodem jaz za omahnenje pripravljen, in bolečina moja bode vedno pred mano.
18 For iniquity my I tell I am anxious from sin my.
Ker krivico svojo oznanjam, skrbi me moj greh.
19 And enemies my life they are numerous and they are many [those who] hate me falsehood.
Neprijatelji pa moji krepčajo se živi, in množijo se, kateri me sovražijo iz krivih vzrokov.
20 And [those who] repay evil in place of good they accuse me in place of (pursuing my *Q(k)*) good.
In vračajoč hudo za dobro nasprotujejo mi, zato ker hodim za dobrim.
21 May not you forsake me O Yahweh O God my may not you be distant from me.
Ne zapústi me, Gospod, Bog moj; ne bivaj daleč od mene.
22 Make haste! to help my O Lord salvation my.
Hiti na pomoč mojo, Gospod, blaginja moja!
