< Psalms 1 >

1 How blessed! [is] the person who - not he walks in [the] counsel of wicked [people] and in [the] way of sinners not he stands and in [the] seat of mockers not he sits.
Lusakumunu kuidi mutu wowo wunkambu landakananga zindongi zi batu bambimbi, wunkambu telamanga mu nzila yi minsumuki, ayi wunkambu vuandanga va kimosi ayi mimvuezi.
2 That except [is] in [the] law of Yahweh delight his and in law his he meditates by day and night.
Vayi wummonanga khini mu mina mi Yave ayi wunyindulanga miawu muini ayi builu.
3 And he is like a tree planted at streams of water which fruit its - it gives at appropriate time its and leafage its not it withers and all that he does it succeeds.
Mutu beni widi banga nti wukunu va muenda nlangu; wowo wumbutanga makundi mu tsungi andi ayi meza mandi mayumanga ko; weti mona mamboti mu mamo keti vanganga.
4 Not [are] so the wicked [people] that except [they are] like the chaff which it drives about it wind.
Vayi buawu ko buididi kuidi batu bambimbi, badi banga biti bivevumunu kuidi phemo.
5 There-fore - not they will stand wicked [people] in the judgment and sinners in [the] congregation of righteous [people].
Diawu, batu bambimbi balendi telama ko mu lumbu ki tsambusu, voti bankua masumu mu lukutukunu lu batu basonga.
6 For [is] knowing Yahweh [the] way of righteous [people] and [the] way of wicked [people] it will perish.
Bila Yave zebi nzila yi batu basonga, vayi nzila yi batu bambimbi yela biva.
