Psalms 120

1 [the] song of The ascents to Yahweh in distress of me I called out and he answered me.

Nyanyian ziarah. Dalam kesusahanku aku berseru kepada TUHAN, dan Ia menjawab aku.

2 O Yahweh deliver! self my from a lip of falsehood from a tongue deceit.

Ya TUHAN, selamatkanlah aku dari pembohong dan penipu.

3 What? will anyone give to you and what? will anyone add to you O tongue deceit.

Hai penipu, apa yang akan dilakukan Allah terhadapmu? Dengan apa Ia akan menghukum kamu?

4 Arrows of a warrior sharpened with burning coals of broom plants.

Dengan panah tajam seorang pejuang, dengan bara yang menyala-nyala!

5 Woe! to me that I have sojourned Meshech I have dwelt with [the] tents of Kedar.

Celakalah aku karena harus hidup bersamamu; tiada bedanya seperti tinggal di Mesekh, atau di antara orang Kedar.

6 Much it has dwelt itself self my with [one who] hates peace.

Sudah cukup lama aku tinggal bersama orang-orang yang tidak suka damai.

7 I [am] peace and that I speak they [are] for war.

Jika aku bicara tentang damai, mereka menghendaki perang.
