Psalms 127

1 [the] song of The ascents of Solomon if Yahweh - not he will build a house vanity - they have toiled builders its in it if Yahweh not he will watch over a city vanity - he has kept awake [the] watchman.

૧ચઢવાનું ગીત; સુલેમાનનું. જો યહોવાહ ઘર ન બાંધે તો, તેના બાંધનારાનો શ્રમ વ્યર્થ છે, જો યહોવાહ નગરનું રક્ષણ ન કરે તો, ચોકીદારની ચોકી કરવી કેવળ વ્યર્થ છે.

2 Vanity [belongs] to you - [who] rise early to rise [who] delay to sit [who] eat [the] bread of labors thus he gives to beloved [one] his sleep.

૨તમારું વહેલું ઊઠવું, અને મોડું સૂવું, અને કષ્ટ વેઠીને રોટલી ખાવી તે પણ વ્યર્થ છે, કેમ કે યહોવાહ પોતાના વહાલાઓને ઊંઘમાં આપે છે.

3 Here! [the] inheritance of Yahweh [is] sons [is] a reward [the] fruit of the womb.

૩જુઓ, સંતાનો તો યહોવાહ પાસેથી મળેલો વારસો છે અને પેટનાં સંતાન તેમના તરફનું ઇનામ છે.

4 Like arrows in [the] hand of a warrior so [are] [the] sons of youth.

૪યુવાવસ્થામાંના પુત્રો બળવાન વીર યોદ્ધાના હાથમાંના તીક્ષ્ણ બાણ જેવા છે.

5 How blessed! [is] the man who he has filled quiver his from them not they will be ashamed if they will speak with enemies in the gate.

૫જે માણસનો ભાથો તેનાથી ભરેલો છે તે આશીર્વાદિત છે. જ્યારે તે નગરના દરવાજે શત્રુઓ સામે લડશે, ત્યારે તેઓ લજ્જિત નહિ થાય.
