Psalms 118
1 Give thanks to Yahweh for [he is] good for [is] for ever covenant loyalty his.
Hvalite Gospoda, jer je dobar, jer je dovijeka milost njegova.
2 Let it say please Israel that [is] for ever covenant loyalty his.
Neka reèe Izrailj da je dovijeka milost njegova;
3 Let them say please [the] house of Aaron that [is] for ever covenant loyalty his.
Neka reèe dom Aronov da je dovijeka milost njegova;
4 Let them say please [those] fearing Yahweh that [is] for ever covenant loyalty his.
Neka reku svi koji se boje Gospoda da je dovijeka milost njegova.
5 From the distress I called out to Yahweh he answered me in roomy place Yahweh.
Iz tjeskobe povikah ka Gospodu i usliši me, izvede me na prostrano mjesto Gospod.
6 Yahweh [is] for me not I will be afraid what? will he do to me anyone.
Gospod je sa mnom, ne bojim se; šta æe mi uèiniti èovjek?
7 Yahweh [is] for me helper my and I I will look on [those who] hate me.
Gospod mi je pomoænik: slobodno æu gledati u neprijatelje svoje.
8 [is] good To take refuge in Yahweh more than to trust in humankind.
Bolje je uzdati se u Gospoda negoli se oslanjati na èovjeka;
9 [is] good To take refuge in Yahweh more than to trust in noble [people].
Bolje je uzdati se u Gospoda negoli se oslanjati na knezove.
10 All nations they surrounded me in [the] name of Yahweh for I fended off them.
Svi me narodi opkoliše; ali ih u ime Gospodnje razbih.
11 They surrounded me also they surrounded me in [the] name of Yahweh for I fended off them.
Optekoše, opkoliše me; ali ih u ime Gospodnje razbih.
12 They surrounded me like bees they were extinguished like a fire of thorns in [the] name of Yahweh for I fended off them.
Opkoliše me kao pèele sat, i ugasiše se kao oganj u trnju: u ime ih Gospodnje razbih.
13 Certainly you pushed me to fall and Yahweh he helped me.
Otisnuo si me da padnem, ali me Gospod prihvati.
14 [is] might My and strength Yahweh and he has become of me salvation.
Gospod je hvala moja i pjesma; on mi postade spasitelj.
15 [the] sound of - A shout of joy and salvation [is] in [the] tents of righteous [people] [the] right [hand] of Yahweh [is] doing strength.
Glas radosti i spasenja èuje se u kolibama pravednièkim: “desnica Gospodnja daje silu;
16 [the] right [hand] of Yahweh [is] exalting [the] right [hand] of Yahweh [is] doing strength.
Desnica Gospodnja uzvišuje, desnica Gospodnja daje silu.”
17 Not I will die for I will live and I may recount [the] deeds of Yahweh.
Neæu umrijeti, nego æu živ biti, i kazivati djela Gospodnja.
18 Certainly he has disciplined me Yahweh and to death not he has given me.
Karajuæi pokara me Gospod; ali me smrti ne dade.
19 Open to me [the] gates of righteousness I will go in them I will give thanks to Yahweh.
Otvorite mi vrata od pravde, uæi æu na njih, slaviæu Gospoda.
20 This the gate [belongs] to Yahweh righteous [people] they will go in it.
“Evo vrata Gospodnja, na koja ulaze pravednici!”
21 I will give thanks to you for you answered me and you have become of me salvation.
Hvalim te, što si me uslišio, i postao mi spasitelj.
22 A stone [which] they rejected the builders it has become [the] head of [the] corner.
Kamen koji odbaciše zidari, posta glava od ugla.
23 From with Yahweh it has come this it it is wonderful in view our.
To bi od Gospoda i divno je u našim oèima.
24 This the day he has made Yahweh let us be glad and let us rejoice in it.
Evo dan, koji stvori Gospod! Radujmo se i veselimo se u nj!
25 We beg you O Yahweh save! please we beg you O Yahweh grant success! please.
O Gospode, pomozi! o Gospode, daj da bude u napredak!
26 [be] blessed The [one who] comes in [the] name of Yahweh we bless you from [the] house of Yahweh.
Blagosloven koji ide u ime Gospodnje! Blagosiljamo vas iz doma Gospodnjega.
27 [is] God - Yahweh and he has given light to us bind a festival sacrifice with ropes to [the] horns of the altar.
Gospod je Bog krjepak, i on nas obasja; žrtvu prazniènu, vezanu vrvcama, vodite k rogovima žrtveniku.
28 [are] God My you and I will give thanks to you O God my I will exalt you.
Ti si Bog moj, tebe hvalim, Bože moj, tebe uzvišujem.
29 Give thanks to Yahweh for [he is] good for [is] for ever covenant loyalty his.
Hvalite Gospoda, jer je dobar, jer je milost njegova dovijeka.
