Psalms 22
1 To the choirmaster on [the] doe of the dawn a psalm of David. O God my God my why? have you forsaken me [are] far from deliverance my [the] words of cry of distress my.
੧ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਵਜਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਅਬਲੇਰਸ਼ਰ ਦੇ ਰਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਊਦ ਦਾ ਭਜਨ। ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕਿਉਂ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ? ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਭੁੱਬਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਦੂਰ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ?
2 O God my I call out by day and not you answer and night and not repose [belongs] to me.
੨ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਮੈਂ ਦਿਨ ਵੇਲੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਪੁਕਾਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ, ਅਤੇ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਚੈਨ ਨਹੀਂ।
3 And you [are] holy sitting [the] praises of Israel.
੩ਤੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੈਂ, ਤੂੰ ਜੋ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਸਤਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈਂ।
4 In you they trusted ancestors our they trusted and you delivered them.
੪ਸਾਡੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾਇਆ।
5 To you they cried out and they were delivered in you they trusted and not they were ashamed.
੫ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਦੁਹਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਛੁਟਕਾਰਾ ਪਾਇਆ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਓਹ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦੇ ਨਾ ਹੋਏ।
6 And I [am] a worm and not a man a reproach of humankind and despised of a people.
੬ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਕੀੜਾ ਹਾਂ, ਮੈਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਾਂ, ਆਦਮੀ ਦੀ ਨਮੋਸ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁੱਛ ਹਾਂ।
7 All [those who] see me they mock me they make a separation with a lip they shake a head.
੭ਜਿੰਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਓਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮਖ਼ੌਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਡਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਓਹ ਬੁੱਲ ਪਸਾਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਰ ਹਿਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ,
8 Roll to Yahweh let him rescue him let him deliver him for he delights in him.
੮“ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੋ ਜਾ, ਉਹ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾਵੇ, ਉਹ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਵੇ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਰਸੰਨ ਹੈ।”
9 For you [were] drawing forth me from [the] belly [were] making trust me on [the] breasts of mother my.
੯ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕੁੱਖੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਲਿਆਇਆ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੁੱਧੀਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿਲਾਇਆ,
10 On you I was cast from [the] womb from [the] belly of mother my [have been] God my you.
੧੦ਜੰਮਦਿਆਂ ਸਾਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਰੱਖਿਆ, ਮਾਤਾ ਦੀ ਕੁੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈਂ।
11 May not you be far from me for trouble [is] near for there not [is] a helper.
੧੧ਮੈਥੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਨਾ ਰਹਿ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਬਿਪਤਾ ਨੇੜੇ ਆ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਨਹੀਂ।
12 They have surrounded me bulls many mighty [bulls] of Bashan they have encircled me.
੧੨ਬਹੁਤੇ ਬਲ਼ਦਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਘੇਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਬਾਸ਼ਾਨ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਬਲਵੰਤ ਬਲ਼ਦਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਾ ਪਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ,
13 They have opened on me mouth their a lion tearing and roaring.
੧੩ਓਹ ਪਾੜਨ ਅਤੇ ਗੱਜਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੱਬਰ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਅੱਡਦੇ ਹਨ।
14 Like water I have been poured out and they have become dislocated all bones my it has become heart my like wax it has melted in [the] midst of inward parts my.
੧੪ਮੈਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਡੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹਾਂ, ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਉੱਖੜ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਮੇਰਾ ਦਿਲ ਮੋਮ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪਿਘਲ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
15 It has dried up like earthenware - strength my and tongue my [has been] made to cling to jaws my and to [the] dust of death you put me.
੧੫ਮੇਰਾ ਗਲ਼ਾ ਠੀਕਰੇ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਸੁੱਕ ਗਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਜੀਭ ਤਾਲੂ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੌਤ ਦੀ ਧੂੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਛੱਡਿਆ।
16 For they have surrounded me dogs a company of evil-doers they have encircled me (like a lion *L(D)*) hands my and feet my.
੧੬ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਕੁੱਤਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਘੇਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਕੁਕਰਮੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਟੋਲੀ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਾ ਪਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਹੱਥ-ਪੈਰ ਵਿੰਨ੍ਹ ਸੁੱਟੇ ਹਨ।
17 I count all bones my they they look they look on me.
੧੭ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਗਿਣ ਸਕਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਓਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਘੂਰ-ਘੂਰ ਕੇ ਵੇਖਦੇ ਹਨ।
18 They distribute clothes my to themselves and on clothing my they cast a lot.
੧੮ਓਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੰਡ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਿਬਾਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਰਚੀਆਂ ਸੁੱਟਦੇ ਹਨ।
19 And you O Yahweh may not you be distant O strength my to help my make haste!
੧੯ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੂਰ ਨਾ ਰਹਿ, ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਬਲ, ਮੇਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਲਈ ਛੇਤੀ ਕਰ,
20 Deliver! from [the] sword life my from [the] hand of a dog only [life] my.
੨੦ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਤੋਂ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਜੀਵ ਨੂੰ ਕੁੱਤੇ ਦੇ ਵੱਸ ਤੋਂ ਛੁਡਾ।
21 Save me from [the] mouth of a lion and from [the] horns of wild oxen you have answered me.
੨੧ਬੱਬਰ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾ, ਅਤੇ ਜੰਗਲੀ ਬਲਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਿੰਗਾਂ ਤੋਂ, ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਇਆ ਹੈ ।
22 I will recount name your to brothers my in among [the] assembly I will praise you.
੨੨ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਿਆਂ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਸੁਣਾਵਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਰੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।
23 O [those] fearing Yahweh - praise him O all [the] offspring of Jacob honor him and be afraid from him O all [the] offspring of Israel.
੨੩ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਓ, ਉਹ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰੋ, ਯਾਕੂਬ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਵੰਸ਼, ਉਹ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਕਰੋ, ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਵੰਸ਼, ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਡਰੋ,
24 For not he has despised and not he has detested [the] affliction of an afflicted [person] and not he has hidden face his from him and when cried for help he to him he heard.
੨੪ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਦੁਖੀਏ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਤੁੱਛ ਨਾ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਨਾ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਘਿਣ ਕੀਤੀ, ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਛਿਪਾਇਆ, ਅਤੇ ਜਦ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਦੁਹਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਸੁਣਿਆ।
25 [is] from With you praise my in [the] assembly great vows my I will pay before [those] fearing him.
੨੫ਮਹਾਂ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰਾ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਤੇਰੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸੁੱਖਣਾਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।
26 They will eat humble [people] - so they may be satisfied they will praise Yahweh [those who] seek him may it live heart your for ever.
੨੬ਨਮਰ ਲੋਕ ਖਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤ ਹੋਣਗੇ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਖੋਜੀ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਸਦਾ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਰਹੇ!
27 They will remember - and they may turn to Yahweh all [the] ends of [the] earth so they may bow down before you all [the] clans of [the] nations.
੨੭ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲ ਫਿਰਨਗੀਆਂ, ਅਤੇ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣਗੇ,
28 For [belongs] to Yahweh the kingship and [he is] ruling over the nations.
੨੮ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਰਾਜ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਹੋ ਹਾਕਮ ਹੈ।
29 They have eaten and they have bowed down - all [the] fat [people] of [the] earth before him they will bow down all [those who are] about to go down of dust and life his not he has preserved alive.
੨੯ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਖਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣਗੇ, ਓਹ ਸੱਭੇ ਜੋ ਮਰ ਮਿਟਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਝੁਕਣਗੇ, ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਜਿਉਂਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖ ਸਕਦਾ।
30 Offspring it will serve him it will be recounted of [the] Lord to the generation.
੩੦ਇੱਕ ਵੰਸ਼ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ, ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਗਿਣਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
31 They will come and they may declare righteousness his to a people about to be born that he has acted.
੩੧ਓਹ ਆਉਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਧਰਮ ਜਨਮ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਣਗੇ, ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
