Psalms 113

1 Praise Yahweh - praise O servants of Yahweh praise [the] name of Yahweh.

Alleluja! Des Herren Knechte, preist, lobpreist des Herren Namen!

2 May it be [the] name of Yahweh blessed from now and until perpetuity.

Des Herren Name sei gepriesen von nun an bis in Ewigkeit!

3 From [the] rising of [the] sun to setting its [is] to be praised [the] name of Yahweh.

Vom Sonnenaufgang bis zum Niedergang sei hochgelobt des Herrn Name!

4 [is] exalted Over all nations - Yahweh [is] above the heavens glory his.

Der Herr sei über alle Heiden hoch erhaben! Bis in den Himmel reiche seine Ehrung!

5 Who? [is] like Yahweh God our who is making high to sit.

Wer gleicht dem Herrn, unserm Gott, der in der Höhe thront,

6 Who is making low to look on the heavens and on the earth.

der tief herniederblickt, im Himmel dort, hier auf die Erde?

7 [he is] raising From [the] dust [the] poor from [the] ash heap he lifts up [the] needy.

Aus Staub zieht er den Niedrigen empor und hebt den Dürftigen aus dem Kot

8 To make [him] sit with noble [people] with [the] noble [people] of people his.

und setzt ihn neben Fürsten, zu seines Volkes Fürsten.

Er läßt die Frau, die nie gebar, im Hause bleiben, als Kindermutter hochwillkommen.
