Psalms 122

1 [the] song of The ascents of David I rejoiced in [those who] said to me [the] house of Yahweh let us go.

١ تَرْنِيمَةُ الْمَصَاعِدِ فَرِحْتُ بِالْقَائِلِينَ لِي: لِنَذْهَبْ مَعاً إِلَى بَيْتِ الرَّبِّ.

2 Standing they were feet our in gates your O Jerusalem.

٢ تَقِفُ أَقْدَامُنَا الآنَ دَاخِلَ أَبْوَابِكِ يَا أُورُشَلِيمُ.

3 Jerusalem which was built like a city that was joined together to itself together.

٣ أُورُشَلِيمُ الْمَبْنِيَّةُ كَمَدِينَةٍ مُتَمَاسِكَةٍ مُتَّحِدَةٍ.

4 Where there they went up tribes [the] tribes of Yahweh a testimony to Israel to give thanks to [the] name of Yahweh.

٤ إِلَيْهَا صَعِدَتِ الأَسْبَاطُ، أَسْبَاطُ الرَّبِّ لِتَرْفَعَ الشُّكْرَ لَهُ بِحَسَبِ أَوَامِرِهِ.

5 For there - they sat thrones for judgment thrones of [the] house of David.

٥ هُنَاكَ نُصِبَتْ عُرُوشُ الْقَضَاءِ، عُرُوشُ آلِ دَاوُدَ.

6 Ask for [the] peace of Jerusalem may they be at ease [those who] love you.

٦ صَلُّوا لأَجْلِ سَلامِ أُورُشَلِيمَ. لِيُفْلِحْ مُحِبُّوكِ وَيَطْمَئِنُّوا.

7 May it be peace in rampart your ease in fortresses your.

٧ لِيَكُنِ السَّلامُ دَاخِلَ أَسْوَارِكِ، وَالأَمَانُ دَاخِلَ قُصُورِكِ.

8 For [the] sake of brothers my and friends my I will speak please peace [be] in you.

٨ مِنْ أَجْلِ إِخْوَتِي وَأَصْحَابِي أَقُولُ: لِيَسُدْ فِيكِ سَلامٌ.

9 For [the] sake of [the] house of Yahweh God our I will seek good of you.

٩ مِنْ أَجْلِ الرَّبِّ إِلَهِنَا أَلْتَمِسُ لَكِ خَيْراً.
