Psalms 129

1 [the] song of The ascents much people have opposed me since youth my let it say please Israel.

Awit sa pagtungas. “Sukad pa sa akong pagkabatan-on kanunay silang nagsulong kanako,” tugoti nga mosulti ang Israel.

2 Much people have opposed me since youth my also not they have prevailed to me.

“Sukad pa sa akong pagkabatan-on kanunay silang nagsulong kanako, apan wala pa gayod (sila) makabuntog kanako.

3 On back my they have plowed plowmen they have made long (furrows their. *Q(K)*)

Ang magdadaro nagdaro sa akong likod; gipalaloman nila ang agi sa daro.

4 Yahweh [is] righteous he has cut off [the] rope of wicked [people].

Matarong si Yahweh; putlon niya ang mga pisi sa mga daotan.

5 May they be ashamed and they may be turned back backward all [those who] hate Zion.

Hinaot nga maulawan silang tanan ug mangatras, kadtong nagdumot sa Zion.

6 May they be like [the] grass of roofs that before it has shot up it has withered.

Hinaot nga mahisama (sila) sa sagbot nga anaa sa ibabaw sa balay nga mangalaya sa dili pa kini motag-as,

7 That not he has filled hand his a reaper and bosom his [one who] binds sheaves.

nga dili na magpuno sa kamot sa magtitigom o sa dughan sa tawo nga magbugkos niini.

8 And not they say - those [who] pass by [the] blessing of Yahweh [be] to you we bless you in [the] name of Yahweh.

Hinaot nga kadtong moagi dili moingon, “Hinaot nga ang panalangin ni Yahweh maanaa kanimo; panalanginan ka namo sa ngalan ni Yahweh.”
