Psalms 127

1 [the] song of The ascents of Solomon if Yahweh - not he will build a house vanity - they have toiled builders its in it if Yahweh not he will watch over a city vanity - he has kept awake [the] watchman.

परमप्रभुले नै घर बनाउनुभएन भने, त्‍यसलाई बनाउनेहरूले व्यर्थमा काम गर्छन् । परमप्रभुले नै सहरको रक्षा गर्नुभएन भने, रक्षकले व्यर्थमा रक्षा गर्छ ।

2 Vanity [belongs] to you - [who] rise early to rise [who] delay to sit [who] eat [the] bread of labors thus he gives to beloved [one] his sleep.

बिहान सबेरै उठ्नु, घर ढिला आउनु वा कडा परिश्रमको रोटी खानु तिम्रो निम्ति व्यार्थ हुन्‍छ, किनकि परमप्रभुका प्रियजन सुत्‍दा, उहाँले तिनीहरूला जुटाउनुहुन्छ ।

3 Here! [the] inheritance of Yahweh [is] sons [is] a reward [the] fruit of the womb.

हेर, छोराछोरी परमप्रभुबाट प्राप्‍त उत्तराधिकार हुन् र गर्भको फल उहाँको इनाम हो ।

4 Like arrows in [the] hand of a warrior so [are] [the] sons of youth.

योद्धाको हातका काँडहरूझैं जवानी अवस्थाका छोराछोरी हुन्छन् ।

5 How blessed! [is] the man who he has filled quiver his from them not they will be ashamed if they will speak with enemies in the gate.

त्यो मानिस धन्यको हो, जसको ठोक्रो काँडहरूले भरिएको छ । त्यसले ढोकामा त्यसका शत्रुहरूको सामना गर्दा त्यो लज्‍जित हुनेछैन ।
