Psalms 127

1 [the] song of The ascents of Solomon if Yahweh - not he will build a house vanity - they have toiled builders its in it if Yahweh not he will watch over a city vanity - he has kept awake [the] watchman.

O cântare a treptelor, pentru Solomon. Dacă nu zidește DOMNUL casa, în zadar muncesc cei ce o zidesc; dacă nu păzește DOMNUL cetatea, în zadar veghează paznicul.

2 Vanity [belongs] to you - [who] rise early to rise [who] delay to sit [who] eat [the] bread of labors thus he gives to beloved [one] his sleep.

Este deșert pentru voi a vă scula devreme, a sta până târziu, a mânca pâinea întristărilor, pentru că el dă somn preaiubitului său.

3 Here! [the] inheritance of Yahweh [is] sons [is] a reward [the] fruit of the womb.

Iată, copiii sunt o moștenire de la DOMNUL și rodul pântecelui este răsplata sa.

4 Like arrows in [the] hand of a warrior so [are] [the] sons of youth.

Ca săgețile în mâna viteazului, astfel sunt copiii tinereții.

5 How blessed! [is] the man who he has filled quiver his from them not they will be ashamed if they will speak with enemies in the gate.

Ferice de omul care își umple tolba cu ei, ei nu se vor rușina ci vor vorbi cu dușmanii la poartă.
