Psalms 37
1 Of David - may not you fret yourself in the evil-doers may not you be jealous of [those who] do unrighteousness.
ദാവീദിന്റെ ഒരു സങ്കീർത്തനം. അധർമം പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നവർനിമിത്തം അസ്വസ്ഥരാകുകയോ ദുഷ്ടരോട് അസൂയാലുക്കളാകുകയോ അരുത്.
2 For like grass quickly they will wither and like [the] greenery of vegetation they will fade!
പുല്ലുപോലെ അവർ വേഗത്തിൽ വാടിപ്പോകും പച്ചച്ചെടിപോലെ അവർ വേഗത്തിൽ ഇല്ലാതെയാകും.
3 Trust in Yahweh and do good dwell [the] land and graze faithfulness.
യഹോവയിൽ ആശ്രയിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് നന്മ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുക; എന്നാൽ, സുരക്ഷിതമായ മേച്ചിൽപ്പുറം ആസ്വദിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ദേശത്തു ജീവിക്കാം.
4 And take delight on Yahweh so he may give to you [the] requests of heart your.
യഹോവയിൽ ആനന്ദിക്കുക, അപ്പോൾ അവിടന്നു നിന്റെ ഹൃദയാഭിലാഷങ്ങൾ നിറവേറ്റും.
5 Roll on Yahweh way your and rely on him and he he will act.
നിന്റെ വഴി യഹോവയെ ഭരമേൽപ്പിക്കുക; യഹോവയിൽത്തന്നെ ആശ്രയിക്കുക, അവിടന്നു നിന്നെ സഹായിക്കും:
6 And he will bring forth like the light righteousness your and justice your like the noontide.
അവിടന്ന് നിന്റെ നീതിയെ ഉഷസ്സുപോലെ പ്രകാശപൂർണമാക്കും, നിന്റെ കുറ്റവിമുക്തി മധ്യാഹ്നസൂര്യനെപ്പോലെയും.
7 Be still - to Yahweh and wait longingly for him may not you fret yourself in [one who] makes prosperous way his in a person [who] makes plots.
യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ മൗനമായിരിക്കുക അവിടത്തേക്കായി ക്ഷമാപൂർവം കാത്തിരിക്കുക; അധർമം പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നവർ തങ്ങളുടെ വഴികളിൽ മുന്നേറുമ്പോൾ അസ്വസ്ഥരാകേണ്ടതില്ല, അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ കുതന്ത്രങ്ങൾ പ്രാവർത്തികമാക്കുമ്പോഴും.
8 Refrain from anger and forsake rage may not you fret yourself only to do evil.
കോപത്തിൽനിന്ന് അകന്നിരിക്കുക ക്രോധത്തിൽനിന്ന് പിന്തിരിയുക; ഉത്കണ്ഠപ്പെടരുത്—അത് അധർമത്തിലേക്കുമാത്രമേ നയിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.
9 For evil-doers they will be cut off! and [those who] wait for Yahweh they they will possess [the] land.
കാരണം ദുഷ്ടർ ഉന്മൂലനംചെയ്യപ്പെടും, എന്നാൽ യഹോവയിൽ പ്രത്യാശയർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നവർ ദേശം അവകാശമാക്കും.
10 And yet a little and there not [will be the] wicked and you will look carefully on place his and there not [will be] he.
ഒരൽപ്പകാലംകൂടി, ദുഷ്ടർ ഇല്ലാതെയാകും; നീ അവരെ അന്വേഷിച്ചാലും അവരെ കണ്ടെത്തുകയില്ല.
11 And humble [people] they will possess [the] land and they will take delight on abundance of well-being.
എന്നാൽ സൗമ്യതയുള്ളവർ ഭൂമി അവകാശമാക്കുകയും സമാധാനം, അഭിവൃദ്ധി എന്നിവ ആസ്വദിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.
12 [is] plotting [the] wicked To the righteous and [is] gnashing towards him teeth his.
ദുഷ്ടർ നീതിനിഷ്ഠർക്കെതിരേ ഗൂഢാലോചന നടത്തുന്നു അവരുടെനേരേ പല്ലുഞെരിക്കുകയുംചെയ്യുന്നു;
13 [the] Lord He laughs to him for he sees that it will come day his.
എന്നാൽ കർത്താവ് ദുഷ്ടരെ നോക്കി ചിരിക്കുന്നു, അവരുടെ ദിവസം അടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നെന്ന് അവിടത്തേക്കറിയാം.
14 A sword - they have drawn wicked [people] and they have bent bow their to make fall [the] poor and [the] needy to slaughter [people] upright of way.
ദുഷ്ടർ വാളെടുക്കുകയും വില്ലുകുലയ്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു, ദരിദ്രരെയും അശരണരെയും നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും പരമാർഥതയോടെ ജീവിക്കുന്നവരെ വധിക്കുന്നതിനുംതന്നെ.
15 Sword their it will go in own heart their and bows their they will be broken.
എന്നാൽ അവരുടെ വാൾ അവരുടെ ഹൃദയത്തെത്തന്നെ കുത്തിത്തുളയ്ക്കും, അവരുടെ വില്ലുകൾ തകർന്നുപോകും.
16 [is] good [the] little Of the righteous more than [the] wealth of wicked [people] many.
ഒട്ടനവധി ദുഷ്ടരുടെ സമൃദ്ധിയെക്കാൾ നീതിനിഷ്ഠരുടെ പക്കലുള്ള അൽപ്പം ഏറെ നല്ലത്;
17 For [the] arms of wicked [people] they will be broken and [is] sustaining righteous [people] Yahweh.
കാരണം ദുഷ്ടരുടെ ശക്തി തകർക്കപ്പെടും, എന്നാൽ യഹോവ നീതിനിഷ്ഠരെ ഉദ്ധരിക്കും.
18 [is] knowing Yahweh [the] days of blameless [people] and inheritance their for ever it will be.
നിഷ്കളങ്കരുടെ ദിനങ്ങൾ യഹോവ അറിയുന്നു, അവരുടെ ഓഹരി ശാശ്വതമായി നിലനിൽക്കും.
19 Not they will be ashamed in a time evil and in days of famine they will be satisfied.
കഷ്ടകാലത്ത് അവർ വാടിപ്പോകുകയില്ല; ക്ഷാമകാലത്ത് അവർ സമൃദ്ധി അനുഭവിക്കും.
20 For wicked [people] - they will perish and [the] enemies of Yahweh [will be] like a splendid [thing] of pastures they will come to an end in smoke they will come to an end.
എന്നാൽ ദുഷ്ടർ നശിച്ചുപോകും: യഹോവയുടെ ശത്രുക്കൾ വയലിലെ പൂക്കൾപോലെയാകുന്നു, അവർ മാഞ്ഞുപോകും, പുകയായി അവർ ഉയർന്നുപോകും.
21 [is] borrowing [the] wicked And not he repays and [the] righteous [is] showing favor and giving.
ദുഷ്ടർ വായ്പവാങ്ങുന്നു, ഒരിക്കലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നില്ല, എന്നാൽ നീതിനിഷ്ഠർ ഉദാരപൂർവം ദാനംചെയ്യുന്നു;
22 For blessed [ones] his they will possess [the] land and cursed [ones] his they will be cut off.
യഹോവയാൽ അനുഗൃഹീതർ ദേശം അവകാശമാക്കും, എന്നാൽ അവിടന്ന് ശപിക്കുന്നവർ ഛേദിക്കപ്പെടും.
23 From Yahweh [the] steps of a man they are established and way his he delights in.
യഹോവയിൽ ആനന്ദിക്കുന്നവരുടെ ചുവടുകൾ അവിടന്ന് സുസ്ഥിരമാക്കുന്നു;
24 For he will fall not he will be thrown down for Yahweh [is] supporting hand his.
അവരുടെ കാൽ വഴുതിയാലും അവർ വീണുപോകുകയില്ല, കാരണം യഹോവ അവരെ തന്റെ കൈകൊണ്ടു താങ്ങിനിർത്തുന്നു.
25 A young man - I have been also I am old and not I have seen [the] righteous forsaken and offspring his seeking food.
ഞാൻ യുവാവായിരുന്നു, ഇപ്പോൾ വൃദ്ധനായിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്നിട്ടും നാളിതുവരെ നീതിനിഷ്ഠർ പരിത്യജിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതോ അവരുടെ മക്കൾ ആഹാരം ഇരക്കുന്നതോ ഞാൻ കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല.
26 All the day [he is] showing favor and [he is] lending and offspring his [become] a blessing.
അവർ എപ്പോഴും ഉദാരമനസ്കരും വായ്പനൽകുന്നവരുമാണ്, അവരുടെ മക്കൾ അനുഗൃഹീതരായിത്തീരും.
27 Turn away from evil and do good and dwell for ever.
തിന്മയിൽനിന്നു പിന്തിരിഞ്ഞ് സൽപ്രവൃത്തികൾ ചെയ്യുക, അപ്പോൾ നീ ദേശത്ത് ചിരകാലം വസിക്കും.
28 For Yahweh - [is] loving justice and not he will abandon faithful [people] his for ever they are preserved and [the] offspring of wicked [people] it is cut off.
കാരണം യഹോവ നീതിയെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു അവിടന്ന് തന്റെ വിശ്വസ്തരെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുകയില്ല. അവർ എന്നെന്നേക്കും സംരക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടും; എന്നാൽ ദുഷ്ടരുടെ മക്കൾ നശിച്ചുപോകും.
29 Righteous [people] they will possess [the] land so they may dwell for ever on it.
നീതിനിഷ്ഠർ ഭൂമി അവകാശമാക്കുകയും ചിരകാലം അവിടെ താമസിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.
30 [the] mouth of [the] righteous It utters wisdom and tongue his it speaks justice.
നീതിനിഷ്ഠരുടെ അധരങ്ങളിൽനിന്നു ജ്ഞാനം പൊഴിയുന്നു, അവരുടെ നാവിൽനിന്നു നീതി പുറപ്പെടുന്നു.
31 [the] law of God his [is] in heart his not it slips steps his.
അവരുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ന്യായപ്രമാണം അവരുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളിലുണ്ട്; അവരുടെ കാലടികൾ വഴുതിപ്പോകുകയില്ല.
32 [is] watching A wicked [person] for righteous [person] and [is] seeking to kill him.
നീതിനിഷ്ഠരുടെ ജീവൻ അപഹരിക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചുകൊണ്ട്, ദുഷ്ടർ അവർക്കായി പതിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
33 Yahweh not he will abandon him in hand his and not he will condemn as guilty him when is judged he.
എന്നാൽ യഹോവ അവരെ അവരുടെ ഇഷ്ടത്തിന് ഏൽപ്പിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുകയോ ന്യായവിസ്താരത്തിൽ ശിക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടാൻ അനുവദിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുകയില്ല.
34 Wait to Yahweh - and keep way his and he will exalt you to possess [the] land when are cut off wicked [people] you will see.
യഹോവയിൽ പ്രത്യാശയർപ്പിക്കുക അവിടത്തെ മാർഗം പിൻതുടരുക. അവിടന്നു നിങ്ങളെ ഭൂമിയുടെ അവകാശിയായി ഉയർത്തും; ദുഷ്ടർ ഛേദിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത് നിങ്ങൾ കാണുകയും ചെയ്യും.
35 I have seen a wicked [person] ruthless and spreading himself like a native tree luxuriant.
സ്വദേശത്തെ വൃക്ഷംപോലെ ദുഷ്ടരും അനുകമ്പയില്ലാത്തവരും തഴച്ചുവളരുന്നതു ഞാൻ കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്,
36 And he passed away and there! there not [was] he and I sought him and not he was found.
എന്നാൽ അവർ വളരെപ്പെട്ടെന്ന് മാറ്റപ്പെടുന്നു, അതിന്റെ സ്ഥാനത്ത് ഒന്നും ശേഷിക്കുകയില്ല; ഞാൻ അവരെ അന്വേഷിച്ചു, കണ്ടെത്താൻ കഴിഞ്ഞതുമില്ല.
37 Watch [the] blameless and see [the] upright for a future [belongs] to a person of peace.
സത്യസന്ധരെ നിരീക്ഷിക്കുക, പരമാർഥതയുള്ളവരെ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക; സമാധാനം അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് സന്തതിപരമ്പരകൾ ഉണ്ടാകും.
38 And transgressors they will be destroyed altogether [the] future of wicked [people] it will be cut off.
എന്നാൽ പാപികൾ എല്ലാവരും നശിപ്പിക്കപ്പെടും; ദുഷ്ടർ സന്തതിയില്ലാതെ സമൂലം ഛേദിക്കപ്പെടും.
39 And [the] salvation of righteous [people] [is] from Yahweh place of refuge their in a time of trouble.
നീതിനിഷ്ഠരുടെ രക്ഷ യഹോവയിൽനിന്നു വരുന്നു; ദുർഘടസമയത്ത് അവിടന്ന് അവർക്ക് ഉറപ്പുള്ളകോട്ട.
40 And he helped them Yahweh and he delivered them he delivers them from wicked [people] and he saves them for they have taken refuge in him.
യഹോവ അവരെ സഹായിക്കുകയും വിടുവിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു; അവർ യഹോവയിൽ അഭയംതേടുന്നതിനാൽ അവിടന്ന് അവരെ ദുഷ്ടരിൽനിന്നു വിടുവിക്കുകയും രക്ഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
