Proverbs 14

1 Wise [women] of women she builds house her and a foolish woman with hands her she tears down it.

ژنی دانا ماڵی خۆی بنیاد دەنێت، گێلیش بە دەستی خۆی کاولی دەکات.

2 [one who] walks In uprightness his [is one] fearing Yahweh and [the] [one who] is crooked of ways his [is] despising him.

ئەوەی ڕاستەڕێیەکەی خۆی بگرێت لەخواترسە، بەڵام ئەوەی ڕێگای خۆی خوار بکاتەوە سووکایەتی پێ دەکات.

3 [is] in [the] mouth of A fool a shoot of pride and [the] lips of wise [people] it preserves them.

گێل بە قسەکانی خۆی تووشی گۆچانی سزادان دەبێت، بەڵام دانایان لێوەکانیان دەیانپارێزن.

4 When there not [are] cattle [the] feeding trough [is] clean and abundance of produce [is] by [the] strength of an ox.

کە مانگا نەبێت ئاخوڕ بەتاڵە، دروێنەی زۆریش بە هێزی گایە.

5 A witness of faithfulness not he tells lies and he may breathe out lies a witness of falsehood.

شایەتی دەستپاک درۆ ناکات، بەڵام شایەتی درۆزن درۆ بڵاو دەکاتەوە.

6 He seeks a mocker wisdom and there [is] not and knowledge to a discerning [person] it is trifling.

گاڵتەجاڕ داوای دانایی دەکات و نایدۆزێتەوە، بەڵام زانیاری بۆ تێگەیشتوو ئاسانە.

7 Go from before to a person a fool and not you have known lips of knowledge.

لەبەردەم کەسی گێل دووربکەوە، چونکە لە لێوەکانی زانیاری نابیستیت.

8 [the] wisdom of A sensible [person] [is] to understand own way his and [the] foolishness of fools [is] deceit.

دانایی ژیر تێگەیشتنی ڕێگای خۆیەتی، بەڵام گێلایەتی گێلەکان فریودانە.

9 Fools he mocks guilt and [is] between upright [people] favor.

گێلەکان گاڵتە بە تاوان دەکەن، بەڵام لەنێو سەرڕاستان ڕەزامەندی خودا دەدۆزرێتەوە.

10 A heart [is] knowing [the] bitterness of own self its and in joy its not he shares a stranger.

هەر دڵێک تاڵیێتی گیانی خۆی دەزانێت، کەسیش لە خۆشییەکەیدا بەشداری ناکات.

11 [the] house of Wicked [people] it will be destroyed and [the] tent of upright [people] it will flourish.

ماڵی بەدکارەکان کاول دەبێت، بەڵام ڕەشماڵی سەرڕاستان گەشە دەکات.

12 There [is] a way right before a person and end its [is the] ways of death.

ڕێگا هەیە لەبەرچاوی مرۆڤ ڕاست دیارە، بەڵام کۆتاییەکەی بەرەو مردنە.

13 Also in laughter it is in pain a heart and end its joy [may be] grief.

بگرە لە پێکەنینیشدا دڵ تەنگ دەبێت، لەوانەیە کۆتایی خۆشیش خەم بێت.

14 From ways his he will be satisfied [one] backslidden of heart and from with himself a person good.

کەسی ڕاڕا لە ڕێگای خۆی تێر دەبێت، پیاوچاکیش لەوەی کە هەیەتی.

15 A naive person he believes every thing and a sensible [person] he considers step his.

ساویلکە بە هەموو قسەیەک بڕوا دەکات، بەڵام ژیر دەڕوانێتە هەنگاوەکانی خۆی.

16 A wise [person] [is] fearing and [is] turning aside from evil and a fool [is] arrogant and [is] confident.

کەسی دانا لە خودا دەترسێت و لە خراپە لادەدات، بەڵام گێل سەرگەرمە و پشت ئەستوورە.

17 [a person] short of Anger he does foolishness and a person of evil devices he is hated.

کەسی هەڵەشە ڕەفتاری گێلانە دەکات، پیاوی تەڵەکەبازیش مایەی ڕقە.

18 They inherit naive people foolishness and sensible [people] they surround knowledge.

ساویلکەکان میراتگری گێلایەتین، بەڵام ژیرەکان سەریان بە زانیاری دەڕازێنرێتەوە.

19 They bow evil [people] before good [people] and wicked [people] at [the] gates of [the] righteous.

بەدکاران لەبەردەم پیاوچاکان دەچەمێنەوە، خراپەکارانیش لە بەردەرگای کەسی ڕاستودروست.

20 Also by neighbor his he is hated a poor [person] and [those who] love [the] rich [are] many.

هەژار تەنانەت دراوسێکەشی ڕقی لێی دەبێتەوە، بەڵام دەوڵەمەند دۆستی زۆرە.

21 [one who] despises Neighbor his [is] sinning and [one who] shows favor to (humble [people] *Q(K)*) how blessed [is] he.

ئەوەی سووکایەتی بە دراوسێکەی بکات گوناه دەکات، بەڵام خۆزگە دەخوازرێ بەوەی لەگەڵ هەژاران میهرەبانە.

22 ¿ Not do they go astray devisers of evil and loyalty and faithfulness devisers of good.

ئایا وێڵ نابن ئەوانەی پیلانی خراپە دادەڕێژن؟ بەڵام خۆشەویستی نەگۆڕ و دڵسۆزی لەگەڵ ئەوانەیە کە پلانی چاکە دادەڕێژن.

23 In all hard labor it is profit and word of lips only to poverty.

لە هەموو ماندووبوونێک سوود هەیە، بەڵام تەنها قسەی لێوان بێت بەرەو نەبوونییە.

24 [is the] crown of Wise [people] wealth their [the] folly of fools [is] folly.

دەوڵەمەندی تاجی دانایانە، بەڵام گێلایەتی نادانایان دەڕازێنێتەوە.

25 [is] delivering Lives a witness of reliability so he may breathe out lies deceit.

شایەتی ڕاستگۆ دەربازکەری خەڵکە، بەڵام ئەوەی درۆ بڵاو دەکاتەوە تەفرەدەرە.

26 [is] in [the] fear of Yahweh confidence of strength and to children his it will belong a refuge.

ئەوەی لە یەزدان بترسێت دڵنیاییەکی بەهێزی هەیە، بۆ کوڕەکانیشی دەبێتە پەناگا.

27 [the] fear of Yahweh [is] a fountain of life to turn aside from [the] snares of death.

لەخواترسی کانی ژیانە، بۆ دوورکەوتنەوە لە داوی مردن.

28 [is] in [the] multitude of A people [the] glory of a king and in not a people [the] ruin of a ruler.

زۆری گەل شکۆمەندییە بۆ پاشا، بەڵام نەمانی گەل شکستی میرە.

29 A [person] long of anger great of understanding and [a person] short of spirit [is] exalting foolishness.

ئەوەی درەنگ تووڕە بێت باش تێدەگات، بەڵام ئەوەی هەڵەشە بێت گێلایەتی دەردەخات.

30 [is] [the] life of Bodies a heart of healing and [is] rottenness of bones jealousy.

دڵی ئارام ژیان بە جەستە دەبەخشێت، بەڵام ئیرەیی ئێسک کلۆر دەکات.

31 [one who] oppresses [the] poor He reproaches maker his and [is] honoring him [one who] shows favor to [the] needy.

ئەوەی ستەم لە هەژار بکات سووکایەتی بە دروستکەرەکەی دەکات، بەڵام ئەوەی لەگەڵ نەدار میهرەبانە ڕێز لە خودا دەگرێت.

32 By wickedness his he is pushed down a wicked [person] and [is] seeking refuge in death his a righteous [person].

خراپەکار بە خراپەکانی خۆی دەکەوێنرێت، بەڵام کەسی ڕاستودروست لە مردنیشی پەناگای هەیە.

33 In [the] heart of a discerning [person] it rests wisdom and in [the] inward part[s] of fools it is made known.

دانایی لەناو دڵی کەسی تێگەیشتوو دەحەسێتەوە، هەروەها گێلەکان تەنانەت ناواخنیشیان دەزانرێت.

34 Righteousness it exalts a nation and [is] a shame to a people sin.

ڕاستودروستی نەتەوە بەرز دەکاتەوە، بەڵام گوناه شەرمەزاری گەلانە.

35 [the] favor of A king [belongs] to a servant [who] acts prudently and fury his it belongs [one who] acts shamefully.

ڕەزامەندی پاشا بۆ خزمەتکاری وریایە، بەڵام تووڕەبوونی لە خزمەتکاری شەرمەزارە.
