< Psalms 142 >
1 A poem of David when was he in the cave a prayer. Voice my to Yahweh I cry out voice my to Yahweh I seek favor.
Abụ maskil nke Devid. Mgbe ọ nọ nʼọgba nkume. Ekpere. Etikuru m Onyenwe anyị mkpu akwa; ewelitara m olu m rịọ Onyenwe anyị ka o meere m ebere.
2 I pour out before him complaint my trouble my before him I tell.
Ekwupụtara m ihe na-esogbu m nʼihu ya, gwakwa ya ahụhụ nke m nọ nʼime ya.
3 When faints away on me - spirit my and you you know pathway my in [the] path which I walk people have hidden a snare for me.
Mgbe mmụọ m dara mba nʼime m, ọ bụ gị maara ụzọ m. Nʼụzọ ebe m na-esi aga ka ndị mmadụ siiri m ọnya.
4 Look right - and see and not [belongs] to me [one who] recognizes it has been lost a place of escape from me there not [is one who] cares for self my.
Lee anya nʼaka nri m ma hụ na ọ dịghị onye ọbụla na-eche ihe banyere m. Enweghị m ebe mgbaba. Ọ dịghị onye ọbụla ihe banyere m na-emetụta nʼobi.
5 I cry out to you O Yahweh I say you [are] refuge my portion my in [the] land of the living.

6 Pay attention! - to cry of entreaty my for I have become low exceedingly deliver me from [those who] harass me for they are [too] strong for me.

7 Bring out! from prison - self my to give thanks to name your me they will surround righteous [people] for you deal bountifully towards me.
Mee ka m nwere onwe m site nʼụlọ mkpọrọ, ka m nwee ike too aha gị. Mgbe ahụ ndị ezi omume ga-agba m gburugburu nʼihi ịdị mma gị nʼebe m nọ.
