Psalms 120

1 [the] song of The ascents to Yahweh in distress of me I called out and he answered me.

Una canción de ascensos. En mi angustia, clamé a Yahvé. Me respondió.

2 O Yahweh deliver! self my from a lip of falsehood from a tongue deceit.

Libera mi alma, Yahvé, de los labios mentirosos, de una lengua engañosa.

3 What? will anyone give to you and what? will anyone add to you O tongue deceit.

Lo que se te dará, y lo que se te hará más, ¿engañosa lengua?

4 Arrows of a warrior sharpened with burning coals of broom plants.

Flechas afiladas de los poderosos, con carbones de enebro.

5 Woe! to me that I have sojourned Meshech I have dwelt with [the] tents of Kedar.

Ay de mí, que vivo en Meshech, ¡que habito entre las tiendas de Kedar!

6 Much it has dwelt itself self my with [one who] hates peace.

Mi alma ha tenido su morada demasiado tiempo con el que odia la paz.

7 I [am] peace and that I speak they [are] for war.

Estoy a favor de la paz, pero cuando hablo, son para la guerra.
