Proverbs 12
1 [one who] loves Discipline [is] loving knowledge and [one who] hates rebuke [is] stupid.
अनुशासनलाई प्रेम गर्नेले ज्ञानलाई प्रेम गर्दछ, तर सुधारलाई घृणा गर्नेचाहिँ अबुझ हो ।
2 A good [person] he obtains favor from Yahweh and a person of evil devices he condemns as guilty.
परमप्रभुले असल मानिसलाई स्नेह देखाउनुहुन्छ, तर दुष्ट योजनाहरू रच्ने मानिसलाई उहाँले दोषी ठहराउनुहुन्छ ।
3 Not he is established anyone by wickedness and [the] root of righteous [people] not it is moved.
दुष्टताद्वारा मानिस स्थापित हुन सक्दैन, तर धर्मी मानिसहरूलाई जरैदेखि उखेल्न सकिँदैन ।
4 A wife of ability [is] [the] crown of husband her and [is] like rottenness in bones his a [woman who] acts shamefully.
चरित्रवान् पत्नी आफ्नो पतिको मुकुट हो, तर लाज ल्याउने पत्नीचाहिँ आफ्नो हड्डी सडाउने रोगजस्तै हो ।
5 [the] plans of Righteous [people] [are] justice [the] counsel of wicked [people] [are] deceit.
धर्मीका योजनाहरू न्यायपूर्ण हुन्छन्, तर दुष्टको सल्लाह छलपूर्ण हुन्छ ।
6 [the] words of Wicked [people] [are] to lie in wait for blood and [the] mouth of upright [people] it delivers them.
दुष्ट मानिसका वचनहरू हत्या गर्ने मौकाको प्रतीक्षा गर्ने पासो हुन्, तर धर्मीहरूका वचनहरूले तिनीहरूलाई सुरक्षित राख्छन् ।
7 [someone] overthrows Wicked [people] and there not [are] they and [the] household of righteous [people] it endures.
दुष्ट मानिसहरू फालिन्छन्, र तिनीहरू रहँदैनन्, तर धर्मी मानिसहरूको घर खड रहने छ ।
8 To [the] mouth of prudence his he is praised a person and a [person] perverted of heart he will become contempt.
मानिसलाई त्यसको बुद्धिअनुसार प्रशंसा गरिन्छ, तर टेडो रोजाइ गर्नेचाहिँ तुच्छ ठानिन्छ ।
9 [is] good A lightly esteemed [person] and a servant [belongs] to him more than [one who] honors himself and [one] lacking of food.
आफ्नो प्रतिष्ठाबारे घमण्ड गरेर भोजन नहुनुभन्दा बरु नोकर भएर महत्वहीन पदमा बस्नु बेस हो ।
10 [is] knowing A righteous [person] [the] life of animals his and [the] compassion of wicked [people] [is] cruel.
धर्मात्माले आफ्नो पशुका आवश्यकताहरूको वास्ता गर्छ, तर दुष्टको दया पनि क्रुर हुन्छ ।
11 [one who] works Land his he will be satisfied food and [one who] pursues worthless things [is] lacking of heart.
आफ्नो खेतबारी खनजोत गर्नेले प्रशस्त अन्न उब्जाउने छ, तर बेकामको कामको पछि कुद्नेचाहिँ बेसमझको हुन्छ ।
12 He covets a wicked [person] a net of evil [things] and [the] root of righteous [people] it yields produce.
दुष्टले खराब मानिसहरूले अरूबाट चोरेको वस्तुको इच्छा गर्छ, तर धर्मी मानिसहरूको फल तिनीहरू आफैबाट आउँछ ।
13 [is] in [the] transgression of Lips a snare evil and he came out from trouble a righteous [person].
दुष्ट व्यक्ति त्यसकै खराब बोलीवचनबाट पासोमा पर्छ, तर धर्मी व्यक्तिचाहिँ सङ्कष्टबाट उम्कन्छ ।
14 From [the] fruit of [the] mouth of a person he will be satisfied good thing[s] and [the] dealing of [the] hands of a person (he will repay *Q(K)*) to him.
जसरी आफ्नो हातको कामले मानिसलाई इनाम दिन्छ, त्यसै गरी आफ्नै वचनको फलबाट ऊ असल थोकहरूले भरिन्छ ।
15 [the] way of A fool [is] right in own eyes his and [one who] listens to advice [is] wise.
मूर्खको बाटो त्यसको आफ्नै दृष्टिमा ठिक हुन्छ, तर बुद्धिमान् मानिसले सरसल्लाह सुन्छ ।
16 A fool on the day it is known anger his and [one who] conceals shame [is] sensible.
मूर्खले आफ्नो रिस तुरुन्तै देखाउँछ, तर अपमानलाई बेवास्ता गर्नेचाहिँ विवेकी मानिस हो ।
17 He breathes out faithfulness he declares righteousness and a witness of lies deceit.
सत्य बोल्नेले ठिक कुरा बोल्छ, तर झुटो साक्षीले झुटो कुरा बोल्छ ।
18 There [is one who] speaks rashly like thrusts of a sword and [the] tongue of wise [people] [is] healing.
असावधानसाथ बोल्नेका वचनहरू तरवारको घोचाइझैँ हुन्छन्, तर बुद्धिमान्को बोलीले चङ्गाइ ल्याउँछ ।
19 A lip of reliability it will be established for ever and until I will grant rest a tongue of falsehood.
सत्य बोल्ने ओठ सधैँभरि रहिरहन्छ, तर झुट बोल्ने जिब्रो केही क्षण मात्र टिक्छ ।
20 Deceit [is] in [the] heart of devisers of evil and [belongs] to counselors of peace joy.
खराबी गर्ने योजना बनाउनेहरूको हृदयमा छल हुन्छ, तर शान्तिका परामर्शदाताहरूमा आनन्द आउँछ ।
21 Not it happens to the righteous any trouble and wicked [people] they are full distress.
धर्मात्मामाथि कुनै हानि आइपर्दैन, तर दुष्टचाहिँ कठिनाइहरूले भरिएको हुन्छ ।
22 [are] [the] abomination of Yahweh lips of falsehood and doers of faithfulness [are] delight his.
परमप्रभुले झुट बोल्ने ओठलाई घृणा गर्नुहुन्छ, तर विश्वासयोग्यसाथ जिउनेहरू उहाँका आनन्द हुन् ।
23 A person sensible [is] concealing knowledge and [the] heart of fools it proclaims foolishness.
विवेकशील मानिसले आफ्नो ज्ञान लुकाएर राख्छ, तर मूर्खहरूको हृदयले मूर्खता प्रकट गर्छ ।
24 [the] hand of Diligent [people] it will rule (and idleness *L(bah)*) it will become forced labor.
परिश्रमीको हातले शासन गर्ने छ, तर अल्छे मानिसलाई जबरजस्ती काम लगाइने छ ।
25 Anxiety in [the] heart of a person it bows down it and a word good it makes glad it.
मानिसको हृदयमा भएको चिन्ताले उसलाई कमजोर तुल्याउँछ, तर असल वचनले उसलाई प्रसन्न पार्छ ।
26 He makes a search from friend his a righteous [person] and [the] way of wicked [people] it misleads them.
धर्मात्मा उसको मित्रको लागि पथ-प्रदर्शक हो, तर दुष्टहरूको चालले तिनीहरूलाई बरालिदिन्छ ।
27 Not he roasts idleness game his and [the] wealth of a person precious diligent.
अल्छे मानिसले आफ्नो सिकार फेला पार्दैन, तर परिश्रमी मानिसले बहुमूल्य सम्पत्ति पाउने छ ।
28 [is] in [the] path of Righteousness life and [the] direction of a pathway may not [it be to] death.
ठिक मार्गमा हिँड्नेहरूले जीवन पाउने छ, र त्यस मार्गमा मृत्यु हुँदैन ।
