Proverbs 6
1 O son my if you have stood surety for fellow-citizen your you have struck for the stranger palms your.
Synu mój! jeźlibyś ręczył za przyjaciela twego, a dałbyś obcemu rękę twoję:
2 You have been ensnared by [the] words of mouth your you have been caught by [the] words of mouth your.
Usidliłeś się słowy ust twoich, pojmanyś mowami ust twoich.
3 Do this then - O son my and deliver yourself for you have come in [the] palm of neighbor your go humble yourself and importune neighbor your.
Przetoż uczyń tak, synu mój! a wyzwól się, gdyżeś wpadł w rękę przyjaciela twego; idźże, upokórz się, a nalegaj na przyjaciela twego.
4 May not you give sleep to eyes your and slumber to eyelids your.
Nie dawaj snu oczom twoim, ani drzemania powiekom twoim.
5 Deliver yourself like a gazelle from a hand and like a bird from [the] hand of a fowler.
Wyrwij się jako łani z rąk myśliwca i jako ptak z ręki ptasznika.
6 Go to an ant O sluggard consider ways its and become wise.
Idź do mrówki, leniwcze! obacz drogi jej, a nabądź mądrości;
7 Which not [belongs] to it [is] commander of icer and ruler.
Która, choć nie ma wodza, ani przełożonego, ani pana,
8 It prepares in the summer food its it gathers at the harvest food its.
Przecież w lecie gotuje pokarm swój, a zgromadza w żniwa żywność swoję.
9 Until when? O sluggard - will you lie down when? will you rise from sleep your.
Leniwcze! dokądże leżeć będziesz? kiedyż wstaniesz ze snu swego?
10 A little of sleep a little of slumber a little of - folding of hands to rest.
Trochę się prześpisz, trochę podrzemiesz, trochę złożysz ręce, abyś odpoczywał.
11 And it will come like a traveler poverty your and lack your like a man of shield.
A wtem ubóstwo twoje przyjdzie jako podróżny, a niedostatek twój, jako mąż zbrojny.
12 A person of worthlessness a person of wickedness [is] walking crookedness of mouth.
Człowiek niepobożny, mąż złośliwy chodzi w przewrotności ust;
13 [he is] winking (With eyes his *Q(K)*) [he is] scraping (with feet his *Q(K)*) [he is] pointing with fingers his.
Mruga oczyma swemi, mówi nogami swemi, ukazuje palcami swemi;
14 Perverse things - [are] in heart his [he is] devising evil at every time (contentions *Q(K)*) he sends out.
Przewrotności są w sercu jego, myśli złe na każdy czas, a zwady rozsiewa.
15 There-fore suddenly it will come disaster his an instant he will be broken and there not [will be] healing.
Przetoż prędko przyjdzie upadek jego; nagle skruszony będzie bez uleczenia.
16 Six [things] those he hates Yahweh and [are] seven ([the] disgusting thing of *Q(K)*) self his.
Sześć jest rzeczy, których nienawidzi Pan, a siódma jest obrzydliwością duszy jego;
17 Eyes haughty a tongue of falsehood and hands [which] shed blood innocent.
Oczów wyniosłych, języka kłamliwego, i rąk wylewających krew niewinną;
18 A heart [which] devises plans of wickedness feet [which] hurry to run to evil.
Serca, które knuje myśli złe; nóg, które się kwapią bieżeć ku złemu;
19 [who] he breathes out Lies a witness of falsehood and [one who] spreads contentions between brothers.
Świadka fałszywego, który mówi kłamstwo, i tego, który sieje rosterki między braćmi.
20 Keep O son my [the] commandment of father your and may not you forsake [the] instruction of mother your.
Strzeżże, synu mój! przykazania ojca twego, a nie opuszczaj nauki matki twojej.
21 Bind them on heart your continually tie them on necks your.
Wiążże je zawżdy u serca twego, a wieszaj je u szyi twojej.
22 When walking about you - it will guide you when lying down you it will watch over you and you will awake it it will speak to you.
Gdziekolwiek pójdziesz, poprowadzi cię; gdy, zaśniesz strzedz cię będzie, a gdy się ocucisz, rozmawiać z tobą będzie,
23 For [is] a lamp [the] commandment and [the] instruction [is] a light and [are] a way of life rebukes of discipline.
(Bo przykazanie jest pochodnią, nauka światłością, a drogą żywota są karności ćwiczenia.)
24 To keep you from a woman of evil from smoothness of tongue a foreign [woman].
Aby cię strzegły od niewiasty złej, i od łagodnego języka niewiasty obcej.
25 May not you desire beauty her in heart your and may not she capture you with eyelids her.
Nie pożądaj piękności jej w sercu twojem, a niech cię nie łowi powiekami swemi.
26 For [the] price a woman a prostitute to a round loaf of bread and [the] wife of a man a life precious she hunts.
Albowiem dla niewiasty wszetecznej zubożeje człowiek aż do kęsa chleba; owszem żona cudzołożna drogą duszę łowi.
27 ¿ Will he snatch up a man fire in bosom his and garments his not will they be burned?
Izaż może kto brać ogień do zanadrzy swoich, aby szaty jego nie zgorzały?
28 Or? will he walk? a man on burning coals and feet his not will they be scorched.
Izaż może kto chodzić po rozpalonym węglu, aby się nogi jego nie poparzyły?
29 [is] thus The [one who] goes into [the] wife of neighbor his not he will go unpunished every [one who] touches her.
Tak kto wchodzi do żony bliźniego swego, nie będzie bez winy, ktokolwiek się jej dotknie.
30 Not people despise the thief if he will steal to fill appetite his for he will be hungry.
Nie kładą hańby na złodzieja, jeżliż co ukradnie, chcąc nasycić duszę swoję, będąc głodnym;
31 And he will be found out he will make restitution sevenfold all [the] wealth of house his he will give.
Ale gdy go zastaną, nagradza siedmiorako, albo wszystkę majętność domu swego daje.
32 [one who] commits adultery A woman [is] lacking of heart [one who] destroys own self his he he will do it.
Lecz cudzołożący z niewiastą głupi jest, a kto chce zatracić duszę swoję, ten to czyni.
33 A wound and shame he will find and reproach his not it will be wiped away.
Karanie i zelżywość odniesie, a hańba jego nie będzie zgładzona.
34 For jealousy [is the] rage of a man and not he will have compassion on a day of vengeance.
Bo zawisna miłość jest zapalczywością męża, a nie sfolguje w dzień pomsty.
35 Not he will lift up [the] face of any ransom and not he will be willing for you will make great a bribe.
Nie będzie miał względu na żaden okup, ani przyjmie, chociażby mu najwięcej darów dawano.
