Psalms 31
1 To the choirmaster a psalm of David. In you O Yahweh I have taken refuge may not I be ashamed for ever in righteousness your deliver me.

3 For [are] rock my and stronghold my you and for [the] sake of name your you guide me and you lead me.
Nang tah ka thaelpang neh ka rhalvong ni. Te dongah namah ming ham kai nan mawt tih nan khool.
4 You will bring out me from [the] net which people have hidden for me for you [are] place of refuge my.
Namah te ka lunghim coeng dongah kai ham a tung uh lawk lamkah te nan doek.
5 In hand your I entrust spirit my you have redeemed me O Yahweh God of faithfulness.
Ka mueihla he na kut ah kan hlah tih oltak Pathen BOEIPA loh kai he nan lat.
6 I hate those [who] keep vanities of falsehood and I to Yahweh I trust.

7 I will rejoice and I will be glad in covenant loyalty your that you saw affliction my you knew [the] troubles of self my.

8 And not you delivered up me in [the] hand of an enemy you made stand in roomy place feet my.
Te dongah kai he thunkha kut ah nan tloeng mueh la ka kho he a hoengpoeknah ah nan sut.
9 Show favor to me O Yahweh for it is distress to me it has wasted away with grief eye my being my and belly my.
Konoinah dongah ka mik, ka hinglu neh ka bungko hmawn tih puen ka cak dongah kai n'rhen dae BOEIPA.
10 For they have wasted away in sorrow life my and years my with groaning it has failed by iniquity my strength my and bones my they have wasted away.
Ka hingnah he kothae loh a ngawn tih ka hueinah neh ka kum thok. Kamah kathaesainah dongah ka thadueng yaai tih ka rhuh hmawn. Te vaengah tol long ah kai aka hmu kamah hmaiben rhoek te kai lamloh birhihnah neh yong uh.
11 From all opposers my I have become a reproach and to neighbors my - exceedingly and a dread to acquaintances my [those who] see me in the street they flee from me.
Kamah puencak dongah hlang boeih neh ka imben kah kokhahnah la mat ka om.
12 I have been forgotten like a dead [person] from [the] heart I have become like a vessel [which] is destroyed.
Duek tangtae bangla a lungbuei ah kai n'hnilh. Am poo bangla ka om.
13 For I have heard - [the] slander of many [people] terror [is] from around about when they seated themselves together on me to take life my they plotted.

14 And I - on you I rely O Yahweh I say [are] God my you.
Tedae kai tah BOEIPA nang dongah ka pangtung tih nang te ka Pathen ni ka ti.
15 [are] in Hand your times my deliver me from [the] hand of enemies my and from pursuers my.
Ka khohnin he na kut dongah om. Ka thunkha kut neh kai aka hloem kut lamkah kai n'huul lah.
16 Make shine! face your on servant your save me in covenant loyalty your.
Na sal taengah na maelhmai te han sae sak lah. Na sitlohnah neh kai n'khang lah.
17 O Yahweh may not I be ashamed for I have called out to you may they be ashamed wicked [people] may they be silent to Sheol. (Sheol h7585)
BOEIPA nang kan khue vaengah yah m'poh sak boeh. Halang rhoek te yahpok saeh lamtah saelkhui la duem uh saeh. (Sheol h7585)
18 May they be dumb lips of falsehood which speak on [the] righteous arrogance with pride and contempt.
Hlang dueng te hoemnah neh nueihbu la a hong aka thui mangkhak rhoek loh a kam khom saeh.
19 How! great [is] goodness your which you have stored up for [those] fearing you [which] you have done for [those who] take refuge in you before [the] children of humankind.
Namah aka rhih rhoek ham na khoem pah tih hlang capa rhoek hmuh ah namah dongla aka ying rhoek ham na saii pah na thennah he bahoeng len.
20 You hide them - in [the] hiding place of presence your from [the] conspiracies of man you hide them in a shelter from strife of tongues.
Hlang kah tangkhuepnah lamkah na hmai kah a huephael ah amih te na thuh. Tuituknah ol lamkah pohlip ah amih te na khoem.
21 [be] blessed Yahweh for he has made wonderful covenant loyalty his to me in a city of siege.
Khopuei vongup khuiah kai ham a sitlohnah khobaerhambae la a tueng dongah BOEIPA tah a yoethen pai.
22 And I - I said when was hastening I I have been cut off from before eyes your nevertheless you heard [the] sound of supplications my when cried for help I to you.
Te dongah ka tamto vaengah, “Na mikhmuh lamkah ka pat coeng,” ka ti. Tedae namah taengla ka pang vaengah ka huithuinah ol nan yaak.
23 Love Yahweh O all faithful [people] his faithful [people] [is] preserving Yahweh and [is] repaying on excess [one who] does pride.
Amah kah hlangcim rhoek boeih loh BOEIPA te lungnah uh lah. Oltak te BOEIPA loh a kueinah tih hoemnah aka saii te a khawk la a thuung.
24 Be strong so may it show strength heart your O all those [who] wait for Yahweh.
BOEIPA dongah aka ngaiuep boeih loh thahuel uh lamtah na thinko cak sakuh.
