Proverbs 21
1 [is] streams of Water [the] heart of a king in [the] hand of Yahweh to all that he desires he turns it.
Падишаһниң көңли ериқлардики судәк Пәрвәрдигарниң қолидидур; [Пәрвәрдигар] қәйәргә тоғрилиса, шу тәрәпкә маңиду.
2 Every way of a person [is] upright in own eyes his and [is] weighing hearts Yahweh.
Инсан өзиниң һәммә қилған ишини тоғра дәп биләр; Лекин Пәрвәрдигар қәлбдики нийәтләрни таразиға селип тартип көрәр.
3 To do righteousness and justice [is] chosen by Yahweh more than sacrifice.
Пәрвәрдигарниң нәзиридә, Һәққанийлиқ билән адаләт жүргүзүш қурбанлиқ қилиштин әвзәлдур.
4 Haughtiness of eyes and a [person] arrogant of heart [the] lamp of wicked [people] [is] sin.
Тәкәббур көзләр, мәғрур қәлб, яманларниң чириғи — һәммиси гунадур.
5 [the] plans of A diligent [person] only to advantage and every hasty [person] only to poverty.
Әстайидил кишиләрниң ойлири уларни пәқәт баяшатлиққа йетәкләр; Чечилаңғуларниң ойлири болса, уларни пәқәт йоқсузлуққила йетәкләр.
6 [the] acquisition of Treasures by a tongue of falsehood [is] a breath driven about seekers of death.
Яғлима тил билән еришкән байлиқлар, Өлүмни издәп жүргәнләр қоғлап жүргән бир түтүнла, халас.
7 [the] violence of Wicked [people] it will drag away them for they refuse to do justice.
Яманларниң залимлиғи өзлирини чирмивалар; Чүнки улар адаләт йолида меңишни рәт қилған.
8 [is] crooked [the] way of A person guilty and a pure [person] [is] upright work his.
Җинайәткар маңидиған йол наһайити әгирдур; Сап дил адәмниң һәрикити түптүздур.
9 [is] good To dwell on a corner of a roof more than a woman of contentions and a house of association.
Соқушқақ хотун билән [азадә] өйдә биллә турғандин көрә, Өгүзниң бир булуңида [ялғуз] йетип қопқан яхши.
10 [the] appetite of A wicked [person] it craves evil not he is shown favor in view his neighbor his.
Яман кишиниң көңли яманлиққила һерисмәндур; У йеқиниғиму шапаәт көрсәтмәс.
11 When punish a mocker he becomes wise a naive person and when instruct a wise [person] he receives knowledge.
Һакавурниң җазаға тартилиши, билимсизгә ибрәт болар; Дана киши қобул қилған несиһәтләрдин техиму көп билим алар.
12 [is] giving attention [the] righteous [one] To [the] house of a wicked [person] [he is] subverting wicked [people] to calamity.
Һәққаний Болғучи яманниң өйини көзләр; У һаман яманларни яманлиққа қоюп жиқитар.
13 [one who] shuts Ear his from [the] cry of [the] poor also he he will call out and not he will be answered.
Мискинләрниң налисиға қулиқини йопутуп кари болмиғучи, Ахири өзи пәряд көтирәр, Бирақ һеч ким пәрва қилмас.
14 A gift in secrecy it subdues anger and a bribe in the bosom rage strong.

15 [is] a joy To the righteous [person] to do justice and terror to [those who] do wickedness.
Адаләтни беҗа кәлтүрүш һәққанийларниң хошаллиғидур, Бирақ яманлиқ қилғучиларға вәһимидур.
16 A person [who] wanders from [the] way of insight in [the] assembly of [the] shades he will rest.
Һекмәт йолидин езип кәткән киши, Әрваһларниң җамаити ичидикиләрдин болуп қалар.
17 [will be] a person of Poverty [one who] loves pleasure [one who] loves wine and oil not he will gain riches.
Тамашәға берилгән киши намрат қалар; Яғ чайнашқа, шарап ичишкә амрақ бейимас.
18 [is] a ransom For the righteous [person] a wicked [person] and in place of upright [people] [one who] acts treacherously.
Яман адәм һәққаний адәм үчүн гөрү пулиниң орнида қалар; [Езилгән] дурусларниң орниға ипласлар қалар.
19 [is] good To dwell in a land of wilderness more than a woman of (contentions *Q(K)*) and anger.
Соқушқақ вә териккәк аял билән ортақ турғандин, Чөл-баяванда ялғуз яшиған яхшидур.
20 Treasure - desirable and oil [are] in [the] habitation of a wise [person] and a fool a person he swallows up it.
Ақиланиниң өйидә байлиқ бар, зәйтун май бар; Бирақ ахмақлар тапқинини уттурлуқ бузуп-чачар.
21 [one who] pursues Righteousness and loyalty he finds life righteousness and honor.
Һәққанийәт, меһриванлиқни издигүчи адәм, Һаят, һәққанийәт вә иззәт-һөрмәткә еришәр.
22 A city of warriors he goes up a wise [person] and he brought down [the] strength of trust its.
Дана киши күчлүкләр шәһириниң сепилиға ямишар, Уларниң таянчи болған қорғинини ғулитар.
23 [one who] guards Mouth his and tongue his [is] keeping from troubles self his.
Өз тилиға, ағзиға егә болған киши, Җенини аваричиликләрдин сақлап қалар.
24 Proud arrogant [is] mocker name his [one who] acts in [the] overflowing of pride.
Чоңчилиқ қилғанлар, «Һакавур», «һали чоң», «мазақчи» атилар.
25 [the] desire of A sluggard it kills him for they refuse hands his to work.
Һорун киши өз нәпсидин һалак болар, Чүнки униң қоли ишқа бармас;
26 All the day he craves a craving and a righteous [person] he gives and not he keeps back.
Нәпси яман болуп у күн бойи тама қилип жүрәр; Бирақ һәққаний адәм һеч немини айимай сәдиқә қилар.
27 [the] sacrifice of Wicked [people] [is] an abomination indeed? if in wickedness he brings it.
Яман адәмниң қурбанлиғи Пәрвәрдигарға жиркиничликтур; Рәзил ғәрәздә әпкелингән болса техиму шундақтур!
28 A witness of lies he will perish and a person [who] listens to perpetuity he will speak.
Ялған гувалиқ қилғучи һалак болар; Әйни әһвални аңлап сөзлигән кишиниң сөзи әбәткичә ақар.
29 He makes strong a person wicked with face his and an upright [person] he - (he considers way his. *Q(K)*)
Яман адәм йүзини қелин қилар; Дурус киши йолини ойлап пухта басар.
30 There not [is] wisdom and there not [is] understanding and there not [is] counsel to before Yahweh.
Пәрвәрдигарға қарши туралайдиған һеч қандақ даналиқ, әқил-парасәт яки тәдбир йоқтур.
31 A horse [is] prepared for a day of battle and [belongs] to Yahweh the victory.
Атлар җәң күни үчүн тәйяр қилинған болсиму, Бирақ ғәлибә-ниҗат пәқәт Пәрвәрдигардиндур.
