Proverbs 13
1 A son wise [the] discipline of a father and a mocker not he listens to a rebuke.
Saĝa filo lernas de la patro; Sed mokanto ne aŭskultas moralinstruon.
2 From [the] fruit of [the] mouth of a person he eats good thing[s] and [the] appetite of treacherous [people] [is] violence.
La frukto de la buŝo donas al homo bonan manĝon; Sed la deziro de krimuloj estas perforto.
3 [one who] guards Mouth his [is] protecting life his [one who] opens lips his ruin [belongs] to him.
Kiu gardas sian buŝon, tiu gardas sian animon; Kiu tro malfermas sian buŝon, tiu pereas.
4 [is] coveting And nothing appetite his a sluggard and [the] appetite of diligent [people] it will be made fat.
La animo de maldiligentulo deziras, kaj ne ricevas; Sed la animo de diligentuloj satiĝas.
5 A word of falsehood he hates a righteous [person] and a wicked [person] he acts odiously and he may act shamefully.
Vorton malveran virtulo malamas; Sed malvirtulo agas abomene kaj venas al honto.
6 Righteousness it preserves integrity of way and wickedness it subverts sin.
La virto gardas tiun, kiu iras ĝustan vojon; Sed la malvirto pereigas pekulon.
7 There [is one who] enriches himself and there not [is] anything [one who] impoverishes himself and wealth great.
Unu ŝajnigas sin riĉa, havante nenion; Alia ŝajnigas sin malriĉa, havante grandan riĉecon.
8 [the] ransom of [the] life of A person [is] wealth his and a poor [person] not he hears a threat.
Per sia riĉeco homo savas sian animon; Sed malriĉulo ne aŭskultas atentigon.
9 [the] light of Righteous [people] it rejoices and [the] lamp of wicked [people] it is extinguished.
La lumo de virtuloj brilegas; Sed la lumilo de malvirtuloj estingiĝos.
10 Only with pride it gives contention and [is] with [those who] receive advice wisdom.
Nur de malhumileco venas malpaco; Sed la akceptantaj konsilojn havas saĝon.
11 Wealth from vanity it will become small and [one who] gathers on hand he will increase.
Riĉeco rapide akirita malgrandiĝas; Sed kion oni kolektas per laboro, tio multiĝas.
12 Hope deferred [is] making sick [the] heart and [is] a tree of life a desire [which] comes.
Espero prokrastata dolorigas la koron; Sed plenumita deziro estas arbo de vivo.
13 [one who] despises A word he will be pledged to it and [one] fearing a commandment he he will be rewarded.
Kiu malŝatas diron, tiu malutilas al si mem; Sed respektanta ordonon estos rekompencita.
14 [the] instruction of A wise [person] [is] a fountain of life to turn aside from [the] snares of death.
Instruo de saĝulo estas fonto de vivo, Por evitigi la retojn de la morto.
15 Insight good it gives favor and [the] way of treacherous [people] [is] enduring.
Bona prudento plaĉigas; Sed la vojo de perfiduloj estas malglata.
16 Every sensible [person] he acts with knowledge and a fool he spreads out foolishness.
Ĉiu prudentulo agas konscie; Sed malsaĝulo elmontras malsaĝecon.
17 A messenger wicked he falls in trouble and an envoy of faithfulness [is] healing.
Malbona sendito falas en malfeliĉon; Sed sendito fidela sanigas.
18 Poverty and shame [one who] ignores discipline and [one who] keeps correction he is honored.
Malriĉa kaj hontigata estos tiu, kiu forpuŝas instruon; Sed kiu observas instruon, tiu estos estimata.
19 A desire done (is pleasing *LAH(b)*) to a person and [is] an abomination of fools to turn aside from evil.
Deziro plenumita estas agrabla por la animo; Sed malagrable por la malsaĝuloj estas deturni sin de malbono.
20 ([one who] walks *Q(K)*) With wise [people] (he will become wise *Q(K)*) and [one who] associates with fools he will be harmed.
Kiu iras kun saĝuloj, tiu estos saĝa; Sed kamarado de malsaĝuloj suferos doloron.
21 Sinners it pursues calamity and righteous [people] it rewards good.
Pekulojn persekutas malbono; Sed virtulojn rekompencas bono.
22 A good [person] he leaves an inheritance to children of children and [is] stored up for the righteous [the] wealth of a sinner.
Bonulo heredigas la nepojn; Kaj por virtulo konserviĝas la havo de pekulo.
23 Abundance of food [the] unplowed ground of poor [people] and there [is what] is swept away in not justice.
Multe da manĝaĵo estas sur la kampo de malriĉuloj; Sed multaj pereas pro manko de justeco.
24 [one who] restrains Rod his [is] hating son his and [one who] loves him he seeks early him discipline.
Kiu ŝparas sian vergon, tiu malamas sian filon; Sed kiu lin amas, tiu baldaŭ lin punas.
25 A righteous [person] [is] eating to [the] satiety of appetite his and [the] belly of wicked [people] it is lacking.
Virtulo manĝas, por satigi sian animon; Sed la ventro de malvirtuloj havas mankon.
