Psalms 147
1 Praise Yahweh - for [is] good to sing praises to God our for [is] pleasant [is] fitting praise.

Yehova amagwiriziza anthu odzichepetsa, koma amagwetsa pansi anthu oyipa.
7 Sing to Yahweh with thanksgiving make music to God our with a harp.

8 Who covers [the] heavens - with clouds who prepares for the earth rain who causes to sprout mountains grass.

9 [who] gives To animal[s] food its to [the] young ones of a raven which they call out.
Iye amapereka chakudya kwa ngʼombe ndi kwa ana a makwangwala pamene akulira chakudya.
10 Not in [the] strength of horse he delights not in [the] legs of man he takes pleasure.
Chikondwerero chake sichili mʼmphamvu za kavalo, kapena mʼmiyendo ya anthu amphamvu.
11 [is] taking pleasure in Yahweh [those] fearing him those [who] hope for covenant loyalty his.
Yehova amakondwera ndi amene amamuopa, amene chiyembekezo chawo chili mʼchikondi chake chosasinthika.
12 Extol O Jerusalem Yahweh praise God your O Zion.
Lemekeza Yehova, iwe Yerusalemu; tamanda Mulungu wako, iwe Ziyoni,
13 For he has strengthened [the] bars of gates your he has blessed children your in midst your.
pakuti Iye amalimbitsa mipiringidzo ya zipata zako ndi kudalitsa anthu ako mwa iwe.
14 The [one who] makes territory your peace [the] best of wheat he satisfies you.

15 The [one who] sends word his [the] earth to quickly it runs word his.
Iyeyo amapereka lamulo pa dziko lapansi; mawu ake amayenda mwaliwiro.
16 The [one who] gives snow like wool frost like ash[es] he scatters.
Amagwetsa chisanu ngati ubweya ndi kumwaza chipale ngati phulusa.
17 [the one who] throws Ice his like crumbs before coldness his who? will he stand.
