Psalms 14

1 To the choirmaster of David he says a fool in heart his there not [is] a god they act corruptly they do abominably deed[s] there not [is one who] does good.

Alang sa pangulong musikero. Ang salmo ni David. Ang buangbuang moingon sa iyang kasingkasing, “Wala gayoy Dios,” Malimbongon (sila) ug nagbuhat sa makauulaw nga pagpakasala; walay bisan usa nga nagbuhat ug maayo.

2 Yahweh from heaven he looks down on [the] children of humankind to see ¿ [is] there [one who] acts prudently [one who] seeks God.

Si Yahweh nagatan-aw gikan sa langit ngadto sa mga anak sa tawo aron sa pagpangita kung aduna bay nakasabot, nga nangita kaniya.

3 Everyone he turns aside all together they are corrupt there not [is one who] does good there not also [is] one.

Nahisalaag silang tanan. Ug nadunot silang tanan. Walay bisan usa nga nagbuhat ug maayo, wala gayod bisan usa.

4 ¿ Not do they know all [those who] do wickedness [those who] devour people my they eat bread Yahweh not they call on.

Wala ba silay bisan unsang nahibaloan, kadtong nagpakasala, kadtong milamoy sa akong katawhan sama nga mikaon (sila) sa tinapay, apan wala magtawag kang Yahweh?

5 There - they fear a fear for God [is] with a generation righteous.

Nangurog (sila) sa kahadlok, kay ang Dios anaa man sa panagtigom sa mga matarong!

6 [the] plan of [the] poor You will put to shame for Yahweh [is] refuge his.

Buot ninyong pakaulawan ang tawong kabos bisan pa kung si Yahweh ang iyang dalangpanan.

7 Who? will he give [will be] from Zion [the] deliverance of Israel when turns back Yahweh [the] captivity of people his let him rejoice Jacob let him be glad Israel.

O, kana nga kaluwasan sa Israel moabot pa unta gikan sa Zion! Sa dihang bawion na ni Yahweh ang iyang mga katawhan gikan sa pagkabihag, unya magmaya si Jacob ug magmalipayon ang Israel!
