Proverbs 13

1 A son wise [the] discipline of a father and a mocker not he listens to a rebuke.

دانا ئوغۇل ئاتىسىنىڭ تەربىيىسىگە كۆڭۈل قويار؛ مەسخىرە قىلغۇچى تەنبىھكە قۇلاق سالماس.

2 From [the] fruit of [the] mouth of a person he eats good thing[s] and [the] appetite of treacherous [people] [is] violence.

ئادەم دۇرۇس ئېغىزىنىڭ مېۋىسىدىن ھۇزۇرلىنار؛ تۇزكورلار زوراۋانلىققا ھەۋەس قىلىپ زوراۋانلىققا ئۇچرار.

3 [one who] guards Mouth his [is] protecting life his [one who] opens lips his ruin [belongs] to him.

سۆزدە ئېھتىياتچان كىشى جېنىنى ساقلاپ قالار؛ ئاغزى ئىتتىك ھالاكەتكە ئۇچرار.

4 [is] coveting And nothing appetite his a sluggard and [the] appetite of diligent [people] it will be made fat.

ھۇرۇننىڭ ئارزۇ-تىلىكى بار، لېكىن ئېرىشەلمەس؛ لېكىن تىرىشچان ئەتلىنەر.

5 A word of falsehood he hates a righteous [person] and a wicked [person] he acts odiously and he may act shamefully.

ھەققانىي ئادەم يالغانچىلىقتىن يىرگىنەر؛ قەبىھ بولسا سېسىپ، شەرمەندە بولار.

6 Righteousness it preserves integrity of way and wickedness it subverts sin.

يولى دۇرۇسنى ھەققانىيەت قوغدار؛ لېكىن گۇناھكارنى رەزىللىك يىقىتار.

7 There [is one who] enriches himself and there not [is] anything [one who] impoverishes himself and wealth great.

بەزىلەر ئۆزىنى باي كۆرسەتكىنى بىلەن ئەمەلىيەتتە قۇرۇق سۆلەتتۇر؛ بەزىلەر ئۆزىنى يوقسۇل كۆرسەتكىنى بىلەن زور بايلىقلىرى باردۇر.

8 [the] ransom of [the] life of A person [is] wealth his and a poor [person] not he hears a threat.

ئۆز بايلىقى گۆرۈگە تۇتۇلغان باينىڭ جېنىغا ئارا تۇرار؛ بىراق يوقسۇللار ھېچ ۋەھىمىنى ئاڭلىماس.

9 [the] light of Righteous [people] it rejoices and [the] lamp of wicked [people] it is extinguished.

ھەققانىي ئادەمنىڭ نۇرى شادلىنىپ پارلار؛ بىراق يامان ئادەمنىڭ چىرىغى ئۆچۈرۈلەر.

10 Only with pride it gives contention and [is] with [those who] receive advice wisdom.

كىبىرلىكتىن پەقەت جېدەل-ماجىرالا چىقار؛ دانالىق بولسا نەسىھەتنى ئاڭلىغانلار بىلەن بىللىدۇر.

11 Wealth from vanity it will become small and [one who] gathers on hand he will increase.

ئىشلىمەي تاپقان ھارام بايلىق بەرىكەتسىزدۇر؛ تەر تۆكۈپ ھالال تاپقان گۈللىنەر.

12 Hope deferred [is] making sick [the] heart and [is] a tree of life a desire [which] comes.

تەلمۈرگىنىگە كۈتۈپ ئېرىشەلمەسلىك كۆڭۈلنى سۇنۇق قىلار، لېكىن تەشنالىقتا ئېرىشكىنى «ھاياتلىق دەرىخى»دۇر.

13 [one who] despises A word he will be pledged to it and [one] fearing a commandment he he will be rewarded.

[خۇدانىڭ] كالام-سۆزىگە پىسەنت قىلمىغان ئادەم گۇناھنىڭ تۆلىمىگە قەرزدار بولار؛ لېكىن پەرماننى قەدىرلىگەن ئادەم ياخشىلىق كۆرەر.

14 [the] instruction of A wise [person] [is] a fountain of life to turn aside from [the] snares of death.

ئاقىلانىنىڭ تەلىمى ھاياتلىق بەرگۈچى بۇلاقتۇر، ئۇ سېنى ئۆلۈم تۇزاقلىرىدىن قۇتۇلدۇرار.

15 Insight good it gives favor and [the] way of treacherous [people] [is] enduring.

ئاقىلانىلىك ئادەمنى ئىلتىپاتقا ئېرىشتۈرەر؛ بىراق تۇزكورلارنىڭ يولى ئەگرى-بۈگرى، جاپالىق بولار.

16 Every sensible [person] he acts with knowledge and a fool he spreads out foolishness.

پەم-پاراسەتلىك ئادەم بىلىمى بىلەن ئىش كۆرەر؛ ھاماقەت ئۆز نادانلىقىنى ئاشكارىلار.

17 A messenger wicked he falls in trouble and an envoy of faithfulness [is] healing.

رەزىل ئالاقىچى بالا-قازاغا ئۇچرار؛ سادىق ئەلچى بولسا دەردكە دەرماندۇر.

18 Poverty and shame [one who] ignores discipline and [one who] keeps correction he is honored.

تەربىيەنى رەت قىلغان ئادەم نامراتلىشىپ ئۇياتقا قالار؛ ئەمما تەنبىھنى قوبۇل قىلغان ھۆرمەتكە ئېرىشەر.

19 A desire done (is pleasing *LAH(b)*) to a person and [is] an abomination of fools to turn aside from evil.

ئەمەلگە ئاشقان ئارزۇ كىشىگە شېرىن تۇيۇلار؛ لېكىن ئەخمەقلەر يامانلىقنى تاشلاشنى يامان كۆرەر.

20 ([one who] walks *Q(K)*) With wise [people] (he will become wise *Q(K)*) and [one who] associates with fools he will be harmed.

ئاقىلانىلەر بىلەن بىللە يۈرگەن دانا بولار؛ بىراق ئەخمەقلەرگە ھەمراھ بولغان نالە-پەريادتا قالار.

21 Sinners it pursues calamity and righteous [people] it rewards good.

بالايىقازا گۇناھكارلارنىڭ كەينىدىن بېسىپ ماڭار؛ لېكىن ھەققانىيلار ياخشىلىقنىڭ ئەجرىنى تاپار.

22 A good [person] he leaves an inheritance to children of children and [is] stored up for the righteous [the] wealth of a sinner.

ياخشى ئادەم پەرزەنتلىرىنىڭ پەرزەنتلىرىگە مىراس قالدۇرار؛ گۇناھكارلارنىڭ يىغقان مال-دۇنيالىرى ھەققانىيلار ئۈچۈن توپلىنار.

23 Abundance of food [the] unplowed ground of poor [people] and there [is what] is swept away in not justice.

يوقسۇلنىڭ تاشلاندۇق يېرى مول ھوسۇل بېرەر، لېكىن ئادالەتسىزلىكتىن ئۇ ۋەيران بولار.

24 [one who] restrains Rod his [is] hating son his and [one who] loves him he seeks early him discipline.

تاياقنى ئايىغان كىشى ئوغلىنى ياخشى كۆرمەس؛ بالىنى سۆيگەن كىشى ئۇنى ئەستايىدىل تەربىيىلەپ جازالار.

25 A righteous [person] [is] eating to [the] satiety of appetite his and [the] belly of wicked [people] it is lacking.

ھەققانىي ئادەم كۆڭلى قانائەت تاپقۇچە ئوزۇق يەر؛ ياماننىڭ قورسىقى ئاچ قالار.
