Proverbs 13
1 A son wise [the] discipline of a father and a mocker not he listens to a rebuke.
Un hijo sabio acepta la disciplina de su padre, pero el burlador no escuchará la corrección.
2 From [the] fruit of [the] mouth of a person he eats good thing[s] and [the] appetite of treacherous [people] [is] violence.
Recibirás recompensa por usar las palabras correctas; pero las personas deshonestas procuran la violencia.
3 [one who] guards Mouth his [is] protecting life his [one who] opens lips his ruin [belongs] to him.
Cuida lo que dices y salvaras tu vida; decir mucho conlleva al desastre.
4 [is] coveting And nothing appetite his a sluggard and [the] appetite of diligent [people] it will be made fat.
Los perezosos desean muchas cosas pero no reciben nada; pero si trabajas duro serás recompensado.
5 A word of falsehood he hates a righteous [person] and a wicked [person] he acts odiously and he may act shamefully.
Las personas de bien odian las mentiras; pero los malvados hieden y solo aportan desgracia.
6 Righteousness it preserves integrity of way and wickedness it subverts sin.
La bondad protege a los que viven en rectitud; pero el pecado destruirá a los malvados.
7 There [is one who] enriches himself and there not [is] anything [one who] impoverishes himself and wealth great.
Algunos aparentan ser ricos, pero n tienen nada; mientras que otros aparentan ser pobres pero son muy ricos.
8 [the] ransom of [the] life of A person [is] wealth his and a poor [person] not he hears a threat.
Los ricos pueden pagar recompensa para salvar sus vidas, pero los pobres ni siquiera experimentan tal tribulación.
9 [the] light of Righteous [people] it rejoices and [the] lamp of wicked [people] it is extinguished.
La vida de las personas buenas alumbra con esplendor, pero la lampara de los malvados será apagada.
10 Only with pride it gives contention and [is] with [those who] receive advice wisdom.
El orgullo solo causa conflicto; pero los sabios aceptan el consejo.
11 Wealth from vanity it will become small and [one who] gathers on hand he will increase.
La riqueza que se logra con fraude desaparece rápidamente; pero los que la logran poco a poco prosperarán.
12 Hope deferred [is] making sick [the] heart and [is] a tree of life a desire [which] comes.
La esperanza que se tarda puede causar malestar, pero un deseo cumplido puede darte vida nuevamente.
13 [one who] despises A word he will be pledged to it and [one] fearing a commandment he he will be rewarded.
Si rechazas las palabras de consejo, pagaras por ello; pero si respetas el consejo que te dan, serás recompensado.
14 [the] instruction of A wise [person] [is] a fountain of life to turn aside from [the] snares of death.
La enseñanza del sabio es como una fuente de vida, gracias a la cual puedes evadir las trampas de la muerte.
15 Insight good it gives favor and [the] way of treacherous [people] [is] enduring.
La inteligencia produce gran estima, pero el camino de los infieles es duro.
16 Every sensible [person] he acts with knowledge and a fool he spreads out foolishness.
Todas las personas sabias actúan con inteligencia; pero los tontos demuestran su estupidez.
17 A messenger wicked he falls in trouble and an envoy of faithfulness [is] healing.
Un mal mensajero crea problemas; pero un embajador fiel trae sanidad.
18 Poverty and shame [one who] ignores discipline and [one who] keeps correction he is honored.
La pobreza y la desgracia can sobre aquellos que carecen de instrucción; pero los que aceptan la corrección serán honrados.
19 A desire done (is pleasing *LAH(b)*) to a person and [is] an abomination of fools to turn aside from evil.
Es bueno ver un deseo cumplido; pero los necios odian tener que alejarse del mal para lograr su deseo.
20 ([one who] walks *Q(K)*) With wise [people] (he will become wise *Q(K)*) and [one who] associates with fools he will be harmed.
Ser amigo de sabios te hará sabio; pero ser amigo de tontos te traerá problemas.
21 Sinners it pursues calamity and righteous [people] it rewards good.
La tragedia persigue al pecador; pero la prosperidad recompensa al justo.
22 A good [person] he leaves an inheritance to children of children and [is] stored up for the righteous [the] wealth of a sinner.
Los justos dejan herencia para sus nietos, pero la riqueza del pecador está reservada para los que viven en justicia.
23 Abundance of food [the] unplowed ground of poor [people] and there [is what] is swept away in not justice.
La tierra sin arar de los pobres puede producir mucho alimento, pero es robado por causa de la injusticia.
24 [one who] restrains Rod his [is] hating son his and [one who] loves him he seeks early him discipline.
Los que no disciplinan a sus hijos, los odian. Los que aman a sus hijos los disciplinan con cuidado.
25 A righteous [person] [is] eating to [the] satiety of appetite his and [the] belly of wicked [people] it is lacking.
Los justos comen hasta saciarse; pero el estómago de los malvados esta vacío.
